12/10/2025: A great hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff are consistently courteous and excellent at their jobs. The parking lot is a few steps away and can be opened with the room card. We would definitely book there again. The only thing is that the €25 beach chair with a towel is a bit pricey.

05/09/2025: We sincerely thank the hotel staff in general, the front desk in particular, and Michela from the bar, always attentive and an excellent professional (not everyone knows how to make a gin fizz...) for their warm welcome. 23/09/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant last night, making a late reservation. Unfortunately, they had no more room on the terrace. I have to say that the vibe wasn't very positive at first, as we sat down at 8:45 PM and by 9:30 PM the first course hadn't arrived. But once the first course arrived, everything went smoothly. The restaurant is clean, simple, and furnished in a standard way. Welcoming staff. It's located on the main street of Villasimius. We ate the mixed grill, which was good, and the seafood fregola was standard (4 pieces of squid, 1 shrimp, and 6-7 mussels). We drank water, nothing sweet.

22/09/2025: We went for dinner on the recommendation of our hotel, and it was a sure hit! We dined on the terrace, in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere, with soft lighting and ambient music! The food was delicious. We ordered mussels and grilled fish for two; everything was delicious! The staff was attentive and attentive at all times! I recommend it 100%.

01/10/2025: Do not expect much. Tasty sea bass though. When you arrive, waitress tells you that this highly esteemed establishment does not serve pizza, but instead is a Restaurant. Then she seats you right next to the toilet despite the fact that the place is almost empty. Afterwards she forgets to bring you cola and expresses shock that I don't drink alcohol. Also, for such an important establishment, it is a shame that they do not give you some wet napkins to clean your hands even though you have to fight through oily prawns with your fingers. Also, the Restaurant gives you sauce for fried potatoes- those little packs of heinz of whatever kind of mayonnaise, which is absolutely fine, but that kind of does not go together with all the high and mighty Restaurant image. Okay, sorry, wanted to get it out of my system. Maybe I just looked like a stupid tourist to them.

01/10/2025: We were looking for Arrabbiata sauce pasta in Villasimus and couldn't find any. This place made it on our request even though they do not have it on the menu. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Food was really good and tasty! No pizzas made here which is a nice touch. Its hidden away from the main street which is a shame as its better than the main street restaurants!

06/10/2025: There's no way a restaurant called "Carbonara" would make a carbonara that anyone reading this review would make better at home. Disappointing and expensive.

12/10/2025: The pizza and restaurant are excellent. The staff are very friendly, and the Roman waitress is fun and friendly. An excellent choice!

12/10/2025: A friendly restaurant with excellent food. We visited twice: the first time we ordered two courses, the second time we ordered the "gigante" pizzas—they are truly enormous, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The multi-course meal was also authentic and a delight. The price for ordering multiple courses was also reasonable, especially compared to the more touristy restaurants in the center of Villasimius. The fact that locals eat at Santa Maria speaks volumes. Our dog was also welcome. Advance reservations are recommended. It gets very busy right away when it opens, but things relax later in the evening. Highly recommended!
