25/09/2025: Lunch with a friend. We arrived and were escorted to our reserved table. The service was nothing short of perfect. The two very kind waiters introduced us to all the dishes they offer, as well as offering some wine recommendations. We were truly satisfied. The dishes were presented with originality, from the first course, which was a delirium of flavors, to the dessert. The cassata ice cream was truly delicious!! The place is clean and welcoming. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back. Compliments to the waiters and the chef and staff.

17/08/2025: What a discovery! I found this restaurant by chance, using my nose at Bracco. Everything was excellent. Truly Sardinian cuisine, also suitable for vegetarians, with their incredible Sassari-style aubergines and broad beans with fennel.

16/08/2025: This restaurant in the center of Sassari is excellent for traditional Sardinian dishes. Reservations are recommended.

28/07/2025: I've had the opportunity to go to Moliendo for lunch several times, and in fact I went again today. They're incredibly friendly. We ordered the pasta alla Amatriciana, which was truly excellent! Then we ordered tuna with potatoes and salad, and the tuna was cooked to perfection and very tasty. I highly recommend this place, not only for the delicious food but also for the excellent service.

30/09/2025: Impromptu Dinner Located near the city center, quite large and well-decorated, I'd say booking is essential. We had pasta and meat dishes, both spectacular, and to top it off, the tiramisu for dessert was delicious. Highly recommended

16/09/2025: Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. We ordered two pizzas, one Margherita and one with eggplant. The pizza smelled off from the moment it arrived at the table, and the first bite was not good: an unpleasant odor, a texture and flavor more like aged cheese or low-quality stringy dough, perhaps not stored properly, which immediately caused nausea. Both pizzas were left half-eaten because they were inedible. The worst came later: during the night, we experienced nausea, vomiting, and severe gastrointestinal issues. To this day, it's unacceptable. Furthermore, the Margherita pizza was unpalatable: practically no sauce, just a huge layer of that questionable-tasting cheese. I understand it was late at night (around 10 PM), but it's unjustifiable to serve dishes made just for the sake of it, much less with ingredients that were probably not good, or, I repeat, perhaps not stored properly. An experience to forget.

01/10/2025: Just picked up a pizza at lunchtime. The staff was very friendly, and the interior atmosphere was very nice. The pizza was okay, but the ingredients lacked a bit of flavor.

29/09/2025: 100/100 I'll tell you about our experience, we came to Sassari for 1 week, we ate every day in different places but at TRITUS we repeated to say goodbye to the experience, an unforgettable place, with spectacular food, good quantities and great taste of everything, both pizza, pasta and nachos, the service is super friendly and nice, with an incredible smile and kindness, the place is spectacular, not a small complaint, only that you have to make a reservation half of the God, which is totally logical after the good service they give
