31/08/2024: Consigliatissimo! La cucina e i sapori sono indimenticabili (siamo tornati due volte in pochi giorni, spinti dalla voglia di riassaporarli). Il personale è molto gentile. In assoluto il posto migliore della zona.

23/08/2024: Posto molto carino, si ci può arrivare senza difficoltà. Abbiamo mangiato grigliate miste e abbondanti di carne, abbiamo gradito molto.

16/02/2025: Tutto perfetto dall'accoglienza alla qualità del mangiare, con pesce freschissimo, al servizio celere. Rapporto qualità - prezzo eccellente. Camerieri molto presenti e attenti. Complimenti su tutto. Da provare assolutamente.

17/08/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante dopo aver sentito ottime recensioni sia online che di amici. La qualità del pesce è certamente il punto distintivo del locale, è arredato con gusto e semplicità. La pecca è il conto che ho trovato salato soprattutto per il crudo di pesce, per il quale abbiamo pagato 60€ e non era proprio abbondante. Allego foto

03/09/2024: Specially arrived from Marano Marchesato on recommendation. I recommend it because this place exceeded our expectations. Characteristic environment, a return to the past, simple, but clean and well-kept. I recommend the Belmonte tomato steak with fresh grilled tuna and caramelized Tropea onion of their own production, like the ndujia and more. Courteous chef and staff. Prices suited to the quality offered. Praise be to you!

16/02/2024: When they say "all smoke and no fire". Here, this is the definition that best suits this structure. A preparation for the evening in question that not even the Quirinale uses for state dinners. At a certain point we were also worried about the possibility of not being able to invite one of the guests because there was the possibility (fortunately not confirmed) that he was allergic to tomatoes. And therefore, instead of finding an alternative solution, we were told that "it would not be possible to accept the reservation" for this person...The evening then unfolded in a tragicomic way with a...decreasing trend: appetizer buffet decent, but of dubious quality for some of the dishes. First course I would say not inedible, but inedible due to the excessive salt present and in any case the poor preparation method. Sent back to the kitchen by all the guests. "Buffet" of desserts... without words: quantity of dry pastries proportionate for about 10 people (we were 40). These solitary dry desserts, even of dubious freshness, floating around scattered on half-empty plates and stands. Two cheesecakes which, in theory, should be chocolate, but they had seen the chocolate from afar as it was only present on top of the cake in the form of scattered flakes. The flavor of the cheesecake...not received. This too was rejected by practically all guests. But the best part was the payment!! We, naively, believed that the managers, realizing that the evening, from a culinary point of view, had not been exactly perfect (as we underlined throughout the event, but to the waiter, because the managers were... .invisible), we thought we would be offered a reasonable discount. Instead we found ourselves involved in a market-type negotiation, which we naturally refused, and ended up with a discount of around 5 euros per person! Last two folklore notes: for around 40 people there was only one waiter and the cook who prepared dinner (or rather "the executive chef" as defined by the owners) was not the same one with whom we had established the menu. What can I say, we recommend carefully avoiding this place.

13/02/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato il diciottesimo compleanno di nostro figlio in questo locale, purtroppo. Il buffet rustico incompleto e senza infamia e senza lode. Dopo circa un’ora e mezza di attesa e varie sollecitazioni al cameriere, ci viene servito un risotto salatissimo e immangiabile. Con le scuse della cucina il riso al sale viene sostituito con dei paccheri conditi con una salsa annacquata e pezzi di cipolla… altrettanto immangiabili. Velo pietoso sui dolci, mousse squagliate e torte al formaggio insapori. I proprietari sono comparsi in sala solo quando andava saldato il conto, che è stato ritoccato in modo risibile. Vivamente sconsigliato

10/09/2024: Una volta, dalle mie parti, si diceva: "ottimo e abbandonate!". Ecco... la cena, in questo graziosissimo localino, è stata ottima ed abbondante. Carne e verdure squisite e cotte alla perfezione! Le persone che ci hanno servito con gentilezza ed efficienza ci hanno consigliati e accompagnati in maniera competente e non invadente! Quando andrete non dimenticate di assaggiare, a fine pasto, i liquori che suggeriranno! Da non perdere!

04/09/2024: Locale molto carino nel centro di Tropea. Consigliato! Personale accogliente, veloce e molto gentile. Prezzi nella norma. Si paga un piccolo sovrapprezzo se si vuole usufruire del rooftop. Vale le pena fermarsi per sorseggiare un drink e ammirare il meraviglioso paesaggio circostante

18/08/2024: Sono stata con amiche per il dopo cena, camerieri gentilissimi e rapidi, cocktail analcolici buonissimi e dj molto bravo. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima serata e ci siamo divertite un sacco!

08/09/2024: Se avete voglia di una buona pizza a Paola, questo è il posto giusto. La cameriera bionda ci ha consigliato il dolce di Santa Maria del Cedro: buonissimo!!!! Grazie! Torneremo.

26/08/2024: Il locale è situato in una posizione ottimale, al centro della cittadina di Paola, in una stradina molto caratteristica. Siamo venuti in questo ristorante per provare la pizza, che abbiamo trovato non male. Deludente, invece, quella che viene chiamata "fresa cunzata", che, a differenza di quanto ci si aspetti, rispetto alla tipica ricetta del sud, (fresella croccante con condimenti vari crudi) si concretizza in una sfoglia di pane di pizza inserito in forno, e solo in parte croccante, con una colata di mozzarella fusa e un paio di pomodori (almeno il tipo preso da noi). In ogni caso, l'elemento a nostro avviso più negativo è l'attesa improponibile per poter cenare, sia per sedersi (nonostante la prenotazion), sia per mangiare, dal momento di effettuazione della comanda. L'attesa, sentendo gli altri commensali, sembra essere una costante, per cui, probabilmente, sarebbe necessario un maggiore investimento sul personale. Peccato, perché la location non è affatto male.

18/08/2024: Beautiful and well-kept environment, the food we consumed was delicious... and one of the few in Roggiano with almost excellent service, they really take care of the customer! The owner Andrea is kind and friendly and above all professional! So congratulations to everyone. We will return without a doubt! 😉 Five well-deserved stars!!!
