24/04/2026: It's absolutely my favorite place to eat in Rosolini. I'll tell you why, following the order of my perceptions: 1) You enter the osteria and find a welcoming setting: warm lighting, artwork decorating the walls, local products visible from the shelves. Excellent background music. In short: elegance and familiarity at the same time; 2) The amuse-bouche is a caress you don't expect, objectively, in an osteria: beautiful (!); 3) Extremely interesting menu: I would have literally tried everything. My impression is that there is a culinary research effort through the preparation and valorization of local products. The ingredients are extremely fresh and of the highest quality, but above all, refinement without starvation: the portions are truly generous; 4) Selection of serving dishes: this too is a form of attention. The serving dishes are all different, all beautiful, all selected specifically for the dish; 5) The wine list is structured according to my ideals. Clear, with precise recommendations. Here too, I see an effort to highlight the local area. The girls serving are excellent at recommending wines to complement the dishes and are very attentive in the tasting. 6) The service deserves a special mention: the girls in charge are extremely kind, knowledgeable about the food and wines, have excellent service attitudes, and are skilled at finding the right balance between discretion and attentiveness. 7) Value for money: excellent. The average cost is 30-40 euros, but considering the quality and preparation of the dishes, the abundance of the dishes, and the overall experience, I'd say it's absolutely adequate.

11/01/2026: Sicilian cuisine with influences, revisited in a creative and surprising way, with carefully crafted and never boring dishes. We had the dining room all to ourselves, an added bonus that made the experience even more intimate and enjoyable. The chef guided us through the dinner, explaining each course with great clarity, demonstrating passion and expertise, as well as genuine friendliness. At the end of the evening, we stayed for a very informal chat, and he even offered us a taste of a truly excellent local gin. A unique, welcoming experience, and highly recommended.
08/10/2025: Chef Guiseppe is worth of a Michelin star!! The most elevated dinner experience you could possibly wish for on your trip to Catania Bravo 🥂✨

06/02/2026: I don't usually write reviews of places I visit. But after suffering from severe food poisoning the night I ate a sandwich at this restaurant, it's abundantly clear that the food isn't stored properly and is likely sold past its expiration date. I would never recommend this place.
26/12/2025: They were more than 25 minutes late and the sandwiches were very cold.

07/01/2025: Consigliati da degli amici e chiamiamo e ci dicono che ci sono due fasce di prenotazione: 8.30 o 22.00. optiamo per la prima fascia anche se presto ma non appena arriviamo ci accorgiamo che in molti arrivavano alle 21, 21.15 . Per le pizze abbiamo mangiato in differita, perché due di noi hanno ricevuto le pizze mezz'ora dopo giustificando la cosa con "problemi nella comanda". A fine cena davanti alla cassa una signora riccia molto poco empatica ci dà il conto, chiediamo due caffè e ci ristampano il conto aggiungendo 2.40 di caffè (su un conto di quasi 200 euro) però vediamo che ai clienti successivi offrono amaro e caffè post conto. Unico consiglio accertatevi di rientrare nella fascia di clienti di Serie A prima di prenotare.
15/12/2024: Una cena meravigliosa consigliata dallo chef Maurizio Massa alla scoperta dei piatti locali, cucinati in modo sublime. Verdure funghi arancini di patate frittate caponate un tripudio di esperienze culinarie indimenticabili culminate in un finale di ravioli con il sanapo stupendi. E cosa dire dei dolci, se non meraviglie? In 18 anni di assidua frequentazione della Sicilia non mi era mai capitato di mangiare così bene, accompagnato da un servizio inappuntabile e dalla cortesia e simpatia di tutto lo staff. Eccezionale!
