The restaurant captures the true spirit of Piedmont in every detail: a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and, of course, authentic and delicious cuisine. I chose the tasting menu paired with a Dolcetto from Diano d’Alba, and it truly felt like living a piece of real Italian life. Each dish was a journey into Piedmontese tradition – perfectly balanced, flavorful, and prepared with such evident care. I felt like a local Italian, celebrating life through food and wine.
