09/12/2024: We had dinner last Friday at this restaurant. We ordered pici cacio e pepe, beef carpaccio with artichokes and followed by fried chicken, rabbit with artichokes and fried lamb. The pici were very salty and so was the carpaccio, we mentioned this to the waitress when she asked us 'how did it go?' .... when we arrived at the fried food, the owner himself showed up, leaving the dishes on the table, adding in a contemptuous manner that since the first courses were salty he hadn't put even a grain of salt in these.... a gentleman. I will never go back. I add that we also ordered a bottle of Bruciato.... I advise against it, detached staff... incapable of creating empathy... Cost of dinner 120 euros... it could fit.

03/12/2024: Trattoria in Montecatini Terme the place is not very large, inside there are a few tables, but outside there is a closed area with other seats. The place is welcoming and has typical tavern decor. The dishes are typical Tuscan cuisine, well executed and with generous portions. Friendly staff and fast service

24/04/2024: We were there this evening and, since it wasn't clear to us on Google, here it is for everyone else: this is an expensive restaurant 😄 we wanted to have a little something to drink and eat and Google suggested this restaurant to us. When we arrived we were a bit confused at first because the restaurant is in a not so pleasant area. That was one reason why we didn't expect such a fancy restaurant. They were very nice to us, but then made it clear to us that we would be better off somewhere else. We were in the restaurant for about 10 minutes and can't say anything about the food. To save others from this misunderstanding, we would like to leave a note. Also good to know: it is a type of wine restaurant.

12/11/2024: Bizarre experience. The owner and waitress spent a good part of the dinner standing behind our table staring at us. Tagliolini with porcini mushrooms full of garlic. Spaghetti carbonara with cream. We also asked for a flying saucer pizza, pointing out that we couldn't have ham because there was a Moroccan at the table and the owner suggested we exchange it for salami. While one of us was still eating, the waitress passed in front of him to clear the table, causing a rush. I don't think we will return

09/11/2024: I was here last June. Since most of the other places were tourists. From the outside it looked like a family restaurant but unfortunately my experience was very negative. I ordered spaghetti with seafood, which from the first bite tasted burnt to be more specific of gas. I tried eating other bites and this flavor persisted. I let a waiter know about this flavor and he sent it back to the kitchen, then he came back telling me that the chef had tasted it and said that there wasn't this flavor that I had perceived and that if I wanted to order something again I would have to pay extra. But where are the manners? Among other things, I was also correct, I didn't discuss it, I paid and left without eating. I was sick all night with a stomach ache. From complaint. All the nice comments you see are mainly from foreigners who say it's good. Now I would like to see how many Italians like me can say how much they liked it. Not to mention the lack of hygiene.... With flies and midges fluttering on the plates. Discourtesy at the highest levels. In this restaurant you can perceive that the chef does not put love and effort into the dishes. Perhaps Canavacciuolo would be of great help to you. A poorly prepared dish is fine but the lack of education and rudeness is unacceptable towards the customer.

06/11/2024: We stopped for a pizza. Disappointing. Practically the thickness of a wafer and it doesn't even cover the entire plate. Little seasoned. Low price but….

08/12/2024: I often stop when I pass through Montecatini by bike. What can I say: excellent pastries and coffee
