19/04/2025: You are surrounded by the deep countryside of Lower Friuli, in the middle of the fields and, above all, immersed in absolute peace. I would say that the premise itself should be attractive as a motivation to reach this place uncontaminated by the hustle and mental exhaustion to which we are subjected every day. And here you discover that the cuisine and the proposals that are offered from time to time, also based on seasonality, are of a unique quality and goodness. The level of this place has reached a standard that has nothing to envy of starred restaurants. And then, the simplicity, friendliness and kindness of the owners and staff are not something to be taken for granted. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Definitely recommended!

We saw other very nice plates passing by on the other tables. They were all tempting and plentiful 👍 Be careful, this restaurant fills up very quickly.

For two Piedmontese traveling in Friuli, entering a restaurant named after a typical Alpine refuge and discovering that the chefs also offer ravioli del plin: all this can be a hard blow. Instead, we discover very interesting combinations of flavors accompanied by excellent quality wines and the kindness of the manager Here we found all the professionalism of those who have been restaurateurs for more than thirty years, combined with the desire to experiment of young and experienced chefs. Exquisite dishes, well presented and seasoned by the hospitality of the staff made our evening unforgettable.

25/04/2025: Beautiful evening in this Osteria in the center of Udine, soft, beautiful and quiet environment. We had a top notch dinner, from the starter to the dessert everything was perfect, delicious food of excellent quality presented very well. Excellent service, all the staff attentive and kind, prices more than honest. A really nice discovery for when we pass through Udine, highly recommended.

05/05/2025: Used as a base for dinner for 3 consecutive evenings, it proved to be reliable. Large, bright and not too noisy environment despite the large presence of guests. Extremely courteous, helpful and professional staff. Very good food and truly generous portions. Ultimately highly recommended.

04/05/2025: I highly recommend this restaurant. The gluten-free pizza is the best I have eaten so far in all of Italy: tender and crunchy dough! The ice creams are excellent. Liquor offered to us for free. Very kind staff. Last, but not least: modest prices in a location that has become increasingly expensive and where there is so much, too much fluff. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

21/04/2025: Great restaurant in a great location! For us, it's one of our restaurants that we not only visit in the evening, but also when we're hungry during the day and overslept at lunchtime. Great pizzas! Great noodles! Fish is filleted at the table. Portions are more than just generous. Very very fair priced! Almost in the lower segment, but in terms of taste it's right at the top. Absolute recommendation. Service always nice and helpful. Speak English and German! Takeaway also available, seating indoors and outdoors. Smoking allowed outside.

12/03/2025: Ristorante Pizzeria storica del paese di Latisana in provincia di Udine a mezz'ora dal mare di Lignano Sabbiadoro. Locale informale, personale gentile, prezzi nella norma. Consiglio la Buonissima Pizza Marinara con salsa di pomodoro, pomodorini freschi, basilico e aglio fresco. Buona la Pizza Margherita e la Patatosa.

29/04/2025: Great experience 😊 I usually "hang out in Lignano Pineta" but today we improvised lunch in this nice restaurant. We ate well and paid less than expected, it doesn't happen often in crowded holiday resorts. Impeccable service. Well done 🤟

22/02/2025: Very welcoming environment, a little small so it would be better to book before going there, although I went without a reservation I managed to find a place. Excellent food and correct waiting times. Also nice as a place to have an aperitif.
