02/08/2024: First of all, a clarification must be made. When you arrive at a restaurant (normal non-starred) there is no one waiting for you the moment you open the door and enter. Then after 5 minutes (I'm not exaggerating) you ordered the very hot dish arrives. Unique flavors, some truly incredible dishes. Nothing was boring during our dinner I'll explain why I gave 4 stars to the environment. If the environment were proportionate to the quality of the food, the bill would be much higher and probably many people would not have been lucky enough to enjoy these delicacies. In conclusion, go and eat at Michele's, you won't regret it, Mario's word.

31/07/2024: Non soddisfatta ..la burrata era una mozzarella di bufala preferivo me lo dicessero prima di portarmi il piatto la carne non era il top e le patate smence.il dolce sembrava uno zabaione invece di una catalana. Personale da rivisitare la padrona invece molto carina.

24/07/2024: Historic tavern in the center of Poggibonsi, excellent menu, excellent wines and fair prices. I recommend the dish "the 3 consistencies of Chianina" which I have enjoyed several times. The first ones are also excellent. Fast and professional staff. Well done!

14/08/2024: Ottimo pesce e servizio molto accurato. Piatti molto curati e buonissimi, il cuoco sa il fatto suo. Spaghetto allo scoglio ottimo e cottura perfetta. Non economico ma neanche troppo esoso. Siamo stati bene.

07/08/2024: Ristorante elegante ed accogliente, menù di pesce dopo anni di frequentazione rimane locale della zona,ancora eccellente per la qualità delle loro pietanze. Complimenti!

27/07/2024: Bel locale, ambiente piacevole, servizio cortese, prezzi corretti. Mangiato bene (una caprese ed una carbonara), piatti serviti anche con un'attenzione per l'estetica.

01/07/2024: Excellent restaurant. A pleasant discovery in the center of Poggibonsi. Quality raw materials. Courtesy and professionalism at the top. Particular and unusual pizzas, delicious both in terms of dough and taste. We will definitely return.

16/06/2024: Posto incantevole buon cibo e proprietari gentilissimi vedendo mio figlio con occhiali da sole hanno capito subito che aveva fatto un intervento e ci hanno messo in penombra per non dare fastidio agli occhi consigliatissimo

07/08/2024: An excellent dinner… This restaurant is very nice and well-kept, the staff in the dining room are always attentive, kind and never intrusive. Let's start with some truly delicious fish appetizers to end the dinner with the second courses, fried fish cooked very well, turbot with caramelized onion? winning pairing Excellent quality raw materials...!!!

01/08/2024: We went for lunch for a birthday, the place is in good condition and well-kept, with references to marine environments. We opted for a seafood menu, the starters were a seafood salad that was too crunchy and not very tender and decidedly acidic, the creamed cod and only one mussel were very good. We chose three first courses with normal lobster, the calamari and prawn risotto creamed with cream (they say it is one of their specialities), the Venere rice with seafood, the best dish of the three. The grilled seafood where the cuttlefish was quite raw, the swordfish was cheap, and the prawns grilled without shell but with the intestines, same fate for the fried prawns with the intestines, to conclude the fried cod which was decidedly not fresh and stringy. I am very disappointed by the average quality of the fish given that it presents itself as a fish specialty restaurant and also by the very limited choice of wine list. I remind you not to have coffee! Cuisine and service are sacred and therefore mastery, love, ability and common sense are needed in pursuing a restaurant business and in recognizing the quality of the raw material. This review is an incentive to improve the service and quality offered so as not to forget the objective of catering, that is, eating well and making people feel good is the art of hospitality.
