06/09/2025: What can I say? We arrived at 1 PM on Saturday... fully booked during the palio period! The owner is a kind person... along with all the staff... they bend over backwards to find us a spot to grab a quick bite... well, they find it! We eat a hot dish because we're in a rush for work... superlative dishes to say the least! A rabbit in Moscato sauce is superb!!! Tagliolini with rabbit sauce is wonderful!!! Tagliatelle with zucchini carbonara... Amazing!! We'll definitely be back, but we'll have a more relaxed time... best to book... definitely!! Excellent restaurant!!!!!!

28/08/2025: Piedmontese cuisine in a refined and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent ingredients, excellent wine, and attentive service. I recommend the Fassona tartare and the tajarin with truffles. Highly recommended!

02/09/2025: My son celebrated his eighteenth birthday at this wonderful place, where the professionalism and attention to detail were impeccable! The impeccable care with which the evening was managed is a rare quality in the restaurant world. Special praise must go to Tony, who served us traditional dishes that were nothing short of excellent! If you're looking for a venue where courtesy and good taste go hand in hand, you can't go wrong with Arbiola! For us, it remains an excellent choice!

02/09/2025: The place itself is very nice. The service leaves you waiting for the best. Now onto the food. I had the Piedmontese antipasto mix recommended by the place. The raw meat was good, the anchovies were good, the vitello tonato was good, the meat was cooked perfectly but the sauce wasn't. It tasted like bean water mayonnaise, which I didn't like. Then I had the rabbit. It was overcooked, it seemed like it had been chewed and then baked. Even though the flavor was good, the consistency wasn't. The meringue dessert was good (a bit old meringue). I'd say I might give it another chance, but even today for lunch, I wouldn't know. I expected better since it was recommended.

18/08/2025: My wife and I had lunch last Saturday at this restaurant, where we've been before. As on other occasions, it was a truly satisfying experience. We opted for two four-course tasting menus, requesting a change to the appetizer, accompanied by a bottle of Roero Arneis from Negro. The amuse bouche alone were worth the trip! Then, the appetizer, which we chose instead of the tomato puree included in the menu, was an excellent "Hokkaido scallop, kiwi, green apple, and avocado." This complex dish successfully balanced the various flavors, although, based on personal taste, we expected the scallop to dominate, which instead was lost. The first course was the "24-month-aged Parmigiano buttons, clams, and mint consommé": what can we say other than that this will be one of the dishes we'll remember for a long time? A dish that reveals meticulous attention to detail: exceptional veal and mint consommé. On the palate, the button accompanied by clams, and the consommé is perfect in the balance of such diverse flavors, all perfectly balanced. A dish you wish would never end, and it almost moved me. For the main course, "Amberjack, garden zucchini, and Livorno-style caciucco," featuring amberjack perfectly grilled, accompanied by a bisque that recalls the flavors of the caciucco, and various versions of zucchini from their garden. The pre-dessert was excellent: chopped strawberries marinated in three different vinegars, placed on a sort of basil cream and covered with sheep's milk ricotta topped with tomato powder, all accompanied by a very unique and delicious juice, the fruit of a long preparation. Truly delicious, as was the dessert, "Yuzu curd and exotic fruits," a truly exquisite creation. The small pastries accompanying the coffees (four ingenious reinterpretations of four desserts, including bonet, pavlova, and lollypop) were the perfect complement to a journey that allowed us to reach the end without feeling weighed down. A special mention goes to the young man who supervised us, who we can reasonably expect to have a bright future in the often-underestimated art of service. As for the cuisine, it's not our place to celebrate Chef Musso, but our thanks and best wishes for the future go to the sous chef, who gave us the opportunity to delve deeper into the conception of the dishes and who was interested in our opinions. The tasting menu costs €90, and in my unquestionable opinion, it's worth every penny once you understand the work that goes into these creations. We'll be back again and again ❤️

16/08/2025: We dined at the restaurant and the chefs took us on a journey from Piedmont to other countries of their imagination. The chefs came to present each dish to us! What simplicity, what magnificent cuisine, simple and inventive. The tomato, an amazing dish! What a joy! What a beautiful place and such attentive staff. We will definitely return to this magical place!

07/09/2025: I was here for the mothers' preparations for a wonderful wedding. I arrived very early, in the dark, and it's not very visible. A more visible sign would be needed! The rooms were very beautiful and clean! Congratulations!!!

22/08/2025: A quaint restaurant with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and a modest dining room. Outdoor seating is also available in the summer. It's popular with both locals and tourists, thanks in part to its central location. Excellent Piedmontese cuisine and an extensive wine list. The very helpful staff are a plus.

31/07/2025: They are very attentive and fantastic service! As soon as I said I am celiac, they proactively brought gluten free crackers for me. They have plenty of GF options in the menu although they can not guarantee 0 cross contamination as they also serve few gluten dishes. Most of menu dishes and desserts are gf (all the ones that have a tomato icon are GF!!). in a very nice area as well and food was delicious for the 4 of us! The owner was very very nice with us, also attentive to the children
