23/08/2024: Calling this pizzeria historic is limiting, it represents the history of Pesaro.
When I can and I'm in the area I always go to have my Rossini or my Margherita.
The staff is certainly the best when it comes to pizza by the slice, the prices are absolutely in line with the quality they offer, so I absolutely recommend this place.
07/08/2024: Pizzeria by the slice. The pizza is good and well made. Very digestible, cooked perfectly. For those who are not from Pesaro, like me, the Rossini pizza is a must try. It may seem like blasphemy but if you throw away prejudices you can appreciate a good composition, where the result is a "soft" and "velvety" pizza on the palate. Good and worth trying.

14/06/2024: Tried it for lunch during a trip. I couldn't miss dry passatelli, in my house they only exist in broth, with fish sauce. Nice place, very friendly wait staff. The final bill wasn't too salty either, in any case balanced in terms of value for money.

But if I order spaghetti with clams and the clams are all closed in the end I eat spaghetti with parsley. I think the kitchen should notice that the clams haven't opened, not even one...

22/08/2024: Mid-August evening, it was me and my girlfriend and we had a wonderful time, cool and breezy. We had 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 desserts and a bottle of wine. All delicious and beautiful to the eye. Excellent wine list, attentive, kind and friendly staff. Breathtaking view thanks to the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Price normal considering the location, the freshness of the food and the facilities. I also recommend it for an aperitif to enjoy the view and the excellent drinks they prepare.
22/08/2024: Serata di ferragosto, eravamo io e la mia fidanzata e siamo stati da Dio, fresco e ventilato. Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti, 2 primi, 2 dolci e una bottiglia di vino. Tutto buonissimo e bellissimo agli occhi. Ottima carta dei vini, personale attento, gentile e simpatico .Panorama mozzafiato grazie alla bellissima terrazza con vista sul mare. Prezzo nella norma considerando la location, la freschezza del cibo e l'impiantamento. Consiglio anche per un aperitivo per godersi il panorama e gli ottimi drink che preparano.

Dolce no. La zuppa inglese oltre ad essere asciutta con una crema del tiramisù. Compensano con un ottimo sorbetto al limone tra l'altro offerto.
Servizio buono, camerieri attenti ma in un ristorante di pesce non può mancare una salvietta umidificata per pulirsi le mani, purtroppo per lavarsi neanche il sapone in bagno.

09/08/2024: Immersed in the heart of the historic centre, the restaurant is refined and elegant, perfect for an evening aperitif accompanied by exquisite cuisine with South American flavours. Excellent wine list and cocktails with original aromas, Niccolò is kind and with a beautiful smile. A very pleasant evening! I recommend it!
23/06/2024: In Pesaro for a weekend, we had such a good time in these places that we also ended the second evening here. The cocktails are expertly prepared by the young barman. Trust him: you won't regret it!
