03/08/2025: La semplicità paga sempre. Non per forza serve un super impiattamento per colpire ma il gusto e la qualità vincono sempre. Antipasto di mare, primo di tonno, spada. Tutto buonissimo!!!
02/08/2025: Serata trascorsa in famiglia di venerdì sera in un ottima atmosfera. Servizio eccellente, precisi e molto gentili. Antipasti e Primi molto abbondanti e gustosi. Antipasto sardo nella norma, molto buono invece l'antipasto di mare. Molto consigliata la fregola ai frutti di mare, gustosa ed abbondante. Ottimi anche i tagliolini al tonno. Meglio prenotare, in estate può essere affollata. Consigliatissimo.

20/11/2025: "I do not recommend visiting this restaurant in Italy. The staff, particularly an older gentleman with glasses at the entrance, were very rude and refused to serve us. He told us to get pizza next door, which was very disappointing. It's a shame that a business like this treats people this way. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service. It's not the experience one expects in a country like Italy."
07/10/2025: I've been going there for thirty years now, as a girlfriend, a newlywed, and a mother. Always top-notch, never misses a beat.

09/11/2025: We've known Al Dieci for many years, since the "Dieci" meant you could spend ten euros for lunch like today... a first course, a second course, a side dish, and a soft drink or water... now, after many years, they've gone up to fifteen euros for the same deal, and I must say, the quality is still the same! An excellent first course of seafood linguine, a second course of fried calamari with fries, and water or a soft drink, for fifteen euros, and good quality, it's hard to find!
A go-to place when we're passing through Alghero, just steps from the port.
08/11/2025: The pizza was still doughy, the staff were watching their own movies at full volume, and the restaurant's background music was quite decent – very annoying. The men's restroom door couldn't be closed due to a broken latch.

20/09/2025: At the end of September, we were alone in the veranda where the bay windows were open onto the port and the boats... just magical... the food was succulent, the welcome fabulous, the wine perfect (Vermentino grape variety), the dishes refined and the Spritz incredible 😜 We highly recommend +++

20/10/2025: Restaurant in an alley where the welcome is decent but it's a real tourist trap. It's good but very expensive and a bit limited in the plate. 15€ for a pork chop and 7€ for a plate of grilled vegetables consisting of 2 eggplant slices and 5 zucchini slices. It's a steal. 16€ for a plate of spaghetti bolognese is expensive. 3€ for a 75cl bottle of water when the day before in another restaurant it was 3€50 for 1.5l. So if you can go elsewhere, don't hesitate. Oh yes and 2€50 for service per person so 10 balls for 4. Free in other restaurants like the one from the day before in Isola Rossa.
19/10/2025: Tourist trap! Avoid!
When ordering, I explained to the waiter that I actually preferred grilled fish to fried octopus... and he finally brought me both! I protested! But nothing worked! The grilled fish was raw inside... I had to send it back to the kitchen! My son's hamburger came as a simple hamburger with fries... the lasagna wasn't homemade... etc.... and the bill was very steep for a bad meal! When the food is so good in Sardinia!

29/10/2025: We were met with a nasty, dirty look from a waitress the entire time, and we had ordered draft beers (pointing to the menu to avoid any confusion) but received bottled beers. We mentioned this and understood that they weren't happy to serve us what we had ordered. Otherwise, the place is nice, and they serve small plates of chips free of charge.

20/10/2025: Today was our third visit during our vacation. We ordered the unique lemon and orange peel pizza with Gorgonzola, which was delicious 😋. The pistachio ice cream and soufflé for dessert were also very good; unfortunately, the tiramisu was only available on the first day. Everything was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, our vacation is now over, and it will be a while before we can return.
20/10/2025: Super delicious food, the pizza with orange and lemon zest was amazing—never seen anything like it anywhere else, and for only €7. Dessert was also really delicious. We'll be back!

31/10/2025: A restaurant with a very simple decor, given its location inside a market. It has the advantage of using charcoal to cook the fish. Prices are a bit high, especially for the location. The quality of the fried fish is disappointing, especially at a high price (€20).

01/11/2025: Tonight we ate at the Montecristo restaurant. The food was good, but without any particular flair or dishes that truly stood out. Considering that we spent €53 each, I'd say it wasn't a good value. Overall, a decent experience, but too expensive for what we ate. For that price, I think you could choose somewhere else with a more varied menu, perhaps even fish, whereas here the menu consisted mainly of meat or meat-based dishes, vegetables, or pizza.
The staff's courtesy, however, is commendable: they removed a dish that one of our guests didn't like from the bill, and we were offered a round of digestives.
21/10/2025: Under new management, a different concept than the previous one, striving for innovation while maintaining a local feel. Fair prices and generous portions are also guaranteed.

For the appetizer, mussels and clams.
For the main course, spaghetti with seafood.
The place was recommended to me by a very dear friend, so I had high expectations.
In this case, expectations were exceeded completely. The food was excellent, as was the quantity. The staff also deserves a 10, always polite and available to make the dinner perfect.
So I highly recommend you try it; you won't be disappointed.
