17/08/2024: Wonderful day!! Luigi was so funny and made the experience extra special! We started with mozzarella and focaccia tasting the different olive oils. We then made our pizza dough…. Added toppings and then watched the pizza bake in the wood burning pizza oven, great day!

17/08/2024: we had a fantastic time. I know you will hesitate at the price, but it’s well worth it. Very memorable and fun. Follow their directions when it comes to toppings and cheese. :-) Great time.

26/08/2024: Absolutely incredible experience here at Ndrè, the hostess was really professional and impressive with her attention to detail. The food was simply outstanding, the lobster starter was out of this world. Really fantastic place with only 8 covers and should not be missed if you are in Sorrento.

26/08/2024: Okay so we have an interesting experience…there was a blackout. Now in a blackout, what’s the etiquette? What do you do? (As a patron). We had ordered a bottle of wine and the meat and fish tasting menu. We had the homemade bread and amuse bouche right before by power went out and I must say…WOW. The wine..wonderful. It would pair well with both the fish and the meat. Then the blackout happened. First off: if you’re a tourist, be aware of your behavior, it’s a privilege to be in sorrento. Now, we sat and finished our wine, while they encouraged us to do so. We smoked our cigarettes and observed. Truly, it was a beautiful time. We come from a place where there are constant black outs all summer, while they were apologetic, we were simply having so much fun. We sipped our wine and smoked cigarettes on the front. Honestly… very Michelin vibes (especially with the smoking). The only issue is with the geopolitical circumstances. We will call again to come back. But we didn’t pay for anything, they wouldn’t let us! We will 100% come back next time we’re in sorrento but seriously…just based off of our small experience…please go!!! Also the amuse bouche was potato, octopus, and rice. Absolutely AMAZING!!

30/07/2024: My husband and I loved this restaurant. The service was exceptional. You are welcomed with a complimentary sparkling wine while you settled in and enjoy the menu. No dirty dish remained on our table and the staff was always keenly watchful and noticed anytime we needed anything. This food was among the best we had in Sorrento. Their unique Caprese salad and the zucchini pasta were amazing and I highly recommend.

25/08/2024: We were in Sorrento for 4 days and went here for dinner twice, the dishes were excellent as well as the desserts and starters, it's worth the wait, or get there early. Great atmosphere and very balanced prices!

25/08/2024: A pleasant discovery during a trip to Sorrento. Discovered thanks to the positive reviews, it proved to be better than expected. Not a very central area and a somewhat remote location. But a great counter with many of the dishes on display providing a tempting effect... Promises kept with very pleasant Sorrento gnocchi and lasagna. The lemon delight is a little cloying, but it doesn't depend on the creation, but rather on the dessert itself... Nice, friendly and attentive service. Price absolutely normal. Advised.

22/08/2024: We dined at this restaurant several times during our holiday We had a great time! The guys on the staff are super friendly and really know how to do their job, excellent food and the perfect environment to spend a nice evening in complete tranquility Highly recommended

22/08/2024: On holiday at the "il faro" hotel we had dinner twice in this restaurant where we felt pampered and treated with kid gloves in true Sorrento spirit. Compliments to the kitchen and the staff, and in particular to Mr Michele, a true gentleman and innkeeper such as can no longer be found. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

31/08/2024: The food is excellent - exemplary technically and with a lot of imagination. It is chiefly seafood, but there are alternatives if some of your group don't like seafood - and whilst it is expensive it is fairly priced and there are cheaper options if you're watching the purse strings. The service is brilliant and the staff are charming and funny and lovely. If you're around the Marina Grande you should definitely give this a visit.

30/08/2024: Excellent restaurant located in the splendid setting of the Marina Grande in Sorrento, on a walkway extending into the sea. The food is exquisite, the dishes are refined but at the same time with generous portions (try the delicious risotto!), the service is excellent with great kindness and friendliness from all the staff. Highly recommended!

02/09/2024: Wonderful hotel overlooking the sea in the heart of Sorrento. We decided to organize our wedding in this fairytale location. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the welcome, the service and above all the quality of the food thanks to the mastery of Chef Raffaele Coppola. 5 stars are not enough to describe the fairy tale they made us live.

