14/10/2025: Our experience at this restaurant was deeply disappointing. From the start, the service was inattentive and unprofessional. Out of our group of four, one person received their dish well after everyone else had finished eating, and when it finally arrived, the pasta was undercooked and inedible. To make matters worse, we had to step away from the table just to find salt, as none was provided—and the server never once apologized or acknowledged any of the issues. No compensation was offered, not even a simple gesture to make up for the poor service. Overall, it felt like the staff was completely disengaged, and the experience left a bad taste in all of our mouths—literally and figuratively. Definitely would not recommend.

13/10/2025: The only positive quality is the very kind Mr. Alfonso, who single-handedly runs the entire place and makes you smile just looking at him, the manager is a bit fake, the dessert was good.

05/05/2025: Nous étions 6 personnes grosses additions 4 bouteilles de vins et au moment de partir la patronne nous propose du limoncello on ok et la elle les rajoute sur l’addition je lui et fait remarquer mais rien à faire une vraie tête de mule 😡

07/07/2025: The pizzas seem top, but they are decent pizzas. Honestly it remained on my stomach, heavy, hard to digest. I'm sorry because they are young and a small pizzeria, to grow you have to do well, they have to improve. The products are not top quality. I'm sorry but I don't recommend I don't recommend!

02/09/2025: We were looking for a local panini on the beach and found it at Samy's. It was rich with mozzarella, tomato, ham, arugula, and parmesan, and it was divine.

18/08/2025: Neapolitan pizzeria with a capital N. There were 5 of us, we had an appetizer, 5 pizzas, 2 draft beers, 5 cokes, 2 waters, 2 meloncelli, a limoncello, and 3 coffees... total 100 euros... a great price... you will find friendliness and professionalism. Try it, they accept credit cards.

18/07/2025: A group of friends went to this pizzeria to catch up after a long time apart. We found a room full of people with their children screaming like crazy. It was impossible to have a conversation, so much so that we came back with sore throats. There was only one waitress, assisted by another who came in sporadically, and no one in authority to ask these people to lower their voices. We were basically at a market. The appetizers were very good, but I would have something to say about the pizzas, which were poor in ingredients. Would I go back? Definitely NOT!

22/03/2025: Le premesse erano buone: camerieri gentili e attenti, e ambiente accogliente, ma purtroppo ho avuto problemi con entrambi i piatti ordinati. I calamaretti fritti erano buoni, ma in mezzo ho trovato un pezzo di sacchetto di plastica trasparente di circa 2×2 cm., finito per sbaglio nella frittura. Mi è finito in bocca e ho dovuto sputarlo. Gli spaghettoni con vongole e cannolicchi erano di base ottimi, ma i cannolicchi erano pieni di sabbia, praticamente immangiabili. La sabbia sotto i denti ha rovinato completamente il piatto. Peccato, perché il potenziale ci sarebbe: penso serva più attenzione a ciò che si mette nel piatto.

12/10/2025: I wanted to share this experience with others that will decide to come over here. You are having a variety of other pizza places that you can eat a pizza for 1/3 of that price, and we just got one pizza for a 3 year old kid and were supposed to pay coperto for 4 people just because that was the number of people sitting at the table. For the context - we were visiting a number of other pizza places before, trattorias, ristorante etc, ordered much more than one meal and never had to pay coperto for the kid. Nevertheless, I strongly don’t recommend. Don’t make our mistake, choose the other places around.

12/10/2025: The food was excellent, except that our reservation was for 9:30 and they seated us at 11:30 PM, allowing dozens of people who arrived later and without reservations to pass in front of us, two of us. The pizza was excellent, and I recommend it if you're a calm person. The waiters were polite and helpful, except for the one who greeted us at the door, who decided who to seat based on his personal preferences. I recommend it, hoping it's better during the week; I strongly advise against it on weekends. Oh, and of course, the amaro after they've already brought you the bill isn't included.

20/07/2025: Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima serata, per iniziare prima della carne ci hanno offerto una serie di antipasti davvero tanto apprezzati, la carne consigliata da loro ottima. Lo staff disponibile e il conto davvero onesto ,molto consigliato.

