17/03/2026: Beautiful rooms. We explored the other rooms too. They are all very pretty and tastefully decorated. We had dinner too. I’m very impressed with the wine pairing selection. The pork was done very well. We tried their olive oils too and bought one.

08/02/2026: I visited an olive oil factory to tour it. I received a lecture on olive oil from a female staff member. The lecture really showed the passion that goes into making good olive oil and the desire to help people understand the deliciousness of olive oil. I found my favorite during the tasting during the lecture and bought some. It's truly delicious olive oil. I'd like to come back to buy some more. When I do, I'd definitely like to stay overnight and enjoy the food as well as my stay.

09/02/2026: Very large and clean place. Wide selection of excellent quality meats. Excellent value for money. It's now a regular stop. Highly recommended!

22/01/2026: Everything was delicious; the meat was cooked to perfection, so tasty you could cut it with a breadstick, and the bombette were amazing. The side dishes were delicious, the place was clean and quaint, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Try it and believe it.

02/02/2026: I went for dinner last Saturday. I'd never been to this place before, and I was amazed. The dishes had a unique, delicate, and fresh flavor. The lady who served us was incredibly kind, explaining the various courses and recommending the right wine! It was a wonderful surprise. I'll be back as soon as possible. 23/12/2025: Very good food, but do NOT bring children. They are not welcome and we felt very stressed from the moment of walking in and the waiter’s disdain. I took my kids outside while we waited for the first course and he scorned me for the ‘food getting cold’ when we returned only minutes later. The waiter insisted he said it wasn’t a place for children on the phone, which was not clear for us. Great atmosphere and food for an adult only meal.

02/12/2025: We chose the regional menu and were absolutely delighted. The presentation, ambiance, value for money of our lunch, and ultimately the delicious meal were the highlight of our visit to Ostuni. Bravo!

08/03/2026: Based on my experience, I highly recommend this restaurant. We got a spot on the rooftop with a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside and the city. The service was perfect: attentive, courteous, quick, and extremely friendly (communication was in Italian or English). The food was outstanding; the tuna steak and roasted octopus were a true delight. The red wine was sensational, not to mention the homemade tiramisu 🤩... you made my day 💯

24/09/2025: An absolute vibe! Hidden gem! Nicolas and Fabio & the Bosco Verde team staff are so kind and relaxed. Great facilities— jungle-like outdoor shower, clean, and a shaded parking area. The beach and water itself is absolutely stunning, plus the music playlist is on point.

His creations are light yet decadent, imaginative yet deeply comforting — the perfect finale to an already remarkable meal. Cielo at La Sommità is a jewel of Puglia, and without question, worthy of a Michelin star.