01/09/2024: It had been a dream since she was a girl...coming home during school I would pass there, next to Bellevue I would look out there in that small white window overlooking the wonderful terrace of Bellevue and I was simply dreaming... dreamed of since I was little I told myself and repeated to myself one day I will get married there...so it was on 10 July 2024 I fulfilled my dream, exceeding every type of expectation, that dream I had as a girl became a wonderful reality...it was the day best of my life. I never doubted the professionalism I would encounter. We write this review to thank all the staff at Bellevue, for the professionalism, kindness and attention they have always given us. I would first of all like to thank Mariamatilde, a very sweet professional, ready to satisfy our every request, always smiling and courteous, ditto Angelo, both with a humility of absurd soul. Mariamatilde was present at every moment during the wedding day, making sure that everything proceeded smoothly, but not only on the day of the wedding, but also in the days preceding it, she always appeared available and attentive. A special thank you also to the Chefs who were exceptional, following us from the choice of menus to the day of the rehearsal, giving us lots and lots of advice, scrupulously attentive, they followed us step by step, satisfying our every request, also honoring us with a greeting on the day of the wedding, thank you Chef Raffaele and Ivan you were wonderful. A last but not least thank you to the maître Nando who didn't leave us for a moment asking us if we needed anything, remaining by our side all day and after the ceremony we chatted, pleasantly comparing ourselves with him, a great person as well as a great professional in the sector . The waiters are always smiling, kind and courteous. We couldn't ask for anything more, everything was as we had dreamed, in fact much better, everything exceeded expectations. Not to mention the suite where we slept on our wedding night without words, breakfast in the morning in the room was something to take your breath away. Bellevue is a simply dreamlike place, with terraces overlooking the sea and a breathtaking sunset. The attention to detail, from design to construction, was impeccable thanks to Mariamatilde and Angelo. A dream come true. We will carry this day forever in our hearts like most of the exceptional staff at Bellevue. We are grateful for all the work done and absolutely recommend it to all newlyweds. 15/08/2024: Walking through the streets of Sorrento I came across a little place O'Murzill by name and in fact, we sat down and in their simplicity they managed to create dishes that are tasty both to the palate and to the eye. Excellent.

07/08/2024: Ho trascorso con mio marito 5 giorni a Sorrento e per ben tre volte ho pranzato o cenato da Nello. Cucina ottima della tradizione sorrentina, prezzi modici e pietanze eccellenti. Gestori accoglienti e servizio rapido.

30/07/2024: Trattoria gestita da personale cordiale e gentile. Il locale ci è stato consigliato dall’host del B&B in cui pernottavamo. Che dire..pesce incredibilmente fresco e ben cucinato!! (Una menzione particolare agli spaghetti alla Nello e al calamaro che c’era nella grigliata di pesce !!!). Conto super onesto 60€ in 2 (con 1 bottiglia di Falanghina). Se dovessimo ricapitare in zona ci torneremmo sicuramente. Non aspettatevi un ambiente elegante e formale, ma anche questo aspetto fa parte del suo bello! CONSIGLIATISSIMO

08/08/2024: We had a great dinner at ReFood Sorrento. All the appetizers, pastas and main sources were excellent. Service was very good and attentive as well. Sitting in the back of the restaurant was comfortable with functioning AC (rare for Italy), so the temperature was great for dinner. They were also very helpful with a few questions that we had around the best beach to go to later in the week. One of our best dinners in Sorrento.

26/08/2024: Fabulous dinner, my boyfriend and I didn’t do the prefix menu or have a reservation. We arrived right when they opened, one thing to note is if you don’t have a reservation you can’t sit under the beautiful pergola area inside so definitely make a reservation! You’re greeted with a free glass of champagne and small aperitivo. If we had more nights in Sorrento we would’ve gone here a second time! My boyfriend ordered the risotto and I ordered the pappardelle with pesto and cod. His risotto was to die for!

25/08/2024: Bel locale nel centro di Sorrento. Tavoli all ‘esterno o su a terrazza con pergolato o sala interna elegante e raffinata. Accoglienza cortese e cordiale. Personale italiano molto cortese ed empatico, un po’ ingessato ma comunque efficace il personale non italiano. Possibilità di vari percorsi di degustazione con prezzi medio alti. Qualita’ del cibo ottima con ampia disponibilità di scelta. Provata linguina con gamberi ed uova di lompo veramente gustosa. Agnello tenerissimo e gustosissimo. Dolci ottimi. Da provare ma non aspettatevi prezzi da trattoria.

27/08/2024: Locale molto caotico e disorganizzato. Le pietanze sono comunque arrivate quasi subito anche se abbiamo dovuto aspettare per ordinare. Cibo di buona qualità.

28/07/2024: Meating was one of the highlights of our stay in Sorrento. Tucked back on one of Sorrento's oldest streets it had a secluded feel while being just feet (or meters 😂) away from one of the main shopping/tourist streets. Google maps worked beautifully in getting us there with no problems. We made reservations but it was not crowded so you might get away with getting seated without reservations. The atmosphere was old world cozy. The wood fired pizza oven and wine racks occupying the space just inside the doorway added to the ambience. Our server was warm, friendly, and helpful. Our daughters (20 & 22) both had pasta dishes and raced about how good they were. The Gnocchi Sorrento and a pesto pasta dish were excellent. My husband and I splurged and ordered the Tomahawk Steak. Zero regrets! It was HUGE and prepared PERFECTLY. It arrived on a gigantic cutting board and had been sliced and surrounded but several vegetables: carrots, grilled zucchini, eggplant, sauteed broccoli (that must be a different variety of broccoli than what is commonly used into the U.S., more like a spinach, so yummy), roasted sweet potatoes, and more, all delicious. Thankfully the girls helped us eat it all or we would have never been able to finish. Chocolate Souffle and Berry Cheesecake topped it all of! Delicious! Wait staff and owner were so welcoming. We even took turns with the owner showing our dog photos and took selfies with the pizza chef! Highly recommend!!

18/07/2024: The food was delicious. The pizza was fluffy The steak we got was medium rare and it was cooked to our standards. Very friendly staff Christian knew the menu very well and was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this place.
