03/11/2025: A truly unique, almost magical experience, enjoyed in the heart of a tuff cave that seems suspended in time. The menu was a constant discovery: sophisticated yet authentic dishes, where each ingredient is clearly perceived, like a symphony of local flavors presented with passion and respect. The soft egg with truffle and the tagliolini with cabbage definitely exceeded all expectations.
Rarely do you taste cuisine so creative yet so deeply rooted in the land and memory. The Tellus wine, expertly served, completed a perfect sensory journey.
It's just a shame the restaurant closed shortly afterward—we were lucky enough to arrive in time for an experience that will remain etched in our memory.
A place that spoke to the heart and the palate.

04/11/2025: Given that everyone has their own tastes, bad days can happen, etc.
I'm giving 3 stars because it's the average between 1-star food and 5-star service. The staff is excellent and behaved in an exemplary manner that many restaurateurs wouldn't.
As for the meal, I personally and my companions didn't enjoy it. In those areas, perhaps wrongly, I always expect to eat top-notch wild boar ragù and always have unique food. Perhaps I had high expectations. We were coming from a weekend where this happened, and comparing it, it turned out to be a disappointing lunch for us.
We were perplexed; it was a bit dry, the flavor wasn't the best, and we didn't eat well. However, I think the attached photos speak for themselves. The cacio e pepe with butter is just plain pointless.
Perhaps the constant flow of tourists contributed to this? I don't know.
However, the owner, when sending the dishes back, insisted on not making us pay for lunch, but we still left 20 euros because there is work behind things and it is right that a minimum amount be paid.
27/10/2025: We went to this restaurant yesterday. The atmosphere seemed pleasant, and the first courses we ordered were really good.
However, my experience changed drastically with the second course: a chicken dish, in which I found bones that didn't look like chicken at all. I politely pointed this out to the waiter, who was courteous and reported the observation to the kitchen. He then returned, telling me that "the chef confirmed it was chicken."
At that point, faced with a response that denied the evidence without any verification, I decided to put the bones in my glass to concretely demonstrate the situation. Shortly afterward, a man dressed in a manner not reminiscent of a chef came out, very aggressive and rude, and arrogantly reiterated that "it was all chicken," without even bothering to check.
The most unpleasant aspect was not so much the mistake or the inconvenience in the dish (it can happen), but the complete lack of respect and management of the dialogue with the customer. A simple clarifying conversation would have been enough to avoid any tension, but instead the situation was handled with arrogance and nervousness, turning a constructive complaint into a pointless and unpleasant confrontation.
A good restaurant professional, however, should train through awareness and empathy, that is, the ability to treat a customer's complaint as useful information, not as a threat to one's ego or competence.
In the restaurant world, the quality of food is important, but the human quality in dealing with customers is even more so. Thank you.

We booked through TheFork, taking advantage of the 20% discount, but unfortunately the experience was less than satisfying.
The first courses were all too salty, as was the roast chicken with potatoes.
The tagliata with truffle was good in terms of meat quality, but the small portion and almost no truffles disappointed us.
The hair found in the green salad was a serious issue, a sign of poor hygiene.
Among the positive dishes, I'd highlight the chicory and Pucci eggs, truly excellent in taste and presentation.
One critical point is the lack of drink prices on the menu: we only discovered them when we got the bill, finding a Coca-Cola for €5, a truly unacceptable price even in a high-end tourist setting.
Overall, a pleasant place and friendly staff, but the balance of flavors, price transparency, and hygiene standards need to be improved.
