26/03/2026: To be perfectly honest, we came to this restaurant as a group hoping for a good first impression of the island and its people. Luckily, the other guests gave us a glimpse of what a truly warm welcome looks like. Despite the service, which I personally found deplorable, the food was spectacular, a stark contrast to the quality of the service. Would I recommend this place? The simple answer is yes. It serves its purpose of feeding you well, but don't expect to feel at home.
P.S.: The carbonara could be improved.

15/03/2026: The welcome for Sunday lunch was excellent: the entrée included two excellent fried zucchini flowers and artichokes. We continued with a delicious wild asparagus risotto, which, in my opinion, could have been enhanced with a cream of the same vegetable to enhance the flavor (the chef is open to constructive criticism). We finished with a delicious strawberry salad accompanied by Chantilly cream. Excellent value!
Highly recommended.

31/10/2025: A restaurant with a very simple decor, given its location inside a market. It has the advantage of using charcoal to cook the fish. Prices are a bit high, especially for the location. The quality of the fried fish is disappointing, especially at a high price (€20).

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, the kind where you leave absolutely nothing on the surface, and you're almost tempted to mop up the sauce (made with mussel sauce, perhaps a little more than the clam sauce!) with that soft and flavorful crust.
Definitely worth a try if you're in the area and craving pizza!

08/01/2026: Today I drank the most expensive latte in all of Italy, even in an average bar. The bar is on the outskirts, not in the center, and not even a classy bar, and the latte alone cost 2.90. The day before, in a bar in the center of Sassari, a latte and a croissant cost 3.30. I can only explain this by the fact that they are located 50 meters from the hospital, and they profit from the people who stop there for a drink or something to eat.

20/09/2025: At the end of September, we were alone in the veranda where the French doors opened onto the harbor and the boats… simply magical… the food was delicious, the welcome fabulous, the wine perfect (Vermentino grape), the tableware refined, and the Spritz incredible 😜 We highly recommend it!

The Restaurant La Pelosetta

16/04/2026: The pizza was relatively good, although the ingredients weren't fresh (hard avocado, fatty ham, etc.). The service was terrible, the wait was incredibly long, and they even served us to the wrong table. In short, avoid it!
15/04/2026: The server was incredibly unfriendly and already annoyed when we arrived. We waited a good 20 minutes before our order was taken. Half the menu wasn't available. No salads, etc.
We then ordered pizza and beef entrecote. The meat was colder than the weather (20°C), and so was the pizza. I wouldn't recommend the pizza.
Luckily, the mojito had an excessive amount of alcohol, so we can forget about it soon.
By the way, the restaurant had almost no customers. And the few who were there didn't look happy either.
Next time, we'll read other people's reviews first. 🤮
