14/08/2024: A real Italian trattoria tipica! Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very fine and tasty food that we want to taste in Italy (especially vitello alla nonna). The prices are affordable, the wine is even very affordable, the anise-flavored dessert is very tasty. Great traditional atmosphere. Recommendation from the hotel with reservation because they were full.

24/04/2024: We were there this evening and, since it wasn't clear to us on Google, here it is for everyone else: this is an expensive restaurant 😄 we wanted to have a little something to drink and eat and Google suggested this restaurant to us. When we arrived we were a bit confused at first because the restaurant is in a not so pleasant area. That was one reason why we didn't expect such a fancy restaurant.
They were very nice to us, but then made it clear to us that we would be better off somewhere else.
We were in the restaurant for about 10 minutes and can't say anything about the food.
To save others from this misunderstanding, we would like to leave a note. Also good to know: it is a type of wine restaurant.

24/08/2024: Ambiente accogliente, ci siamo trovati davvero bene e abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Un plus va alle ragazze in sala dinamiche, sorridenti e molto gentili dall'accoglienza e durante il corso della cena.

22/08/2024: Consiglio caldamente questo ristorante e suggerisco di prenotare per potersi assicurare il tavolo.
Abbiamo mangiato ogni tipo di proposta: primi, secondo con contorno, affettati e dolci.
Sicuramente bisogna avere un po’ di pazienza, perché il cibo è tutto freschissimo e cucinato sul momento, ma in fondo in vacanza si può fare!
Eccezionali la signora Luisiana e la cuoca Isabella.
Speriamo di poterci tornare

11/08/2024: Small place very close to the center of Montecatini where you can have an aperitif or eat something special. The cold cuts are excellent, accompanied by a delicious flatbread. Interesting wine list although a little expensive as is the bill.

06/08/2024: Piatti di terra, di mare e le pizze. Le porzioni abbondanti e giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tutto freschissimo. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Ho mangiato in un ampio giardino all'ombra degli alberi. Era molto fresco, nonostante la stagione. Tornerò certamente.
22/06/2024: Dated but welcoming environment, the place is simple and a bit vintage. Very friendly staff, fast service despite the rather late hour, fair prices, good food and generous portions. We didn't know this restaurant but we had a pleasant evening.

24/07/2024: Montecatini Alto fills up pretty quickly for dinner. We had not made a reservation, but decided to explore for ourselves, and found this restaurant eager to seat us, at an outside table, which is exactly what we had wanted! (Most of the other restaurants were not taking walk ins for dinner.)
I ordered the Rocket with Ricotta, pine nuts and a Balsamic Sauce for a salad, and Gnocci with blue cheese sauce for my main course. Both were fabulous. Then, I treated myself to a delectable dessert that was some kind of chocolate volcano cake. It was amazing!
The staff, inside and out were friendly. There is a restroom inside, that is actually more than one stall if one needs to use the facilities. It was very well maintained.
I highly recommend enjoying a meal here. You won't be disappointed!
11/07/2024: Wir hatten eine Vorspeise zu zweit bestellt (Brot mit Olivenöl und Pilzen )Diese war gut.
Als Hauptspeise Nudeln mit Hackfleischsauce.
Die Portion war mehr als übersichtlich und das Hackfleisch musste man suchen !Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend!

12/08/2024: Super consigliato! Posto al centro della piazza di Montecatini Alto, locale molto caratteristico.
Personale accogliente e pronto a rispondere alle richieste del cliente, abbiamo mangiato un tagliere in due e una focaccia con battuta di manzo spettacolare!

27/06/2024: Our experience at this restaurant was absolutely wonderful! The food was homemade and extremely tasty. Portions were generous. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant when visiting Montecatini.
05/06/2024: This restaurant is charming and the food is delicious, all cooked by the mama, who is 89 years old, with her daughter, front of house. We were made to feel welcome and have returned already, with plans to go back again, before the end of our stay. The prices are very reasonable and we would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.
