19/05/2025: So much to say... What a wonderful discovery! My partner and I were visiting Castelsardo. He speaks fluent Italian and I speak French. We were treated to a presentation of the menu and the fresh fish in Italian AND French, and I really enjoyed it. Everything was excellent, and I mean it carefully. This is the first time in my life that I've been made to like the original carbonara (without crème fraîche), even though I usually don't like it at all. My partner had a starter made with five different fish, and it was exquisite. The tuna tataki and the beef tartare were delicious. And what better way to end the meal than with their tiramisu? Honestly, this restaurant gets a huge 10/10. The staff was adorable, smiling, and attentive. We loved it. Thank you so much!

We were surprised by the kindness and friendliness, even though the place was very chic.
Spectacular views of the village of Castelsardo and Corsica.
Delicious food, plentiful and with great attention to presentation.
Price in line with the quality and location.
The closest thing there is to a starred restaurant we have been to in the past.
Unforgettable!

During an 8-day stay, we dined there three times!
It doesn't look special upon entering (it looks like a typical village bar), but go up the stairs and discover a fantastic terrace with views of the castle and a stunning sunset over the sea!
The food was spectacular, generous portions at a good price, home-cooked food.
The waiter was very attentive and friendly, always willing to give advice and crack a joke.
In short... A place to come back to!

In the shade in the historic center, close to the entrance to the citadel. Go there with your eyes closed..

04/05/2025: Stopped by this place while driving the panoramic costal road. We were able to score a terrace table with a view of the castle. The food wine and service were excellent. The seafood is not to be missed. English menu available.
03/05/2025: Che dire.. Veranda esterna accattivante. Personale preparato e accogliente. Tutto molto buono e sopratutto mix di antipasti differenti da quello che trovi comunemente. Se poi aggiungi un po’ di crudi raggiungi livelli altissimi. Tutto bagnato dai migliori vini sardi a prezzi competitivi. Esperienza da ripetere certamente

30/05/2025: Unfortunately I can't say I ate well to recommend it ordered classic appetizers like an octopus salad and a trio of appetizers the octopus had neither classic nor gourmet or anything else cut so thin that you couldn't even taste it not to add anything else it was terrible. linguine clams and bottarga seemed like a bad joke with absurd butter fillet of beef fillet didn't know where it was at home and baked potatoes so thin and fried in figitrice without anything put on a plate without rosemary garlic in its skin and the beauty of it all that when I was asked how it was all I expressed my opinion without warning that I would be a chef de cuisine with two gourmet stars he wanted to convince me that this is how you cook. paid €93 for ..... Never again

06/05/2025: A trip to Castelsardo with the grandchildren and the youngest one tells me where he would like to eat for lunch. How apt choice. Sublime dishes and unique courtesy and friendliness of the staff. Well done. You have given us truly delicious moments for the palate and the soul.

01/01/2025: Nightmare New Year's Eve lunch. The staff and the place were poorly maintained and clean, long waiting times for the dishes. After serving the seafood morsels, flavored with the smell of spoiled fish, we asked them to block the first courses and bring us the bill and there, the waiter approached us with arrogance, threatening to throw the first courses in our faces. Change profession.
01/01/2025: All truly terrible. 2 hours to eat just the starter, plus smelly fish. The service and food were really slow. The waiter told us "it takes a lot to make the first courses, they are all different", next time we will ask him to choose for us. We blocked the first courses and asked for the bill, the waiter, a very rude ignorant man, started shouting everything, even saying "throw the plates in his face", fortunately we are polite, civilized and intelligent people and we didn't answer. Thanks, for ruining our day, obviously we won't be returning.

10/02/2025: De locatie van het restaurant is perfect echt een schitterend uitzicht echter duurde het 20 minuten voordat het personeel wat ons al een tijd had zien zitten de moeite nam om ons te bedienen. De bestelde calamaris was prima van smaak zoals ook het locale brood. Na betaling vroeg ik waar hun toilet was dat bleek iets terug in straat te zijn in een gebouwtje het toilet voldeed op geen enkele wijze van wat men zou mogen verwachten van een restaurant op deze locatie.
29/01/2025: Very panoramic point, refined atmosphere.
The waitress was very kind, the boy less so.
That said, very good fish indeed.
We took both first and second courses with some side dishes.
We have been there more than once,
In the first everything is truly perfect... in the others "Ni".
fish always good but the dishes were not the same... the pasta was too far ahead in cooking, the scampi in the pasta were raw, we point it out and are told that they must be like this... I doubt it since on the other occasions everything was cooked to perfection .
High bill but well motivated by the location, the period (August) and the dishes chosen.
In conclusion: excellent restaurant, just be careful not to catch the wrong evening.

A waiter was rude, I asked to bring something, he brought it to me and immediately ran away (I needed to ask for something else), when he returned I asked him for something else and he ran away very quickly again, I didn't time to ask something else, when he came back I asked him and as he turned his back he exclaimed at the table behind in dialect, he thought I didn't understand: they're kidding me, damn. I told him that I understand the dialect and that every time he ran away and denied it. I went to pay and he did the bill, he didn't bother to apologize or give further explanations. Very Rude. Inability to relate to the customer.
13/10/2024: Just a beer and coffee, with a glass of water.
Not too expensive with a nice view of the beach.
I didn't eat there so no indication on that side.
