07/09/2025: We went based on the view and the reviews and found a Palestinian sticker on the door, which made us leave immediately. As an Argentine, watching Hamas kidnap 21 of my fellow Argentines and kill nine, including children, was deeply unpleasant. Political positions shouldn't be held in a restaurant. It's a waste of time and fuel, and an insult to the customers.

29/10/2025: We were there in September and it was truly a gem. The food was excellent and the waiters were very friendly. We spent a wonderful afternoon on the terrace. Highly recommended if you're in Fertilia, as I don't think there's another place quite like this restaurant.
24/10/2025: Went for lunch. Was told much of the menu wasn't available as it was lunchtime(!), including pizza not offered at lunchtime for some strange reason. Annoyingly we only found this out after trying to order. All very odd despite being called Ristorante "Pizzeria" il Paguro!
Roasted boar also wasn't available which was my second choice.
So in the end we were left with a very limited selection of lunchtime choices which was disappointing.
Outdoor patio gazebo is very nice to sit in, but unfortunately the roof structure helps the cigarette smoke to linger for all the non-smoking patrons while eating.
Service seemed abit off to me, they weren't particularly busy at all but it almost felt like they were overwhelmed.
Desserts were good, though nothing exceptional enough to make me return.
I have many favourite restaurants in the Alghero/Fertilia area so don't think I'll be returning il Paguro.

very clean, and the food is fantastic! The staff is
truly friendly and welcoming, in short, a
rare gem. The fish dinner was fantastic with
portions triple what you'd usually see. The quality of the raw materials was superb.
The sweet breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
I'd like to point out that, although he was in no way
obligated to do so, the owner, seeing me having trouble
with a car problem, not only went with his vehicle to retrieve a spare
part but also installed it without asking for anything in return. I will never thank him enough
for this gesture, which goes far beyond hospitality and
professionalism... Thank you again, Mr. Alberto!!! I
recommend you don't miss out on a fabulous stay

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, the kind where you leave absolutely nothing on the surface, and you're almost tempted to mop up the sauce (made with mussel sauce, perhaps a little more than the clam sauce!) with that soft and flavorful crust.
Definitely worth a try if you're in the area and craving pizza!

04/10/2025: One of the most beautiful corners of Sardinia. The only problem is the parking situation, even though we were here at the end of September. Our tip: Use the large parking lot outside Stintino (free) and cycle. It's a great, well-maintained route all along the coast. Don't drive through with a campervan; it's pointless!

21/10/2025: The waiter was very friendly and attentive, until I saw the parking tickets while I was finishing my beer in a relatively short time. Shame on Italy, what has happened to it? Tolerance and generosity are new foreign concepts. I'm sad, but the prices match the country's greed and power.

03/10/2025: Nothing special. The dishes could be way more tasty, potatoes, grilled vegetables and polposalad were dripping in oil - sorry to say but oil that looked like motoroil. Swordfish was ok. Wine was good.

03/03/2025: Location fantastica, in mezzo alla natura, immagino che d’estate sia ancora più apprezzabile. Anche il cibo tutto buono, niente di diverso rispetto ai classici agriturismi della zona, servizio ottimo e ragazze/i gentili. Non ci sono state lunghe attese. Anche aperitivo molto carino all’ingresso. La struttura è circondata da animali e l’ambiente è molto accogliente e tipico.
Unico neo per cui non do cinque stelle è la sala interna gelida (che forse si è un pochino riscaldata successivamente grazie al calore umano) per cui ho dovuto mangiare col cappotto almeno fino alla seconda portata, rispetto invece a quella esterna paradossalmente molto più calda e confortevole perché vi è il camino dove cucinano il maialetto.
Per il resto tutto top!
23/12/2024: Siamo stati tantissime volte in questo agriturismo non ci hanno mai deluso pulizia, gentilezza, professionalità, prodotti genuini del territorio ottimo nella preparazione delle pietanze ,maialino arrosto uno dei migliori del nord Sardegna
Lo consiglio vivamente non rimarrete delusi .

10/10/2025: A place of freedom, near the sea, with sea air and breeze, fish brought in by local fishermen, and a superb red fortified wine that stains the glass. Family-run, home-cooked food. Highly recommended.
17/09/2025: I'd been to this restaurant three years ago and wanted to return because I remembered the paccheri with saffron sauce being spectacular. It all confirmed, of course. The location is very nice and simple.
