23/08/2025: Absolutely exorbitant prices for Italy!!!! A pasta dish for €45? A tiramisu for €16? We drank the water and asked for the bill!!

22/08/2025: It feels like a tourist trap. We came because of the reviews. Prices are unreasonably high. The seafood pasta was made of frozen seafood. The worst I’ve ever tasted in Italy!! I had a few bites and couldn’t eat anymore. To avoid!

26/08/2025: We went there during our vacation, what a disappointment. Uncomfortable location, overly salty food, poor service. Paid a lot for very average quality food.

26/08/2025: This place was awesome and reasonably priced. Just out of the main area (by like 30 seconds). Great vibes, incredible pasta (reminded me of tuscan pasta). Try the pork ragu and the pistachio ravioli and thank me later. Finished off with the salt crusted sea bass and it was also incredible. Best meals we have had here. Servers were awesome too. Great place.

24/08/2025: This place is perfect and no question the best beach club in the area. We just spent a glorious day there yesterday before flying home. Beautiful surroundings, staff are immaculate and food was delicious. Can’t recommend highly enough.

20/08/2025: We stayed at this hotel. The location, the view, and the pool are definitely the unbeatable features of this venue; they make everything more special. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the service. The staff is friendly, but not particularly attentive, or rather, not for a 5-star hotel. The pool is managed by a single person who is constantly moving in and out, so sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes for a tablecloth, a drink, etc. The management of the loungers in the pool area is poor. People were putting tablecloths down at 9:00 in the morning to get seats, went off to do their own thing, and then came back hours later, and no one bothered to tell them that this kind of management is unethical. We returned at 3:00 in the morning. We were told the reception was open 24/7. Unfortunately, we rang repeatedly for 10 minutes, both at the main door and the service door, to no avail. At the last minute, when we were sure we'd be left out, they answered the phone and let us in. When we went up to our room to go to bed, we found a long hair between the sheets and the mattress cover. The rooms aren't the prettiest I've ever seen, but they are tastefully furnished and functional. They lack a full-length mirror, which I personally love having in my room. At breakfast, no one approached us to ask if we wanted coffee, cappuccino, or anything else. There wasn't a lot of continental selection, but what was available was very high quality—mostly Italian-style. As we left, they told us to go downstairs because the car was ready downstairs. When we got downstairs, we saw the car parked in the guest parking spaces, but we didn't know where the key was. Then, on the way there, we remembered where the valet had "hidden" it, but no one had told us. I would definitely return for the view, the good, quality food, although the pool area service was a bit slow, and the overall management of the facility in terms of quality and customer service could, in my opinion, be improved.

29/07/2025: Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The food is beautiful, the location is truly immense and I can’t praise the staff enough - they are just wonderful. The view, pool and water temperature were just unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back

07/09/2025: ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! Everyone who has the chance should visit this place!!! The food is delicious, the prices are great, and the views of the sea are breathtaking. The service is also impeccable, and the owners are charming. 10 points for the restaurant!

18/08/2025: TERRIBLE WELCOME RUDE My partner came in first and asked for a table for two (I stayed upstairs with the stroller). After confirming (and after climbing a very steep staircase with the stroller), they very rudely wanted to move us (I imagine the STROLLER (WITH A SLEEPING BABY) RUINED THE VIEW!

07/09/2025: Everything from start to finish was incredible. As a native Sicilian, finding authentic Sicilian dishes in Taormina is very difficult. We were wandering the streets when we met Nibir who greeted us with a smile and a very warm welcome. We soon met Anjura whose family owns Gambero Rosso. She was kind and truly felt like family from the moment we met her. The linguine pescatore was the best I’ve ever had. The service was beyond exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond. I truly cannot wait to come back a domani! A great and genuine experience!

26/08/2025: Great service from the team today! We only had snacks and drinks but the caprese sandwich was delicious and service with pick up and drop off was superb. Best beach in Taormina. Special shout out to the young lifeguard working today who does a very good job

01/09/2025: We were drawn by the location, just outside the hustle and bustle of Taormina, seeking some tranquility. Unfortunately, our choice turned out to be a mistake. Once we arrived, we immediately noticed that the place was completely empty, and we should have known that was a bad sign. The prices outside the restaurant were different from the menu offered inside. The disappointment was even greater when the dishes arrived. The food was of poor quality, not worthy of the high prices we had to pay. In short, an experience to forget. We hate to write this review, but we felt cheated from start to finish. To avoid

06/09/2025: We ordered Caponata, Antipasto Siciliano and Hugo Spritz. Food and cocktails were good. But the dessert… we wanted to try traditional Italian Cassata but it was awful. I don’t understand how such disgusting dessert can be served in a restaurant.

23/08/2025: I was only passing through and the gentlemen, I don't know what family they belong to, think that the beach is all theirs without knowing the laws and not knowing that I can stay and if I also want to put my towel, my bag and take a bath, I'm on holiday I want to enjoy my holiday and the gentlemen came to harass me to send me away 😡 from that beach where I didn't want to buy the sunbed because we were only supposed to stay 10 minutes but the gentlemen, thinking that they also own the PUBLIC PROPERTY, wanted to send me away, something truly absurd, 😡

19/05/2025: This was our favourite bar. Fantastic small plates, great beer and wine, great service. Perfect place to watch the world go by. Plus we got chatting to lovely people as it’s quite intimate inside. Thoroughly recommend.

07/09/2025: A gem in Taormina. The restaurant is set in a charming courtyard, creating a special and relaxed atmosphere a few steps away from the ancient theatre. We enjoyed fish dishes, each one fresh, flavorful, and beautifully paired with excellent wines at a very affordable price. The unusual and inspiring concept of combining fine dining with an Italian language school makes this place special and inspiring. Strongly recommended.

02/09/2025: The place is very nice. Food did not meet expectations - I actually think that it was my worst food experience in Sicily. The sword fish involtini barely tastes like fish. We have been travelling around the island. The moment you walk away from touristic places, then you find fresh, genuine fish that actually tastes like fish. Rating 2⭐️ as the place is very nice, prices are not crazy and the service is good (a bit short staffed at the moment due to a flue).

06/09/2025: This was the best pizza I ever had in my entire life (Mongibello)! Also, the linguine with seafood were so fresh and good, I was shocked. Everything was cooked to perfection! We will be coming again.
