04/01/2025: I had stopped writing reviews a while ago but for the Taverna di Ro I make an exception. We were in Cingoli for a short holiday, even in a period that was not exactly in season, but it was very useful to get to know this place. Typical, nice, with quality raw materials, with excellent service. I highly recommend it and would happily go back, if it weren't 400 km of road!

04/10/2024: The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is kind and attentive. The pizzas are exceptional, with a light dough and quality ingredients. I highly recommend this place both for those who are in a hurry and want something "on the fly" whether sweet or savory, but also for lunch and/or dinner or more simply ordering a take-away pizza. You can adapt it however you like!

29/09/2024: Too bad it's far away but it's worth it. Super good pizza and wonderful staff, always very helpful and kind. Even those like me who have intolerances have no problems. Excellent quality raw materials and it is certainly a happy return every time 😊

11/11/2024: A volte sei ha giro in moto e ti perdi. Poi trovi questo locale, che ha il suo perchè Semplice carino ha il suo fascino. Ora passiamo al cibo, qui la Pinsa la fà da Regina ottimo impasto così come gli ingredienti di qualità, c'è anche dolce :Nutella o Nutella e frutta. Personale gentile,cordiale e preparato che sforna e serve senza sosta sempre col sorriso e non per ultimo il titolare con cui ho avuto modo di scambiare due chiacchiere è stato come se ci conoscessimo da tempo Insomma ti senti come a casa anche se sei distante 400 km Tappa d'obbligo per noi motociclisti Sicuramente ritornerò per assaggiarle tutte

15/12/2024: I went back about 10 days ago, I got the pizza but I was quite disappointed: thin like the wafer and smaller than usual, well... The seasoning was good but being very thin the consistency was rather poor. The dessert, on the other hand, is a delight for the palate.

01/12/2024: Locale poco appariscente sulla strada che scende al lago di Cingoli. Ordinato ravioli pomodorini e guanciale. I ravioli non erano ai pomodorini ma al pomodoro. Dei pomodorini nemmeno l'ombra, idem del guanciale, solo passata di pomodoro. Discreto il tiramisù. Un mini quartino di vino 4 euro, in alcuni posti a quel prezzo ti danno la bottiglia. Pagato 27,50 euro per 1 primo 1 tiramisù 1 caffè 1/2 acqua e il mini quarto di vino. Troppo.

14/01/2025: Capita sovente che il ricambio generazionale dei posti storici e tipici si traduca in una vergognosa corsa all'oro. Se da un lato è meraviglioso vedere i giovani che si avvicendano ai vecchi e che prendono in mano attività che meritano di restare vive, allo stesso tempo è essenziale che non snaturino l'essenza del luogo. Il Foro era un baluardo del buon mangiare e dello spendere il giusto. Era. Perche? In primis debbo sottolineare la mancanza del menu, cosa scorrettissima nei confronti del cliente, oltre che contraria alla legge, perché ognuno deve sapere quanto costa ciò che ordina e avere il tempo per scegliere. Ma anche i modi son cambiati, e il mio ricordo di una simpaticissima cameriera è stato stuprato da questo giovanotto barbuto a cui ho chiesto il menu e che mi ha risposto "non c'è, te lo dico io cosa abbiamo". Va bene, prendiamo in due 1 antipasto, 1 primo al cinghiale, 1 contorno, 1 dolce, acqua, una lattina di fanta, e 2 caffè. L'antipasto è metà di quello che era fino a pochissimi anni fa. E va bene. Il primo era immangiabile, tanto che non è stato nemmeno toccato, se non una prima sforchettata. Puzzava di bestia che strozzava... Lontani anni luce dal cinghiale in rosso che era uno dei fiori all'occhiello del Foro. Conto: 48 euro, alto rispetto a ciò che abbiamo preso e alla qualità generale del tutto. Ma non so quanto sia costato ogni singolo pezzo, perché nemmeno dallo scontrino si evinceva. Già che non si sono interessati minimamente al fatto che abbia lasciato lì la totalità del primo piatto e che non abbiano nemmeno fatto la mossa di non farlo pagare la dice lunga. Un posto che adoravo morto e sepolto. Con grande tristezza e delusione.
