12/12/2025: For a dear friend's birthday, we were fortunate enough to dine at this wonderful restaurant.
The setting is refined, impeccably clean, and meticulously maintained.
The atmosphere is magical, accompanied by light, relaxing background music.
The impeccable welcome is evident from the moment you enter: the entire staff, without exception, is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to every guest's needs.
The cuisine literally blew us away: a wide-ranging and well-balanced selection of seafood and meat, using the highest-quality ingredients. We chose the Hearts Tasting Menu, which proved to be a sublime experience from appetizer to dessert.
I highly recommend their signature dish, Bavette sul pesce, which is simply extraordinary.
The wine list is also noteworthy, with a truly excellent selection.
Special thanks to Matteo for his valuable and timely advice on choosing wines, and to Chiara, who made us feel right at home.
I have no negatives to report: the Lorenzo Restaurant in Forte dei Marmi is an institution and fully deserves its fame.

22/02/2026: Vomit-inducing with hair in the first courses + 2 first courses and a second course of fried food with half a liter of house wine, 2 sgrappini for a total of €100.00, a shameful thing on top of that, the arrogant waiter!!!!😡😡I won't go back and have them closed!!!!!!!

01/03/2026: We went to this very neat and clean restaurant today. The staff was friendly and the food was good.
I recommend it to everyone. Even our Golden Retriever Buddy loved it.

17/02/2026: Not a pleasant experience. Half a portion of pasta for the little girl with four shrimp cost us 18 euros. The pizza, too, wasn't exactly pizza... small, half burnt, and barely any mozzarella. Avoid it... it's a shame we didn't read the other reviews before going.

14/07/2025: È gia la seconda volta che ceniamo qui, qualità del cibo buona, camerieri gentili, forse un po’ troppo caos e musica un po’ troppo alta! Prezzo leggermente sopra la media!

servizio eccellente
anche se il locale era molto affollato, i piatti sono arrivati sempre tutti insieme ed erano molto buoni

14/10/2025: A very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, and the restaurant manager was rude—he didn't even look at us or try to make us feel welcome. They were very slow and unprofessional, especially considering how expensive this place is. I definitely do not recommend it—not for tourists or anyone else. One of the female staff members was particularly impolite, speaking to us in a disrespectful way. The only good person was the Moroccan girl—she was kind and polite. Other than that, terrible service overall.

09/03/2026: The two Michelin-starred restaurants in Forte dei Marmi are horribly expensive, in a city where everything is more expensive. The Tre Stelle restaurant is therefore an excellent choice, although it's certainly not cheap, but the food is excellent, with very friendly (sometimes overly attentive) staff and a lovely atmosphere. The seafood is incredibly fresh. It's in a very central location.
12/12/2025: What can I say, everything was fantastic, from the welcome to the food, the raw seafood was exceptional.

15/07/2025: Siamo state a cena io e le mie amiche, esperienza totalmente negativa.
Ore 21.30, ci siamo sedute a cena una mia amica trova un pezzo di vetro sul tavolo mentre un'altra mia amica si è tagliata un dito con un pezzo di vetro che si trovava sul suo tovagliolo, per fortuna che stava prendendo il tovagliolo per metterlo sulle gambe e non per pulirsi la bocca.
Le portano del disinfettante e un cerotto e per scusarsi dell accaduto dicono che ci offriranno i dolci, invece dopo erano tutti inseriti sul conto!!!
Molti dei piatti del menù TERMINATI!
3 tipi di vini rosè, 2 dei quali TERMINATI e l'unico rimasto IMBEVIBILE
Abbiamo ordinato gli stessi piatti per non aspettare troppo
Alcuni erano crudi altri erano stracotti (tipo l uovo)
La paella immangiabile, riso o crudo e bruciato!!!!
Confidavo nei churros e invece, totalmente insapore!!!
Servizio lentissimo!

P.S.: a fine serata avranno rotto almeno 4/5 bicchieri, ecco perchè tutti quei pezzi di vetro sul tavolo.
08/07/2025: Location tranquilla, paella buona e serata italo/spagnola veramente carina. È stata un’esperienza molto piacevole.
