04/01/2025: Terrible experience. Non-existent level of soundproofing, very high level of rudeness: the power goes out around midnight as soon as you enter the room, it only restarts at 6 in the morning with a flash. The emergency light in the room continues to illuminate continuously with repetitive and annoying clicks in the dark. At 6.10am noises begin coming from the corridor due to the work of the cleaning staff who slams the door with every movement. At 7am my now exhausted boyfriend goes to reception and explains the problem. The answer is "it's the fault of the Maltese group". Moral: sleepless night spent. Extremely poor level of cleanliness in the breakfast room. Deeply negative experience.
