21/12/2025: Dinner at this restaurant. Excellent food, beautifully presented. High prices... which might even be justified if the service were up to par. Instead: terrible service, I'd say nonexistent. Young waiters wander among the tables without noticing empty bottles or people calling out to them. If you ask for something they don't know (and that's normal), they disappear and you never see anyone again. We had to go straight to the counter to get an amaro. The comments from the tables around us about the service were the same... a real shame, because the place is beautiful and the food is good, but I wouldn't return given the value for money, considering all the variables. A small error during service, which was promptly resolved by a kind waitress!

16/12/2025: The location and ambiance are excellent, and the staff is attentive and courteous. An intriguing menu and a good wine list. We had a great time, more than satisfied with all the dishes served, including the desserts. The only downside was that I left a pair of Armani sunglasses on the table when I left, and when we returned to get them, we were told they hadn't been found.

22/02/2026: "You can tell a good day from your order..." We arrived at 12:20, with a reservation, when the restaurant wasn't yet full. The dish we ordered was good and well-prepared, with no complaints about the quality. However, the service organization left a bit to be desired. Every request made to the waiters had to be met with the usual "yes, just a minute, the lady will arrive," resulting in a delay. The lady—who I presume was the owner and in charge of taking orders—seemed to be the sole decision-maker, creating inevitable delays. There was also a sense of resignation on the part of the waiters, who were often called directly by customers to place their orders, only to be promptly answered with the same phrase: "the lady will arrive." This made the service unsatisfactory and less efficient than one might expect. For two main courses, a glass of red wine each, and a coffee, the total cost was around €70. Overall, the dish was good, but the organization, timing, and value for money could definitely be improved. We're still waiting for our coffee, we're waiting for "the lady," we'll let you know... 😑

22/01/2026: A traditional restaurant offering lake fish specialties, just a few meters from Arona's lakefront. The atmosphere and decor are rustic yet elegant, and the food is delicious and well-prepared. The flavor of lake fish may not be for everyone, but if you appreciate it, or are curious and just want to try it, this restaurant is for you. Recommended.

25/03/2025: Locale informale. Pizza buona anche senza glutine MA e da non sottovalutare il MA. Personale non troppo cortese e disponibile. In quanto accettano di far mangiare le persone alle ore 23:10 ma alle 23:45 ti tolgono il tavolo mentre mangi “fingendo” probabile è vero che a mezzanotte devono chiudere. Mi chiedo allora perché accettare persone in questi orari ? Ps: durante la cena sarete deliziati da il passaggio di piattole sotto i vostri piedi
