16/02/2025: On a business trip, boring evening, I take a small detour into nature and find this place with an online search. I discover a welcoming environment, warm service, it's pleasant to have a chat when you're alone, and excellent Tuscan cuisine. Correct prices

The food is delicious, cooked and treated following tradition (my grandmother was Tuscan) with excellent results. Worth noting is the excellent quality-price ratio, we ate a Florentine steak with a Brunello di Montalcino without being "bleeded". To be recommended, especially compared to other more famous restaurants that pay a lot of attention to aesthetics but offer a service that is too "touristy" with much higher prices for a quality that is absolutely not superior

15/03/2025: It rarely happens that you find a place like this. I had dinner with my girlfriend, we ate the starter of cold cuts and cheeses, and then Florentine steak with potatoes. Everything was delicious, the steak was a no-brainer, the staff were friendly,
super kind and honest (they warned us that the choice would not be included in the fork discounts, which was not to be taken for granted). Even without discounts the bill was more than honest. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
I give 5 stars because you can't do more.
06/03/2025: Spaghettone di Gragnano con acciughe e muddica atturrata, inpreziosito da altri ingredienti della tradizione siciliana. Piatto degno di visita a questa Trattoria sulle colline toscane, lo Chef Riccardo Bonuccelli sarà lieto di proporvi la sua specialità.

07/03/2025: Ristorante allegro e molto curato. I camerieri sono estremamente gentili, disponibili e preparati. Il menù propone scelte varie di cui consigliamo la tartare di manzo. Molto buona anche la focaccia. Consigliato sia per coppie che gruppi. Si consiglia di consultare il ristorante per verificare se sono previdti eventi musicali, in quanto quella sera era presente un cantante stile pianobar molto bravo, che ha reso l’atmosfera divertente.

Erano buonissime, deliziose veramente...peccato che la mattina dopo siamo stati tutti male. La mia amica ha pensato che il formaggio fosse troppo pesante...io non so, so solo che ho cominciato ad avere mal di pancia che mi è durato per 2 giorni...

09/03/2025: I was in Montecatini this weekend with my family and by chance we came across this wonderful restaurant. Very very friendly staff, they make you feel at ease. The first evening we ate a first course, the fresh tagliatelle were delicious. We decided to return the next evening too and ate a delicious slice of beef, it was very soft. I highly recommend it for food, price and the people who run it. Greetings to Mr. Mimmo

11/03/2025: We arrived without having booked and even though it was a Saturday evening and the place was very busy, the waitress was very kind (like all the staff) and still found a place for us. The pizza was very good, you can also choose the dough you like, the wait was short even though there were many customers and the price was correct.
A small mimosa as a gift on Women's Day was also appreciated. Advised!

01/01/2025: Esta fue nuestra segunda visita y tristemente fue memorable por las razones equivocadas. Esperamos 2 horas por un tazón de pasta mientras la dueña servía a todos los italianos antes que nosotros, ella fue tan grosera con nosotros 🙁

Un plat de gnocchi au fromage très moyen et on a commandé des funghi porcini grillé pour 2 vu le prix !!! Donc 2 morceaux de cèpes dans l'assiette ! Fades plein d'eau décongelés sûrement
Enfin catastrophique
Notre addition très salées elle aussi nous a révélé qu'il nous a été facturé 2 fois les cèpes que nous avons payé puisque pour eux nous en avions commandé 2 ! Du vol
