You're only paying for the location; otherwise, the food and service are zero.
The pizza had very few toppings. The seafood pizza had no cheese, just a few pieces of seafood and tomato sauce. Very expensive for nothing.

06/08/2026: Charge extra (16€!) for bread and water which is offered as if for free. Small portions. Due to some difficulties we couldn't order different pasta flavours. The food was good though.
02/08/2026: I’ve had some amazing food in Italy - but this was something else. We just happened to walk by and stop for a bite to eat. Best lunch I’ve ever had. We had the mussels. I am packing that memory of the flavours with me in my suitcase.

01/07/2026: Ate pasta carbonara, nothing special but quite ok. However, it said that a carbonara was for at least 2 people, but when the food came to us who were supposed to share, the portions were far too small. It is also a restaurant that charges a table fee per person for setting the table and putting out a couple of slices of bread, it felt unreasonable and was unclear because they charge for the bread after it is served without informing us that it involves a cost.
10/06/2026: We ordered the beef spaghetti, I'd give it a 6 out of 10, and the pesto, 5 out of 10. The waiters were all friendly. I recommend it.

23/07/2026: Was craving carbonara, which I normally have in Roma on our annual visits to Italy, but Roma was not on our agenda this time. Stumbled on this place (saw the twinkling lights!), saw they had it on the menu so gave it a go. The carbonara was traditional and as good as I have had in Roma. Generous portion of guanciale and the egg yolk/cheese balance was perfect. We also had a lovely bottle of wine as recommended by the outstanding cameriere. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. The place has a beautiful seaside interior to suit its location plus great italian pop classics playing in the background. The menu is diverse without being complicated. Lots of seafood options and nice wine selections. Price is very reasonable for the quality of the food and experience.
20/06/2026: La Paranza da Marina is an absolute gem. We have been there 4 times in a month ! The vongole with bottarga were simply outstanding, and the gambero rosso were among the best I’ve ever tasted—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
The welcome and service were exceptional throughout our meal, with a special mention for Mario. He was always smiling, incredibly welcoming, and his positive energy was truly contagious. He made us feel like part of the family.
This is a wonderfully warm, family-run restaurant where you can enjoy genuinely delicious food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. An unforgettable experience that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Обслуживание отличное . Блюда у всех были приготовлены вкусно , подача красивая, порции большие . Посещали как в обед , так и на ужин , все безупречно . Ценник приемлемый.

26/07/2025: Con mia moglie siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante di cucina tipica ligure elegante raffinato ubicato in pieno centro a Santa Margherita Ligure nella zona pedonale.
Ci siamo accomodati in uno dei vari tavoli all’aperto con vista sulla via e ci sono anche tavoli interni.
Abbiamo ordinato come antipasti:
una insalata caprese con mozzarella di bufala dop pomodoro perle di basilico
e verdure grigliate
Come secondi abbiamo optato per il pesce con dei calamari fritti ed una orata alla ligure.
Ottimo il pane portato a tavola.
Ottima la qualità degli antipasti e del pesce porzioni giuste squsito.
Personale accogliehte sorridente competente cordiale e disponibile.
Servizio attentissimo e veloce e prezzi cari ma giusti per la qualità dei piatti.
My wife and I had dinner at this elegant and refined restaurant serving traditional Ligurian cuisine, located in the pedestrian area of Santa Margherita Ligure.
We sat at one of the several outdoor tables overlooking the street, and there are also indoor tables.
For appetizers, we ordered:
a Caprese salad with DOP buffalo mozzarella, tomato, basil pearls
and grilled vegetables.
For main courses, we opted for fish with fried calamari and Ligurian-style sea bream.
The bread served was excellent.
The quality of the appetizers was excellent, and the fish was delicious, with generous portions.
The staff was welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly, and helpful.
The service was very attentive and fast, and the prices were expensive but fair for the quality of the dishes.
26/07/2025: Cené en Angolo 48 recientemente y tuve sentimientos encontrados sobre la experiencia. La comida era buena, con sabores decentes, pero el tamaño de las porciones era decepcionantemente pequeño para el precio. Lamentablemente, el personal fue bastante antipático, lo que restó valor a la experiencia general. Si bien el qual ITy de los platos era sólido, las porciones pequeñas y el mal servicio hacen que sea difícil de recomendar.

23/06/2025: Antica trattoria con tavolini all'aperto e vista porticciolo. Anche in questo caso con la qualità del cibo abbiamo fatto bingo. Personale giovane ma gentilissimo. Prezzi medio alti ma ne vale la pena.

12/07/2025: Tenía muchas ganas de comer en este lugar durante nuestra visita a Santa Margherita porque parecía súper lindo y el menú sonaba apetitoso. Revisé su horario tan temprano en el día para asegurarme de que llegaríamos a tiempo para la cena. Cuando llegamos pedí una mesa para dos en mi mejor Italiano. Una mujer de pelo corto nos ofreció una pequeña mesa en la parte trasera del restaurante, justo al lado de la ruidosa cocina, pero respetuosamente la rechacé y esperé unos minutos para ver si se liberaba otra mesa. Cuando una pareja se levantó y se fue, pregunté si podíamos tener esa mesa, en Italiano, e hice una señal por si acaso mi pronunciación no era clara. Las mujeres me dijeron: “no, estamos llenos”. Le reiteré que acababan de irse y que una mesa estaba vacía, y la mujer me gritó en Italiano “¡Estamos llenos!”, nos ahuyentó y me dio la espalda. Nunca he sido tan profundamente irrespetado por alguien en el sector de servicios, nunca ni en ningún país. Terminamos yendo al restaurante de fusión Japonés al otro lado de la calle, que era delicioso, asequible y tenía un excelente servicio al cliente. Te recomiendo ir allí en su lugar.
29/06/2025: Leckeres Essen in einem authentischen kleinen Restaurant, sehr freundlicher Service. Pasta wie wir sie uns wünschen, als ob die italienische Mamma am Herd steht. Tolles FRITTO MISTO!!! Sehr zu empfehlen!!
