15/03/2026: We met the guys from Maltagliati at a dinner and, intrigued, came to try their restaurant. You arrive in Torano, a small hilltop village, and the restaurant is in the center: welcoming and well-kept, with an open kitchen with a grill where they prepare almost the entire menu. If you have the chance to see them at work in the dining room in front of the grill, they are serious and professional, but above all, well-prepared. Cuisine like this comes from study and dedication: we ordered the tasting menu and it's hard to find a better dish... the crescia, the spit-roasted heart, the sweetbreads, the quail and lamb, and many other dishes. The staff in the dining room are attentive and loving. We had a great time and can't wait to come back because having the courage to cook like this is uncommon. Excellent!

13/03/2026: It's been a while since I've dined at a place where atmosphere, food, and service blended so well. To be honest, I ordered the entire menu, but it was worth it. My only recommendation is to sit down and let the staff, who are extremely professional, guide you. Nothing is left to chance, from the aromas present in every dish to the decor. The dishes were spectacular, the quality was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and courteous. We tried a variety of dishes, from starters to meat and fish, everything was impeccable.

10/01/2026: tiny portions no more than 50 grams of pasta, if you go just for a first course they are quite annoyed, but it's all good, furniture and tables quite worn, quite cystic for a trattoria, for a first course you go from a minimum of 12 euros for a cacio pepe 😵‍💫

23/02/2026: In the center of L'Aquila, just steps from Piazza Duomo and the main street, lies our favorite restaurant in the city. We've been frequenting Da Lincosta since 2019, and it has never disappointed us at every lunch or dinner, always noting an improvement in the quality of the dishes offered. They also recently renovated the restaurant, and in the summer, you can dine on their splendid terrace. The menu changes based on seasonal produce, but some dishes are always present, and having tasted practically all of them over the years, I can confirm what I said above. The wine list is excellent, featuring excellent wines from Abruzzo. The desserts deserve special mention: pastry chef Federico, the owners' son, creates sublime and balanced desserts. Also worth trying is the Sunday breakfast, which is offered in both sweet and savory options, always using homemade products. I recommend booking.

You took us on a true sensory gastronomic journey, each dish a surprise of flavors, tastes, and aromas, not to mention the aesthetics of the dishes: beautiful, colorful, and elegant. 28/02/2026: Everything was excellent. We ordered the six-course vegan tasting menu and were truly full afterward; it was delicious. The place is quiet and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be back. There's also an excellent selection of vegan wines.

06/03/2026: Location that already upon entering makes you feel in a welcoming place, unique and intriguing. The maitre d' very kind and suuuupeeerrr nice, we were welcomed very well.. starting with the very delicious and fresh raw appetizer and then tasting the spaghetti with black garlic of incredible goodness "that overwhelming flavor remained in my memory" and then finishing with the fish soup cooked with tomato puree very good but it didn't intrigue me as much as the rest.. mandarin sorbet fresh and different from the usual.. I expected more choice of desserts and perhaps lighter among the choices apart from the sorbets they all seemed too heavy to finish a meal.. a tip, I missed the wet wipes to clean my hands, I don't know if they were available but there were no offers.. anyway it remains an excellent place and I hope to return soon!!

22/02/2026: A must-try restaurant, open for years. I really enjoy the cuisine, typical of the Abruzzo coast with plenty of seafood. However, it seems to me that the menu hasn't changed much in years (my last visit was over 10 years ago), but I'm not entirely sure. That being said, the dishes were excellent, from the antipasti (an assortment of raw and then cooked fish) to the desserts (apple strudel with vanilla ice cream), not forgetting the primi and secondi. The wine list offers a nice variety of local and international wines at prices to suit all budgets. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy and professionalism, which immediately created a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was attentive, helpful, and never intrusive—a quality that is far from a given these days. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and well-organized. There's a sense of order and tranquility, allowing you to enjoy the evening without clutter or excessive noise. The location is welcoming and suitable for both romantic dinners and convivial gatherings. Regarding the cuisine, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. The fish is fresh and well-prepared, with simple yet tasty preparations. We particularly appreciated the lightness of the flavors and the overall balance of the dishes. The portions are adequate and satisfying. A few small details could be improved, especially the timing of service between courses, which at times seemed slightly delayed. Nothing major, but a more fluid pace would make the experience even more enjoyable. Even some dishes, while good, could use a little more flair in terms of character or originality. Overall, Cambusa proves to be a reliable restaurant, with good quality and attentive service. A place where you eat well, feel comfortable, and feel welcomed. Definitely a positive experience worth repeating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

17/02/2026: I had dinner last night with friends and family. The welcome was very friendly, and the food was also good. However, when we finally got the bill, we had a few surprises with the prices, including extras like an appetizer for five people, which was charged for seven, and a bottle of wine that shouldn't have been included, or rather, offered, but was instead paid for. A very unique place.

24/09/2025: We went to this place one evening in September. It's on the beach, nothing super sophisticated, very simple, and I'd say it's suitable for families. The menu, as the name suggests, features mostly fried fish dishes. The prices are in line, neither expensive nor super cheap. The dishes are good and well-balanced. I recommend it if you're in the area in the summer.

The food was delicious – always fresh, beautifully presented and absolutely flawless in taste. The service was also top notch, kind, attentive and professional, making us feel really welcome. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and relaxed, which makes the visit an experience to look forward to. I definitely recommend it and I would love to go back soon myself!

03/02/2026: Even though you have to travel a bit to get to the restaurant, it's definitely worth it. Impeccable service: fast, friendly, helpful, and above all, very professional. The restaurant is modern yet classic, yet very welcoming. Excellent food, from the appetizers to the pizzas, the arrosticini, the tagliata, and the desserts, which are truly excellent. Overall, remarkable value for money. I'll conclude by saying that I've been here several times and they've never disappointed me. A wonderful place, keep up the good work!
