11/03/2025: We went for dinner last April, a nice discovery, warm and welcoming environment, refined dishes within the limits of tradition, defined flavours, excellent products, remarkable meat.
28/02/2025: Truly very beautiful and elegant place among the Creti Senesi, very attentive and friendly staff, the Tuscan crostini and the steak are highly recommended!
Wide choice of wines, medium-high price but absolutely worth it!
Furthermore, the city has a beautiful civic museum and a short distance away there is also the abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, so highly recommended for a cultural, food and wine outing!

Locanda Paradiso

13/03/2025: We came across this wonderful locanda during a trip to the Crete Senesi. The offer is small but nice! Wonderful antipasti, pasta and dolce. Very good house wine and a strong espresso at the end. You can take lovely walks in this small town and enjoy the Crete landscape.
Friendly service, very good price-performance ratio.
12/03/2025: delicious and welcoming place, attentive and helpful staff, tasty traditional menu with strong flavours, everything perfectly prepared, generous portions at average prices.

24/03/2025: Excellent restaurant in a great little town in Tuscany. We ordered the risotto, spinach ravioli, and vegetarian calzone. Very good service and prices.
15/03/2025: A pleasant discovery in the center of Asciano, a pleasant medieval village in the Crete Senesi. Quiet, village environment, where you can enjoy good traditional dishes at honest prices. Recommended by friends in the country, we confirm and recommend the restaurant.

11/01/2025: Ristorante nel centro di Asciano, buono l'antipasto Fantasia della Mencia, ottime le tagliatelle al ragù bianco e cavolo nero, personale gentile, locale ben riscaldato
30/09/2024: Atmosfera e arredamento più da trattoria che da ristorante ma invece la cucina è da vero ristorante toscano con proposte legate alla tradizione con grandi sapori e qualità dei prodotti. Cantina buona ma da migliorare nell'offerta. Frequentato sia da indigeni sia da turisti.
