16/02/2025: Arriving at 9pm, we left the restaurant at 12.15am after eating a first course and dessert. We didn't order coffee because otherwise we would definitely have finished after 1pm! Very slow service and dishes delivered to the table at different times, not giving the opportunity to eat together. The tiramisu, they say homemade, arrived frozen after waiting for it for almost half an hour. Those who worked in the kitchen were absent to go to the cash register every time a customer asked to pay. Price not commensurate with the quality of the meals and service. Nice place but suitable for living a surreal experience.

26/01/2025: On a windy Sunday we happen upon this restaurant by chance and they make us sit in front of the crackling fireplace. The bruschetta with fresh fish, passatelli, grilled cuttlefish and the brownies with vanilla ice cream are excellent. Prices in line with the quality of the products. Friendly and welcoming staff.

07/04/2025: Now we go there every time there is a special occasion or we have to celebrate something. We've always had a great time, great food and I've always tried something different from the menu. Simple environment, friendly welcome and attentive service. Excellent value for money.

A few years ago I was in Pesaro and I was lucky enough to have dinner at Catobruschetteria, really excellent bruschetta, crunchy bread on the outside and soft on the inside, excellent and irresistible flavors that you can find on the menu, the pizza was also very good and the various appetizers, excellent service, professional staff who say? An absolutely must-do experience, bon appetit!!

06/03/2025: Siamo capitati in questa osteria quasi per caso a pranzo visto che è uno dei pochi locali aperti in questo periodo e devo dire che è stata una sorpresa: abbiamo mangiato cappelletti al ragù buonissimi, fatti in casa (esattamente come li faceva mia mamma!), una zuppa di fagioli, anche questa squisita e un fritto misto di pesce, leggerissimo e croccante, veramente ottimo. Il personale l'ho trovato cortese, sorridente e attento, per questo mi stupisco di altre recensioni che lo definiscono "asciutto". Ricapitassi a Pesaro ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente.

18/03/2025: Very nice dishes perfectly in line with the Japanese style, friendly and nice owner. We had lunch with the all you can eat formula, the dishes arrived regularly and quickly. The decor is also nice and the price is very honest. We are very happy to have come here and we will return

11/03/2025: Very dirty place. Feet stick to the floor, bathrooms are very dirty. Cooked dishes heated with microwaves, sushi with poor quality fish.

28/01/2025: I went to the Thai place da Pulcio and I was really satisfied! The environment is simple and an open kitchen adds a touch of transparency and authenticity. I tried the proposed Thai menu and was impressed: varied, abundant and really tasty dishes. An experience that I highly recommend to those who love experimenting with new cuisines. Absolutely worth trying! Furthermore, at the weekend they also make pizza, an interesting option to satisfy all tastes.

02/03/2025: Without a shadow of a doubt the best Neapolitan pizza you can eat in Pesaro. I've always had it takeaway and it's never disappointed me, I imagine it's even better there, I'll book a table sometime! The most surprising thing is that here they don't chase science fiction hydration, the cornices are swollen, but not with air, with pasta that tastes of care in the choice of raw materials and professionalism. The staff is always courteous and kind. More than recommended.

08/03/2025: Posto rimodernato dall'ultima volta che sono stata peccato per i tavoli da due vicini ad altri tavoli tanto da poter ascoltare e farsi ascoltare o tenersi la mano con gli altri. Neanche il tempo di iniziare l'antipasto che subito sono arrivate le pizze tanto da toglierci il piatto con le salse per le patatine. Le pizze purtroppo sembravano surgelate, impasto fisso e pesante (per i miei gusti) mentre per i dolci che sono della casa a persona sono due pezzi. Mi dispiace molto non lo consiglierei

01/03/2025: Siamo stati ben due volte in questo locale, una in occasione del mio compleanno e una ieri sera per la cena in Maschera di Carnevale. Abbiamo mangiato una volta il menù di carne e successivamente il menù di pesce e mi sento in dovere di complimentarmi con Davide (il titolare) e il suo staff, per l'accoglienza e la qualità dei prodotti, oltre l'abbondanza delle porzioni. Siamo stati divinamente entrambe le serate, in un locale accogliente e bello, in cui il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo!! Ringrazio anche DJ Grifo The Voice, che con la sua simpatia e la sua ottima musica è riuscito ad animare in modo eccellente l'evento di ieri sera. Locale fortemente consigliato.

01/03/2025: Provato questo ristorante per una ricorrente "reunion" di ex liceali. Premetto che la valutazione è per premiare la squisita e cortese accoglienza del titolare e del personale di sala e per la freschezza della materia prima. La "location" al centro di Pesaro é raggiungibile solo a piedi dopo aver lasciato l'auto nei parcheggi, comunque non e molto distante dalla stazione ferroviaria. L'ambiente del locale è ovviamente "old fashion", ma troppo ingombrato dai numerosi tavoli: ne consegue una mancanza di "privacy" e una elevata rumorosità (compresa quella causata dalla nostra esuberanza). La "mise en place" su tovaglia di stoffa è corretta. Abbiamo degustato un antipasto misto "freddo e caldo": misto freddo variegato classico accettabile, ma con qualche eccessiva sapidità che copriva troppo il sapore del pesce; tre tipi di caldi con la stessa problematica di marcata salatura. A seguire abbiamo assaggiato un tris di primi: un tagliolino al sugo di pesce accettabile, un riso di mare bianco con poco carattere e uno gnocco di pesce bianco assolutamente inaccettabile perché lo gnocco era senza consistenza e poco sapore. Nota dolente è l'offerta dei vini: praticamente è centrata in vini sfusi della casa che vengono serviti in bottiglie etichettate, ma che giungono già stappate dalla cucina. Non è possibile degustare un valido "bianchello del metauro DOCG" imbottigliato e chiuso (è il tipico vino del territorio) e neppure un "verdicchio DOCG". Abbiamo chiuso con un enorme vassoio di pasticceria assortita abbastanza valida. Il titolo della mia recensione vuole essere uno sprone a "svecchiare" l'offerta gastronomica.
