11/08/2024: Title: if you can't manage all those places, reduce them.
The amount of people there in the first and second shift is shocking, chaos even in the orders, one waiter in particular arrives and while you are giving him the order he gets lost around interrupting you by moving away to arrange any other customers at the table... and guess what happens then? Commands that arrive at random and distant from each other. Absolutely good quality food and you can feel it, with generous portions.
I absolutely do not recommend Saturday or Sunday (when I came).
For the rest, a restaurant with a lot of potential... but the number of waiters or how the service is managed needs to be reviewed.
10/08/2024: All so delicious that I really compliment the chef...eating such good fish just a few steps from Florence is top notch!!!all very fresh!!!

20/08/2024: We went to this restaurant by mistake but what a lucky mistake it was. The food is absolutely fabulous and our waitress, Adriana, was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t recommend it enough - in fact, we’re going back tomorrow night because there were so many things we wanted to try. Local food and flavors but elevated. If you can fit it in to your stay in Tuscany, you absolutely should.

Abbiamo preso i coccoli con prosciutto crudo e stracchino che consigliamo assolutamente!!
Il caprino al forno con cipolla e miele è d’obbligo assaggiarlo perché è spaziale.
Ottimi anche i ravioloni.
5 stelle meritatissime.
5 stelle anche al personale, la cameriera che ci ha servito è stata molto simpatica e ci ha accompagnato e saputo consigliare durante la cena

09/08/2024: Excellent restaurant serving Tuscan cuisine far from the hustle and bustle. We have family nearby and never miss going there.
08/08/2024: Good dishes but not filling, dessert costing 8 euros not up to par: disc cheesecake with a soft, non-crispy base, ricotta cream decorated with blackberry and raspberry concentrate. 2 first courses, 1 second course, water, 2 coffees and a dessert: 75 euros.

18/07/2023: Unfortunately, there isn't an option to take stars for reviews when negatively marking them.
I am not sure why these guys are in the restaurant business. They have no idea on how to cook any dishes.
My wife ordered some pasta with meat sauce on the side. She got her pasta with tomato sauce (and bunch of oil in the sauce) instead.
I ordered a carbonara pasta. Got them oil dipped style. Never have I've seen so much oil for carbonara pasta (see picture attached). Simply disgusting.
For service, they just sit and look at you instead of actually waiting. We were done eating, yet the person that served us was just sitting behind the counter looking at us, instead of coming over to take the plates away.
Atmosphere, I can only describe it as "infernal".
They don't tell you, but sauna is included with your meal.
We were sweating and smoke was coming from the kitchen in the serving area making the air barely breathable. Nobody bothered turning on the AC or ventilation until we asked them to do it.
And after all this terrible service, they do dare to ask 2.50 EUR/person for coperto. So we had to drop like 10 EUR (2 adults and 2 kids) just for sitting in this dungeon. We've been at some much nicer places where coperto was not as much.
Do yourself a service, save your hard earned money and make sure to avoid enterning this place!

Персонал большие умнички, профессионалы своего дела, шеф повар гений 🔥. Ужин был потрясающе вкусным, изысканные блюда,красивый вид на речку, мы были в восторге . Однозначно это место волшебное для вашего праздника или просто вечера . Я бы этому месту отдала бы все звёзды мира ☺️😍🥰 свою годовщину с мужем провели незабываемо 💓💓💓

Les saveurs des plats ne sont pas extraordinaires à mon goût et surtout des qualités très très petites. J ai pris du poisson, et je n avais pas de légumes, juste une sauce et mon mari du veau avec un os énorme, et très peu de légumes ( juste un poivron gris comme un quart d une tomate)
La glace était bonne : trois boules grosses comme une noisette chacune
Le prix est par contre assez cher
Pas à la hauteur des plats
Je n y retournerai pas, dommage
