09/03/2026: Food (we had fish based food) was excellent with different fixed menus at very competitive prices including wine and water. Must book in advance as it gets very full.

27/11/2025: Truly delicious pizza at great prices, with sandwiches also available. The staff is incredibly friendly and fast. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to remove a star due to the inexplicable winter hours, which prevent them from opening in the afternoon/evening. It's a real shame.

Loretta, Orietta, and their wonderful father, Franco, treated us with the care and love reserved for family, combining professionalism and helpfulness. We will never stop thanking them, as will all our guests, who, even six months later, still thank us for the experience and the food.

The food is truly delicious, and the organization and professionalism are excellent. We had a great time with Franco, Loretta, and Ombretta, who were incredibly kind. They accommodated all our requests and were with us throughout the day, ensuring every detail was perfect. We received many compliments from our guests about the quality of the food, the quantity, and the beauty of the location. We highly recommend Villa Poggio Verde to all future spouses.

And brave: Sant'Elpidio a Mare, in the historic center, is a little gem of a town (it will be even more so once the renovations to many historic buildings are completed), but it's sparsely populated and not far from the coast, which offers more options (but also a lot of chaos).

We ordered three first courses (two tagliatelle with meat sauce and a tortellone with butter and sage), three second courses (a veal shoulder and two pork shoulders), three desserts, and a bottle of wine for €22. The final bill was €150, which we felt was significantly excessive for what we ate. Another detail that left us perplexed was that the owner asked us if we were in the area, which gave the impression she wanted to adjust the bill accordingly. Furthermore, we were not given a receipt. It's a real shame because the quality of the food is worth it, but between the exorbitant prices and the lack of transparency in management, we can't recommend this place.

13/08/2025: When I come to unload milk at the Marche farms, it's a regular stop. The coffee is simply wonderful, creamy and full-bodied, as it should be everywhere, not like at a service station, which is similar to dirty water. Cleanliness, in addition to the attached supermarket, cream-filled doughnuts and superior pastries. In short, besides the kindness of the lady, her husband, and the sales assistant, a five-star rating is not enough. Prices are more than fair and quality is excellent.
