15/06/2025: I traveled to Chiavenna by public transport via Prättigau, Engadin, and the Maloja Pass. I went exploring the old town of this provincial town. The alleys are bustling with life. My stay at the Passerini was absolutely delightful. The ambiance at the Palazzo Salis is inviting, the food is excellent, and the service is both competent and friendly. The value for money is good. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The return journey by post bus over the Splügen Pass is interesting. A very nice excursion with a GA or municipal day ticket to Chiavenna at no extra cost.
02/05/2025: Fermarsi da Passerini d mangiare bene, coccolati in tutti i sensi dell‘ alimentazione, della gentilezza e della simpatia. Questo tris per molti ristoratori risulta talvolta arduo, qui é la regola aurea.

Always impeccable cuisine, as well as courtesy, seasonal menus, quality products and very honest prices.
We have been there many times, and never a disappointment.
11/05/2025: Let's say that, as far as my experience is concerned, courtesy and affability have certainly not proven to be the prerogative of the owner of the place, that is, of the person who should "welcome" the customers. The lack of internal organization, to the detriment of otherwise correct and polite people, should never be reciprocated with dark looks and hostile attitudes. The mix-up can happen, of course, but you recognize it and try to remedy it. You don't make it worse so you don't admit you were wrong.

06/04/2025: Cibo scadente, cucinato malissimo.
Il posto meriterebbe molto di più. A nche perchè c’è un bello spazio esterno con ricarica auto elettriche e giochi per bambini.
Va bene per una breve sosta bagno più caffè.
27/12/2024: ho consumato una cioccolata con panna. una pasticceria che non possiede la macchina per la panna montata ma si serve di bombolette.... cioccolata liquida dal gusto assai discutibile. Ad un cliente vicino al mi tavolo hanno servito un aperitivo (non so cosa) e gli hanno portato solo un micro pacchetto di patatine della Lidl...
Un consiglio andate a Morbegno e gustatevi una cioccolata con panna alla pasticceria Dolce Forno cosi potete constare la pochezza della vostra e migliorare
