02/02/2025: Sunday lunch in the Langhe. We opted for the tasting menu with 4 starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses and a trio of desserts. The food is excellent and cooked very well. The only flaw was the service which left a bit of a bad taste in our mouth. Very cold and detached with that feeling of being annoying to be having lunch there. Sin.
