05/05/2024: I was there with family and friends in April, nice place with places to sit outside, we had a fish-based lunch, nothing to say, everything was very good, excellent cuisine, very kind staff, I will definitely be back.
29/04/2024: Exquisite dishes. Attentive and kind staff. good quality/price. Among the desserts, the Sicilian cannoli is excellent! Nice place.

10/10/2023: A restaurant in the center of Noli where I can really say I ate a couple of really tasty dishes.
I want to compliment the swordfish carpaccio, I still dream about it at night because of how good it was.
In addition to this couple of compliments, I can say that the atmosphere wasn't bad either; perhaps the least impactful part was the service which I found was not very good.
However, I advise you to go there and order this carpaccio..
..have faith!

04/05/2024: April 24th, full weekend, Varazze very full, restaurant half empty. Arriving at 1.50pm, 2 of us are greeted by a waiter who asks me if I have booked or not. When I answered no, he told me that they were closed even though there were still empty rooms and people who still had to eat. However, with a reservation they would have accepted me.
In my opinion, places like this should go out of business since they suck at money. Terrible!

27/04/2024: After many years it is still the best in Finale Ligure, I had been in the old location, yet time passes, but it is confirmed as a guarantee. I ate some truly delicious dishes well made, impeccable and kind service. The dining room has a beautiful high ceiling, the atmosphere is refined and elegant, the service is very attentive and thoughtful. The dishes come out of the kitchen perfectly cooked and finding fault with them is practically impossible. Hazelnut digestive offered very welcome.
26/04/2024: Very kind, excellent service. Be careful about gluten-free, even if they are not in the AIC circuit. Prices a little expensive, but good food

05/01/2024: Anche oggi, come in altre occasioni, e’ stato veramente piacevole pranzare da Sail Inn. Il risotto ai frutti di mare, i calamari grigliati ed il pesce alla ligure sono stati cucinati in modo eccellente. Per gustare i sapori della cucina ligure tradizionale non esiste altro locale dello stesso livello. Per completare la simpatia, l’ironia è la gentilezza del titolare rendono unico questo locale.
Spero di ritornare presto!

23/10/2023: If you want fresh seafood, this is the place. They are a fish monger during the day. In addition they have unique ideas on preparation and combinations. We were here twice on the same trip and both times were superb. The only problem was that because everything is "of the day" you might have something you love and when you return, it will probably no longer be on the menu. A "problem" worthy of a great restaurant. The entire staff is top notch with a shout out to the tiny young woman (forgot her name) who steered us to some dishes we had never tried before and loved. Everyone is friendly and professional. They even liked our dog. This is a place we will return to again. The value for money is fantastic. You need a reservation.

01/04/2024: Fascinating place, both inside and in the outdoor room. Friendly staff always available. Special dishes that give a unique experience.
We had the lasagna with green beans and potatoes, accompanied by a basil sauce, and finally a seafood carbonara, which had diced tuna instead of bacon, both delicious dishes with generous portions that I would recommend.
25/03/2024: This evening I went to this place which for me is a guarantee of well-being. I ate a cuttlefish salad that made me close my eyes and feel absolute enjoyment, as well as egg with fondue and bottarga, the now famous tenerina cake and everything else, perfect service, warmth, real compliments to the chef. Good thing Sacripante exists. Thank you.
