07/04/2025: Wonderful welcome, polite and kind. Family atmosphere with few tables. Excellent food at a fair price.
09/03/2025: Dinner, with the family, first of all I would like to point out that the products are ALL ORGANIC, the meat is carefully selected, the bread and the Florentine Schiacciata are made by the owners on site; they have the restaurant on one side, and on the other a small shop where they sell all organic products, bread, crushed vegetables, etc. In the à la carte menu you don't find a written list of first courses, precisely because depending on what the chef finds, he puts on the table, like yesterday he had porcini mushrooms with a very inviting undergrowth flavor to make with tagliatelle and what can I say: amazing!!! The first courses, like some other dishes, can be found written on the blackboard. If you want vegetables, they take them directly from their shop and cook them instantly, as is also the case for some types of first courses. Warning: do not confuse slowness with the fact that cooked products arrive at the table AT THE MOMENT!!
Abundant dishes, so much so that with a platter that was for two people, the three of us ate well.
Pici with Chianina ragù top!!!
Special staff feels like staying at home and knowing them forever! They know how to put the customer at ease, very good ❤️

31/12/2024: Sempre una garanzia, si va sul sicuro al “Tucano’s”, prenotato all’ultimo secondo, ma ti trovano sempre una bella sistemazione e ci siamo fatti tagliata e pizza speciali!!! Locale sempre sempre consigliatissimo!!!

20/11/2024: The restaurant is clean and nice. However, it is not the first time that, in terms of food, we have had a bad time. Apart from the service (we try to serve at least the starters all together), the starters were good, however the scampi risotto was completely without salt, as if they had forgotten to put it in, then the salted sea bass had been cleaned badly, unfortunately many large grains of salt had ended up in the middle of the fish (served plated in micro portions) making it very salty and inedible. Finally, the creme brulee was unpresentable: little and liquid, as if there was water inside. I would have said I didn't have it and would have directed the customer to another dessert: they would be ashamed to present it on the table! For a restaurant that considers itself to be at a certain level... that's a barbie!

Criticism makes you grow, especially if you have been a customer for many years...
I apologize for my sincerity, but in my opinion the dough has changed and after having bought it one doesn't like to eat it....(since the other term I used was offensive....)
I was just asking if it could be made thicker and juicier... I asked many times... but nothing.... I don't know who on the phone, probably the owner, told me that anyway the pizza for the evening isn't for me he would have done it...then he hung up on me.
Thanks anyway... I understand well that a customer's opinion or suggestion is not welcome, and I will deal with it.

16/03/2025: A disappointing Sunday lunch in an unprofessional environment.
In this restaurant the customer is not allowed to view a menu, but the owner goes around the tables and explains the proposals. The problem is that prices and allergens are not explained, intolerances, allergies and celiac disease are not requested. The appetizer was not explained "because it would take me too long to tell you", when they were just some fried foods, some platters, some polenta and a carpaccio. After an hour and four attempts to speak to the owner to order the first courses, the latter treated us with disdain and annoyance, even admonishing us for our insistence because "you have to understand the situation". Furthermore, first courses were offered to our table, while other first courses were offered to other tables: what meaning does it have? Why this division in the same room? The owner chooses what to propose based on what criteria? In short, zero transparency. After another 45 minutes, our first courses arrived: decent quality, minimal portions. At that point we were waiting for the second courses but, after 1 hour (it was 3.30pm!), I got up to intercept the owner, telling him that the order had been canceled because we were leaving. The owner didn't even answer or look at me, using the same attitude as in previous courses.
At the time of the bill, chaos: without even showing us a menu or any other document certifying the prices, he asked us €25 each as a single menu formula (too bad, even though there were 7 of us, we hadn't taken 7 menus!!!!!). He gave us the opportunity to take the second course home, according to him without charging us: would this mean €25 each for starter and first course?
In short, a theft for a discreet quality and a service that is not only absent, but also arrogant and not at all respectful of customers.
Another sore point: of two bathrooms for women, one did not have the keys to close the doors, not guaranteeing privacy, and the other was so dirty that it was not possible to use it.
16/03/2025: Un pranzo domenicale deludente in un ambiente affatto professionale.
In questo ristorante non si permette al cliente di visionare un menu, ma è il proprietario a girare per i tavoli e a spiegare le proposte. Il problema è che non vengono esplicitati prezzi e allergeni, non vengono richieste intolleranze, allergie e celiachie. L'antipasto non è stato spiegato "perché ci metterei troppo a dirveli", quando erano solo dei fritti, dei taglieri, della polenta e un carpaccio. Dopo un'ora e dopo quattro tentativi di parlare con il proprietario per ordinare i primi, quest'ultimo ci ha trattato con sufficienza e fastidio, perfino ammonendoci per le nostre insistenze perché "dovete capire la situazione". Inoltre, al nostro tavolo sono stati proposti dei primi, mentre ad altri tavoli, altri primi: che significato ha? Perché questa divisione in una stessa sala? Il proprietario sceglie cosa proporre in base a quale criterio? Insomma, trasparenza zero. Dopo altri 45 minuti, sono arrivati i nostri primi: qualità discreta, porzioni minime. A quel punto eravamo in attesa dei secondi ma, dopo 1h di tempo ( erano le 15.30!), mi sono alzata per intercettare il proprietario, comunicandogli l'annullamento dell'ordine perché ce ne saremmo andati. Il proprietario non mi ha nemmeno risposto né guardato, usando lo stesso atteggiamento delle portate precedenti.
Al momento del conto, il caos: senza nemmeno farci vedere un menu o qualsiasi altro documento che attesti i prezzi, ci ha chiesto 25€ a testa come formula menu unico (peccato, pur essendo in 7, non avevamo preso 7 menu!!!!!). Ci ha dato l'opportunità di portare a casa il secondo, a detta sua senza farcelo pagare: questo vorrebbe dire 25€ a testa per antipasto e primo?
Insomma, un latrocinio per una qualità discreta e un servizio non solo assente, ma anche arrogante e per niente rispettoso della clientela.
Un'altra nota dolente: di due bagni per il genere femminile, uno non aveva predisposte le chiavi per chiudere le porte, non garantendo privacy, e l'altro era talmente sporco che non è stato possibile usufruirne.

09/02/2025: Andrea and his family were super nice. We were with a group of 40 people from Thursday to Sunday and we ate very well. Clean and welcoming structure.

16/03/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant with high expectations. Nothing to say about the service, friendly and attentive staff. The sore point was the fish. The cold appetizer was bland and poorly seasoned, the spaghetti with clams had fragments of shells everywhere which were really annoying when chewing. Garlic, lemon, chilli pepper which I adore, not even a hint of it, I understand that sometimes they are not used to please all palates but the flavors thus appear anonymous. The bill was high for what I ate. Something to review.
