06/08/2024: Wonderful evening at Osteria al Caminetto! The kids loved the authentic Montavo cuisine, and the pizza and pasta were simply divine. Delicious food, perfect for families. The friendly waitresses topped the perfect dinner. We'll definitely be back!

16/07/2024: We had 2 different pizzas. Absolutely perfect. The waiting time was about 20 min but it is understandable as the food is freshly made.
There is lots to choose, not just pizza. We came on the next day again but it was closed.
Recommended!

Come scrissi Sembra un locale anni 60 ma è tutto molto buono.
Oltre alle pizze ottime, questa volta abbiamo provato la zuppa di cozze e vongole con crostini ed era ottima, davvero buono il sughetto.
Locale comodo da raggiungere dal centro.
Prezzo ok.

Ci hanno subito preso prenotazione spiegando le motivazioni della scelta di bevande e cibi. Serviti in modo rapido; la mia pizza senza glutine era una bontà: leggera e gustosa! CONSIGLIATISSIMO
15/07/2024: Personale cortese e competente. Carta dei vini e delle birre limitata perché ci si affida a una cantina "mirata" (vini comunque buoni). Scelta delle pizze ampia. Unico appunto: se non vi piace la musica napoletana, girate alla larga.

The prices are fair, the foods are fantastic and the table service is very pleasant. I recommend for everyone!

15/12/2023: For lunch we stopped at this restaurant looking for it on Google Maps. Nice and comfortable location, friendly staff. We took a fish crudité, a second course. At the end a sweet millefeuille. If I have to be honest I wasn't very happy....
09/10/2023: I had lunch a few days ago at this restaurant.
I ordered a first and second course, I must confess that the wait between each dish was decidedly excessive.
The first course was gnocchi with mussels and they were overcooked, the second was the catch of the day which I was told was a sea bass and instead of the whole fish I received a small fish fillet on a potato cream of dubious taste... .
Finally, the price (18 euros for the first course, 23 euros for the second) is absolutely excessive.
I'm sorry but... I wasn't satisfied at all.

19/08/2024: On the menu the sautéed pizza only contained potatoes, salami and mushrooms, the customer cannot imagine a sudden addition of onion as happened, especially because it was not requested and absolutely risky as you are unaware of the customers' allergens, if a sautéed, MUST be the same as written on the menu, no ifs or buts, from the photo you can also clearly see that only a small part of the onion is onion, so it will have fallen even by mistake, it can obviously happen, but the grumpy and rudeness of the staff is not acceptable. Come on, answer chef... You don't even know that in the reviews the only one who can answer is you, ridiculous to say the least

17/08/2024: Very good restaurant. We had a delicious meal at La Dinastia, we ate here almost every evening because it was located in our hotel. Also had lunch a few times. You can have lunch/dinner here both outside and inside.
The spaghetti with tomato sauce and buratta, the risotto and the grilled beef, truffle cheesecake were favorites. After a few evenings she introduced the chef's special dessert, something different every time... they can keep this! Of which 1 special dessert from the chef should be on the menu and that is the melon cheesecake.
All the staff here are very friendly, especially the lady who came from Poland, unfortunately we do not know her name but she understands the trade of a hostess. She stood out for us!
The only feedback I would like to give them is that they might change or broaden their choice of vegetables by, for example, serving cauliflower/broccoli next to the grilled beef. Or as a choice with the side dishes. That's partly personal because I like hot vegetables with my dinner more than salads.

29/06/2024: Prenotato con altra piattaforma dove le recensioni non erano poi male. Menù classico turistico, con i soliti 3 o 4 piatti congelati (lasagna e scoglio che ci combinano nello stesso posto?). Per di più la qualità lasciava molto a desiderare, è avanzato persino il fritto e fritto è buona anche una scarpa. Calice di vino giusto un dito e caldo. Unica nota positiva i camerieri molto catini e gentili. Solo i tedeschi possono mangiarci…

07/07/2024: Wir können die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen...
wir kommen seit über 10 Jahren mindestens 1x im Jahr zum Gardasee und seit über 50 Jahren Italien insgesamt. Wir sind Italiener und kennen demnach die italienische Küche und wissen wie was schmecken soll. In jedem Ort wo wir uns aufhalten, besuchen wir mindestens drei Unterschiedliche Restaurants (folgen die Empfehlungen bzw. gute Bewertungen).
Wir sind auf Empfehlung zu Cygnus, weil uns gesagt wurde: die lecker steht und knusprigste Pizza würde es nur da geben.
wir folgen diese Empfehlung und wundern uns schon bei der Reservierung das noch nicht einmal ein Name gefragt wurde. Was im Prinzip nicht schlimm war, nur komisch.
vor Ort angekommen, wurde wir noch nicht einmal angesprochen sondern wir mussten uns bemerkbar machen obwohl, noch nichts los war (nur ein Tisch war belegt)
am Platz wurden wir mit Abstand von 3 verschiedene Kellner auf englisch (zeichnen dafür das viele Touristen dahin gehen) angesprochen was wir bestellen möchten. (unorganisiert! unprofessionell)
das essen (eine Thunfisch Pizza und einmal Pasta mit Steinpilze) kam innerhalb wenige Minuten!
Positiv: die Pizza hatte einen knusprigen Rand! Und rote Zwiebeln!
Negativ: die Pizza war in der Mitte aufgeweicht! Man musste aufpassen sich nicht zu kleckern (eine gute Pizza wird eigentlich in 4,8 oder 12 Teile geschnitten und mit den Händen gegessen, was hier NICHT möglich war!)
Die Tagliolini ai porcini, war eine beleidigung für Augen und Gaumen!
Die Pasta war stark verkocht!!! Die Steinpilze aus dem GLAS! (italienische Köche benutzen außerhalb der Pilzsaison, getrocknete Pilze da es geschmackvoller ist)
Erster Kellner kommt während wir essen, fragt ob alles ok ist. Wir sagen beide "NO! " , er sagt: "Bene" (Gut) und geht!
Zweiter Kellner fragt das selbe, wir sagen WIEDER nein, seine Antwort "Perfetto"
Nein! Hier ist nichts perfekt.
Wie erklären was wir nicht gut fanden und seine Antwort war immer "Perfetto"
zudem meinte er diese Info wird nicht weitergeleitet.
schade! Ein guter Restaurant entwickelt sich weiter...
wir haben uns gezwungen die Teller leer zu essen da wir hungrig waren... ansonsten hätten wir am liebsten alles liegen gelassen.
hier gab es kein Trinkgeld!
26/06/2024: Bodenständig und gut, sehr freundlich und alles perfekt, kein Gourmet, aber wer bodenständige gute Küche sucht, macht hier nichts falsch, gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis
