04/08/2024: Nei momenti peggiori si vedono le persone capaci e nonostante l'eccessiva confusione il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo, capace ed efficiente dai più giovani ai più veterani.
La qualità del cibo e del servizio offerto è alta! Sicuro di fare una bella figura con amici torno sempre volentieri qui! Bravi!!!

The starters did not arrive, no way to speak with a server and no consideration.
I strongly advise against

24/08/2024: Avendo deciso di salire al Rifugio Sapienza, abbiamo fatto sosta nella graziosa Zafferana Etnea e qui ci siamo fermati all'Antica Dolceria dell'Etna... Che dire, abbiamo preso alcuni dolci, acqua fresca e due caffè... Inoltre abbiamo assaggiato la pizza fritta fatta al momento: buonissima😍... E la signora, tanto gentile quanto elegante, mi ha anche fatto un ripieno "su misura" poiché non mangio latticini... Conto super-onesto.... Ottimo per una sosta, una merenda, e perché no, un pranzo al volo!
18/08/2024: Peccato, meriterebbe di più.... poiché è seguito da una Signora con tanto garbo e professionalità.....,dico peccato.... poiché è l'unico posto di Zafferana con un po' di accoglienza e prodotti..... certamente non siamo al massimo.... peccato e ciò che dico è gravissimo, presentare all'occhio delle Persone che passano un lavorato merci in quelle condizioni!Rifate immediatamente il laboratorio perché sporca chi consuma e se il personale non lo custodisce.....cambiatelo! Chiudo,peccato per la Titolare...gran Signora....ma quel luogo non la rappresenta....

15/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato qui dopo aver visitato il parco “Sicilia in miniatura”.
Cena ottima.
Abbiamo preso una pinsa davvero squisita e un antipasto con salumi e formaggi.
I bambini hanno mangiato le cotolette a forma di dinosauro ed erano abbastanza buone e i bimbi molto contenti di mangiarle. I dipendenti molto gentili.
