02/11/2025: In short: very poor service; they even offered us two half glasses of grappa for the price of one, despite spending over €200 for four people...
As for the white truffle, it was completely tasteless, while the tagliatelle, although that's a subjective opinion, were very slimy...
In conclusion, if that's a fresh white truffle from Aqualagna, it's probably vintage or not Italian. (Okay, you can offer it to me, but you can't charge me the same as a truffle from the Marche region!!!) A plate of tagliatelle cost €35 per person, and we expected to be overwhelmed by the typical truffle aroma at least...
We hate to leave negative reviews, but given the outrageous price tag for a "normal" family, I felt it was only right.

I recommend the game tortelli with truffles.
Wonderful meat.
Susanna, the owner, is kind and engaging. I don't live nearby, but I'll be back at least once a year.

01/11/2025: It was our first time here for a quick lunch and we were pleasantly surprised! Nice, quiet place, our order arrived quickly, and both the piadina and the platter were beautiful, plentiful, and above all, delicious! We were extremely satisfied! We'll definitely be back!

03/05/2025: Meraviglia! Una famiglia davvero gentile, generosa, appassionata di cucina e di storia. Conoscere Alberto e Roberta è un piacere e un onore! Il luogo è davvero splendido, soprattutto la Grotta delle Delizie (direttamente scavata nella montagna), con una cantina di vini eccellente. E poi i piatti parlano da soli: una tecnica ineccepibile che valorizza tantissimi prodotti tipici. Sarà difficile dimenticare il rotolo di faraona in crosta di pane con fondo di cottura e tartufo, ma non sono da meno anche i cappelletti. Questi sono davvero i luoghi che fanno il bene dell'Italia e di noi.
23/12/2024: Locale storico ben tenuto e arredato in modo rustico tradizionale . Il plus é una grotta interna, che contiene la cantina edove si può pranzare, condizioni metereologiche permettendo. Ottimo servizio piacevole e quasi famigliare. Piatti ben fatti, gustosi e saporiti, molti dei quali prevedono il tartufo, prezioso ingrediente della zona. Ottima e diversificata cantina. Prezzi corretti.
