23/04/2025: Courteous and professional. They welcomed us, even though we hadn't booked. Very good food, very typical. The sautéed chicory is fantastic and the Roman-style artichokes are wonderful. The table on the balcony overlooking Civita is amazing. What can I say? Thanks for the nice experience.
