03/06/2025: If you go to Sanremo, please PLEASE you should goooo, the softest steak I tried in my whole trip (so tasty I forgot to take a pic, I just ate it.), be aware of their opening hours and to be safe make a reservation, totally worth it. Friendly and fast service, we thank the German lady who served us, very nice. Price commensurate with the quality of the product and the elegant environment in front of the Casino' di Sanremo. Recommended

08/06/2025: Having stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale I took advantage of their restaurant... but above all I really appreciated their dishes... all delicious... the staff were courteous and very attentive... Quintessenza Restaurant also boasts a large terrace, located on the seventh floor of the Best Western Hotel Nazionale Sanremo, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view

22/05/2025: Halte sympathique sur la terrasse de ce restaurant à l entrée du village "martyr" de Bussana ... bonne viande, saucisse idem.. accompagnées de grosses patates au four... desserts du jour et pichet de vin pour compléter un repas agréable en famille, malgré un vent violent sous un ciel bleu voilé...

01/06/2025: Really nice servers, great service. The pizza salame is not amazing, its an okay taste. The virgin colada was good but quite expensive 8€. We paid 40€ for 2 people.

The seafood is always the freshest, everything is always at the highest level, always perfectly clean. Delicious. Aromatic. Very cozy and polite. 14/06/2025: Quick dinner before a friend leaves. We order rostelle, French fries and two cuts of meat, both requested very very rare. One arrives perfectly cooked, the Florentine steak is decidedly overcooked. Too bad, but given the rush and the meat is still tender, we decide not to send it back and eat it as is. At the end of the meal, with the steak almost finished, the owner comes to the table to ask us how it went. I point it out to him politely: no demands, just feedback. He answers us willingly that, if we had told him immediately, he would have done it again without any problems. We appreciate the courtesy, thank him and say goodbye. But here comes the surprise when it comes to the bill: the wrong steak was not simply discounted… it was not even charged to us. Mistakes can happen, it's normal. But it's in the way they are handled that the seriousness of those who work is measured. And in this case I can only compliment you: an unexpected gesture, which demonstrates great professionalism and respect for the customer. Thank you so much. You have transformed a small flaw into one more reason to come back.

12/06/2025: I ordered Pizza Margherita with Mozzarella and The pizza came unsliced, Like they didn't slice it up and it was not good service, i cannot slice my own pizza it'll make it worse. The atmosphere was pretty chill, there were Different places to eat like their own restaurant and you can also eat outside, That was pretty good. And there was one Waiter he was pretty funny. The Mozzarella on my Pizza was cold, i didn't like that cuz i usually eat sliced up and hot mozzarella. The Crust was also good as usual but i dont think there was a special thing about the food. It depends if you like your mozzarella cold und your pizza unsliced.

08/06/2025: Very, very disappointing. Attracted by a beautiful setting and lovely music... unfortunately, that's all I remember. No pizza the day we were there... without any explanation. And they were careful not to mention it from the start. I ordered spaghetti carbonara... excessively greasy. Very difficult to digest. Service was unfriendly, with no soul or smile. Rushed is the perfect description. Avoid. Tourist trap restaurant.

08/06/2025: Disappointed when we were told there wouldn't be any pizzas on the menu, without any explanation. A bit like a tourist restaurant. You have to move quickly!! That's what we felt about the servers, and there weren't many smiles. The food was a little more positive. Fresh ravioli and spaghetti, but a bit flat. Very hard to digest. It's impossible to get a simple carafe of water. We have to get still water, which actually comes from the tap!!! Service, cutlery, and breadsticks add to the final bill.

25/06/2025: Excellent restaurant for lunches and dinners, the menu is extensive and the quality dishes are made with fresh ingredients, generous portions. The atmosphere is informal and the tables on the street are pleasant and always in the shade. The staff is always attentive and very friendly. Definitely recommended
