27/02/2025: Dinner with colleagues in this characteristic Friulian osteria. The place is rustic and welcoming, the waitress/owner very kind, polite and helpful. The starter of cured meats and cheeses is excellent, and the Milanese risotto with ossobuco is equally good. Maybe we waited a few minutes too long for the main course but it was a good opportunity to drink a glass of red wine in company. Very nice chef with a passion for rock! Honest account

05/01/2025: Trovo che le ultime esperienze in questo locale siano state in controtendenza e decisamente deludenti rispetto alla solita alta qualità ( in passato già recensita positivamente). Ho trovato molto peggiorato il servizio, la gestione del cliente, la gestione della tempistica, la penultima volta abbiamo aspettato 45 minuti per avere il pane ed il vino…La ragazza che gestisce la sala non è gentile, non ti fa sentire coccolato. E si dimentica le cose… La qualità del pesce è peggiorata, il tonno crudo era veramente ordinario, anche lo scampo era insapore e dal crudo è sparito il gambero rosso. Là tartare di gambero argentino non è buona perche quel tipo di crostaceo non si presta al consumo da crudo. Le porzioni dei primi sono insufficienti, 60/70 grammi di pasta non è una porzione per una persona adulta. Anche i calamari (25 € a porzione) erano troppo troppo pochi…So quanto costa la materia prima e non è accettabile. In sostanza il servizio è precipitato, la qualità è scesa insieme alla quantità. Mi dispiace molto ma qualcosa è cambiato e non in meglio purtroppo. Il locale recentemente rinnovato è molto carino, questo va detto.

27/02/2025: We were there in February, the restaurant was very busy, but a friendly waiter came straight away and got us a seat. The Cuperto for €3.50 consisted of sesame sticks, fresh rolls and warm pizza slices. The food was very good, and at the end there was a free nightcap and sweets! For me the best restaurant in Lignano.

15/11/2024: Serata fantastica, il locale si presenta molto bene, luci soffuse, carne prelibata che ti viene cotta in diretta sulla griglia all'interno della sala, il personale è molto simpatico e cordiale, il titolare molto preparato sui vini. Da tornare

12/03/2025: Ristorante Pizzeria storica del paese di Latisana in provincia di Udine a mezz'ora dal mare di Lignano Sabbiadoro. Locale informale, personale gentile, prezzi nella norma. Consiglio la Buonissima Pizza Marinara con salsa di pomodoro, pomodorini freschi, basilico e aglio fresco. Buona la Pizza Margherita e la Patatosa.

23/01/2025: I had a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner at this restaurant. The fish-based menu was excellent, with truly delicious dishes with attention to detail. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. The view of the fireworks was wonderful. Highly recommended!

03/01/2025: La Taverna è finalmente ritornata! Anche se ora si chiama “Taverna Bistrot” abbiamo ritrovato l qualità culinaria di un tempo. Piatti molto ricercati con specialità locali e qualche influenza orientale…veramente una bella esperienza. Al personale di sala un bel 8+. Gentilezza e cortesia. La visita dello Chef sempre gradita. Vini proposti di ottimo livello e perfettamente integrati nei piatti scelti. Insomma bene bene bene! Abbiamo già prenotato per il nostro anniversario. Siamo felici che questa chicca della cucina friulana sia finalmente e nuovamente un punto di riferimento. Bravi e continuate così.
