08/01/2026: Fish 2.0! A memorable experience for the 2025 New Year's Eve dinner. Not counting the various appetizers, desserts, and fruit, the menu consisted of nine courses, divided as follows: five appetizers, two first courses, and two second courses. Well, course after course, we immersed ourselves in a true sensory experience. The menu was expertly balanced in every aspect: - at the individual level, each dish was a perfect composition of aromas, textures, and flavors, expressing itself on the nose and palate in a truly harmonious way (without taking anything away from the rest, the scallops deserve a special mention!); - in the sequence of courses, from the most delicate to the most flavorful, so that the previous one did not interfere with the next; - in quantities, never excessively lacking, but not excessively so that you can reach dessert feeling satiated, but not over-full, and therefore able to find satisfaction until the last bite. To accompany the meal, a wonderful 2022 Albana Brix white, a "red disguised as white," in the words of the sommelier who recommended it to us. The restaurant, evocative and meticulously designed, resembles the interior of a submarine: at the end of the meal, it's like emerging from an unforgettable experience. For a restaurant like this, Google should allow it to award not only five stars but also full marks. Fair winds!

03/01/2026: Simply exceptional, four of us, seated at the bar, ordered a four-course tasting menu, masterfully served by Alessandro and Giovanni, who pampered us with a concert of attentive service and small additional tastings. An experience that perfectly complemented our stay in Ravenna.

04/01/2026: If there's a celiac paradise in Romagna, this piadineria is the gateway to it. The piadinas, strictly and proudly gluten-free, are soft, fragrant, and perfectly cooked. The filling is generous and flavorful, made with quality ingredients that are evident from the first bite to the last. Prices are absolutely in line with traditional piadinerias, a detail not to be taken for granted for those looking for gluten-free options. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. In addition to piadinas, the menu also offers appetizers, first courses, and desserts, all naturally gluten-free.

25/11/2025: After many years, I once again had a wonderful experience at this trattoria. The food was excellent, as was the impeccable service. What can I say about the location? It's absolutely superb, and it's truly a wonderful place to be... not to mention the well-stocked wine cellar with excellent wines. The price is reasonable for the food and the setting. Top!

19/10/2025: We found this restaurant on Google. We had a great time! We had the gnocchi with calamari, shrimp, and cherry tomatoes, which were plentiful and delicious! The same goes for the roast skewers, served with a side dish of your choice; in this case, we opted for delicious roast potatoes. Dinner ended with pistachio ice cream with Cervia salt... delicious! They have a good selection of wines. Excellent quality fish! Highly recommended, with fair prices! If we were to ever be in the area again, it would be our choice!

12/01/2026: It's Saturday night, freezing outside, but inside there's a great zest for life, so after spending a week indoors, we choose a place that reflects our desire for conviviality, and ta-da-dan, here we are at the Osteria Busdesgnaus. It doesn't seem like it from the outside, but as soon as you cross the border between the garden and the entrance, you're catapulted into a different world, a clean and genuine one. It's all white and green, with references to Romagna culture everywhere. You feel at home among the furniture, sofas, and plants, the huge tables that can fit everyone's plates, allowing you to share without feeling cramped or cramped. There's a specific and remarkable attention to detail, nothing is left to chance. How lovely, it was exactly what we were looking for. Oh, and there are even cats that pop around every now and then, how magical! A true old-fashioned osteria, so much so that the customers here all know each other, greet each other, and chat with the host: an extended family. The bag of bread arrives immediately, warm, soft, and with a crunchy crust, and with the olive oil on the table, it's a wonderful accompaniment. Oh, after our homemade entrée, comes the osteria's (entrées seem to have become mythological objects these days): a capon in a saute pan accompanied by a crostini with olive oil. (Good) Appetizers: • Mixed crostini: wow. The bread was perfect; the softness of this crumb absorbed all the seasoning, providing a well-rounded flavor. A sort of sponge that brought out all the flavors on your palate. Seasoned well, each had its own unique character. The one we liked best was the one with onion and pancetta. • Mixed flans: potato flan and broccoli flan. The potato flan was simple, delicate, and enveloping, unlike the broccoli flan, which had a hint of chili pepper that gave the flan a confident and effortless touch. First courses: • Passatelli in brodo: firm and stiff pasta with a light hint of lemon, rich and fragrant broth. The simple and genuine flavor of passatelli. • Ricotta gnocchi with fossa, stridoli, and salted almonds: a dish that pleasantly surprised us. Soft and fluffy gnocchi, less elastic and starchy than the potato gnocchi, literally melted in the mouth. A delicate dish in itself, but enlivened and energized by the almonds. Second courses: • Mixed meat: tender and juicy meat with a flavorful crust on the outside. • Chicken cacciatore: this was the dish we weren't so impressed with. The meat was incredibly tender, but an ingredient was added during cooking that made the dish sour and pungent, with a lingering lemony aftertaste. • Potatoes alla contadina: exceptional, so good our daughters devoured them. Good food, warm service, good wine, fair prices, a magical place. Everything went perfectly; the only thing that perhaps made us feel a little disappointed was that we had specifically asked to take home the remaining chicken leg, but alas, the waitress, upon returning, said the kitchen hadn't understood and it had ended up in the bin. We were only offered an apology; would you have at least offered us coffee? Perhaps since we're not regulars, we don't have the same intimacy as the others, or perhaps the packed place didn't allow the managers to give us the attention they deserved (?). 13/11/2025: Lunch with friends. Very friendly and accommodating staff, good quality ingredients. Extensive wine cellar. Welcoming and family atmosphere. Dogs are welcome, a plus. The bill was more than adequate for the service received. Excellent experience.

10/11/2025: Discovered by chance while traveling I was extremely impressed by the excellence of this restaurant. It has three rooms displaying wines and spirits of all kinds and origins. The service is courteous and very fast. The raw materials are excellent. The raw fish is delicious, paired exceptionally well with truffles. The wine and rum are excellent. The bill is reasonable for the quality. Well done! 👏👏👏

05/01/2026: Simply perfect stay! The room was simple but spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. The staff was very friendly and available for any need. The breakfast buffet was generous and with excellent products. The restaurant was also excellent (we tried it on another occasion). The spa for a relaxing day was much appreciated. The hotel's location is very central; ideal for visiting a village that is enchanting, even on winter days.

01/02/2026: In the heart of Brisighella, a charming and very well-kept restaurant. They sat us at the most comfortable table for our bulky furry friends. The food was excellent, with unusual pairings, a nice selection of wines, and the desserts were truly excellent, truly delicious!

19/01/2026: My partner and I were there for dinner on Saturday, what can I say, we had confirmation of what a great place it is, we dined on the upper floor where the view of the cave makes the idea even better, the staff are extremely professional, the food is delicious, and the quality/price ratio is excellent, you absolutely have to try it.

06/01/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant, chosen by chance while strolling through the village. It's a unique place, dedicated to witches, and the owner is a charming host who explains its history. The food was good and high-quality; we loved and devoured their homemade focaccia with seeds, as well as their appetizers and pasta. At the end, the owner gave us a tarot card tied to our birthday. A truly delightful and curious day in Brisighella!
