17/06/2025: To begin with, the location is wonderful. It's at a height that allows you to see Castelsardo and the illuminated port while you dine. The waiters are very friendly, and the menu is extensive. There are three options for starters, main course, and dessert, or you can choose from a very extensive menu. A wide variety of fish dishes is available.
For two people, a starter, main course, and dessert, with wine, costs approximately 150 euros.
But it's worth it. Excellent value for money.

06/07/2025: My partner and I (big foodies) had an amazing experience at Ristorante Il Cormorano. We came here for lunch and not only was the food so unique, fresh and special but the service was incredible. Ambrogio was helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in making our experience unforgettable. Best restaurant experience we’ve had in our two weeks travelling across Sardinia and we cannot wait to come back!!

20/07/2025: Great restaurant! Very warm welcome and the meal was excellent (pizzas and seafood spaghetti were excellent). We tried the traditional dessert and the tiramisu was also very good. I recommend it, very good value for money.
20/07/2025: Very good, authentic food, unpretentious, and the best part is the service. Maxi is a great guy who makes you feel right at home. The upstairs terrace is cool and offers views of the Castle.

02/07/2025: It has to be said that there are few more beautiful views than up here, and the restaurant is paying for it. Generally speaking, it was perfectly fine, but the food didn't do justice to the location, and the portions were really small. Wasps are a problem up here, and the service was a bit hectic.

05/07/2025: Not a fan of animal cruelty as displayed there...
We were there just for drinks, was nice enough, friendly staff and ok prices.
But why does staff feel the need to parade a lobster and a langusta/crayfish around for pictures?
And then when the langusta manages to wriggle free in its panic and drops to the floor, the waitress just casually rips out its feelers while picking it back up?
Just kill and cook them (hopefully as 2 separate processed) and then eat them, but why the wanton cruelty?
Why the need to needlessly torture the poor animal further when it's already clearly terrified?
Will never go there again, regardless of quality.
At least treat animals with respect, even if they're "just lifestock" and meant for consumption.
An additional negative, the cashier just took a tip himself and said thanks, I was too flabbergasted to object.
It was only 50c, so whatever from a monetary view, but that's about principle, I would never tip at a horrible place like this.
05/07/2025: Antica Pensione Pinna – Great experience!
We were two couples and we ate very well! We ordered 4 seafood appetizers and 4 first courses, all plentiful and of high quality. Dessert and an excellent seadas followed. Special thanks for the coffee and the after-dinner drink offered by the house, always a very welcome gesture.
I am wary of those who write fake reviews claiming that the place is expensive: the prices are absolutely fair, especially considering that you eat fresh fish, which – as is right – has its value. In this case, everything was more than fair.
We will definitely be back!

30/05/2025: Unfortunately I can't say I ate well to recommend it ordered classic appetizers like an octopus salad and a trio of appetizers the octopus had neither classic nor gourmet or anything else cut so thin that you couldn't even taste it not to add anything else it was terrible. linguine clams and bottarga seemed like a bad joke with absurd butter fillet of beef fillet didn't know where it was at home and baked potatoes so thin and fried in figitrice without anything put on a plate without rosemary garlic in its skin and the beauty of it all that when I was asked how it was all I expressed my opinion without warning that I would be a chef de cuisine with two gourmet stars he wanted to convince me that this is how you cook. paid €93 for ..... Never again

02/07/2025: We visited La Schizzula Trattoria di Satta Ignazio in Castelsardo and had high expectations – unfortunately, we were disappointed.
Positive: The mussels for the appetizer were very good – that's why I gave it one star.
But everything that came after was a huge disappointment:
I had scampi for €18. Five were served – uncleaned, with shells, heads, unopened, and not deveined – with only a lettuce leaf and a lemon slice for decoration. No flavor, just sand between your teeth.
The side dishes have to be ordered separately: My "salad" for €7 consisted mainly of white cabbage salad with a few grated carrots and a tiny piece of tomato. A disgrace in terms of taste and quality – I sent it back.
The bread that was served beforehand was simply served a second time and charged twice – even though I didn't touch it. Even after complaining, the entire bill was added to my bill. No accommodation, no goodwill, no professional handling of criticism.
The ambiance in the castle's ancient corridors is truly beautiful – it's a shame that the food and service don't live up to the place.
Conclusion: Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended. There are better alternatives nearby.
30/06/2025: My husband and I had our dinner here in Castelsardo. Everything was perfect, appetizer, first course and second course all fish-based, very fresh and really good! Even the dessert. Highly recommended!

02/07/2025: Despite its attractive location, the restaurant was completely unconvincing. I don't understand the positive reviews. The service seemed overwhelmed and hectic, even nervous at times.
The menus were inconsistent, which caused confusion right from the start. The wait for the food was unreasonably long, and unfortunately, the result wasn't worth the patience. My swordfish was dry, unseasoned, and completely tasteless. The portion wasn't adequate, and there were no side dishes.
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
27/06/2025: You definitely come here for the view and the sunset. The service is good and the waiters are very attentive and service minded, not the best to communicate with in English, but very willing to try to understand. We ate the risotto di mare and it was good. The prices are on the pricier side, but for the location it’s worth the price. It’s also a bar there, that is playing some kind of party music. It was not disturbing for us, we enjoyed it and it wasn’t that noisy, but it may be a mood breaker for a romantic dinner.

10/02/2025: De locatie van het restaurant is perfect echt een schitterend uitzicht echter duurde het 20 minuten voordat het personeel wat ons al een tijd had zien zitten de moeite nam om ons te bedienen. De bestelde calamaris was prima van smaak zoals ook het locale brood. Na betaling vroeg ik waar hun toilet was dat bleek iets terug in straat te zijn in een gebouwtje het toilet voldeed op geen enkele wijze van wat men zou mogen verwachten van een restaurant op deze locatie.
29/01/2025: Very panoramic point, refined atmosphere.
The waitress was very kind, the boy less so.
That said, very good fish indeed.
We took both first and second courses with some side dishes.
We have been there more than once,
In the first everything is truly perfect... in the others "Ni".
fish always good but the dishes were not the same... the pasta was too far ahead in cooking, the scampi in the pasta were raw, we point it out and are told that they must be like this... I doubt it since on the other occasions everything was cooked to perfection .
High bill but well motivated by the location, the period (August) and the dishes chosen.
In conclusion: excellent restaurant, just be careful not to catch the wrong evening.

30/06/2025: Went here for lunch. Pizza wasn't even in the menu(???). We got the lasagna bolognese and spagetti ala carbonara which was extremely salty otherwise quite tasteless, the rest was ok. They charge you for couvert (fee you must pay for the basket of bread and a few sauce packets they always bring you) it was 1 basket and the sauces, we paid 9€, which is crazy since in other places you get a whole pizza for that. We were disappointed.

05/01/2025: Sono andato con 2 amici in maniera un po' casuale in questo agriturismo per pranzo.
Tutto di produzione propria o comunque autoctona del territorio dall'antipasto al dolce e tutto delizioso! In particolare abbiamo gradito il capretto ed il cinghiale. Ma anche i culorgiones e i ravioli erano favolosi, per non parlare degli antipasti, il tutto accompagnato da ottimo vino della casa. Consigliatissimo.