01/10/2025: I went to Masteria Sardo for a group lunch with several friends, and overall it was a positive experience. The location is stunning: surrounded by greenery, with a well-kept garden and a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, creating a relaxing and evocative atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, even with a large group like ours. They gave us a warm welcome, even allowing us to enjoy an aperitif in the garden, despite it being a bit far from the restaurant. Regarding food, the quality is good, but—to be honest—I found the prices a bit high for a farm stay. The wines are above average, and even the set menu is quite expensive for the quantity: four good but not generous appetizers, then a first or second course (depending on the package), and of course water, dessert, and cover charge not included. In the end, a full meal easily costs over 50-60 euros per person, even more if you choose a good bottle. In short, a beautiful location and friendly service, but prices are a bit higher than expected for the type of food offered. Ideal for a special occasion, less so for a casual lunch.

28/09/2025: We booked a table on the restaurant's official website via QANDOO. When we arrived at the restaurant, the manager told us that reservations on the website were blocked (it wasn't stated anywhere, and it was the restaurant's official website) and teased us by saying there had been a virus and a problem with the terminals the night before. She then suggested we go to their bar, at 2:00 on Sunday, when we obviously wanted lunch. I definitely won't be returning, and the negative review is well-deserved. I recommend coordinating your phone reservations with online ones, since it's 2025. You can fool other people, not me.

29/09/2025: Came for dinner and the food and service was absolutely fantastic. It was recommended by a local shop owner and they did not disappoint. The mussels were amazing and the main dishes were just as good! Would definitely recommend this place!

19/10/2025: Don’t do it. As said in other reviews, this business is greedy. A reservation was made by our tour guide for lunch, when we got there the waiter asked if we were having just drinks. We said we intended to have lunch. We ordered drinks and realized my husband didn’t care for the menu. We said we changed our minds and wanted just drinks. The waiter said if we didn’t order lunch they would charge us 100€ for the little boat that took us from our tour boat to the restaurant (less than 50 feet). He said it was the owner’s policy. We had to eat lunch there. I also heard an older couple at the table beside us ask if they could split a risotto. The waiter said no. This place was not packed, and we were in fact the first people in the place. We told our tour company who said that little boat transfer was included in our tour cost and vowed to never recommend them again. Terrible service.

05/07/2025: Siamo rimasti colpiti positivamente da questa pizzeria. Essendo emiliani e per la prima volta a Napoli abbiamo scelto casualmente il locale e siamo rimasti soddisfatti delle varie tipologie di pizza assaggiate. Ottimo servizio e prezzo onesto.

27/06/2025: Ci ha accolti la gentilezza e professionalità di Raffaele, accomodati all'interno di una sala che sembra raccontare ai clienti il carattere di Napoli. Consigliati sapientemente abbiamo scelto una frittura alici, calamari e gamberi accompagnati da una delicata maionese al lime che ci ha stupiti. A seguire la pizza che era da provare doverosamente...e che vi dico? Una poesia! Consigliatissimo anche per il rapporto qualità eccezionale/prezzo. 16/10/2025: A truly enchanting place for the view it offers. Fixed menu for €45 on Sundays. Various appetizers, then a choice of first course and second course, finishing with dessert. I must say I ate well. We had a problem with a cut of meat. The owner apologized and immediately offered another dish. The atmosphere is not suitable for infants, but everything else is surpassable. Friendly staff. We'll definitely return to take some photos of the dishes.

29/09/2025: We had lunch with friends yesterday. I had high expectations for this place... but it was a disappointment. The food was poor. There was a set menu with a choice of first and second courses. The Genovese was a slop. The second course was a slice of beef with arugula and cherry tomatoes. It tasted like charcoal and was tough. The fried fish, let alone the fish, remained intact on the plate, limp and flavorless. The dessert was perhaps the only edible thing: baba with cream. The place is worth it, it has a spectacular view. I don't recommend it and I wouldn't go back. The waiters were top-notch, poor thing, they should have absorbed customer complaints. Improve the quality of the food... little but good.
