16/08/2024: A distanza di anni si conferma sempre il migliore, la qualità è a livelli altissimi, qui non si fa una semplice cena ma un esperienza culinaria che ti lascia a bocca aperta, il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente giusto, il personale è completamente all'altezza delle pietanze, qui si viene completamente coccolati e anche se il locale è pieno i camerieri sono sempre pronti per servirvi, cambiare i piatti come sono appena sporchi, che dire... Non c'è una nota negativa... Io consiglio a tutti Haru perché è una coccola che ci meritiamo

11/12/2024: PLEASANT, VERY PLEASANT The pizza rose very well and was cooked to perfection and is very light: the slice does not "soft" despite being Neapolitan style, lower towards the center and cornice. Very good ingredients too. Mention for management. Waitress and all the staff with a smile and very kind. It makes a difference, always. Very honest prices both for being Desenzano but above all for the quality.

18/08/2024: What can I say? I had been there at Easter and I loved it and this time too I was not disappointed. Eaten beautifully and abundantly. Having chosen the 30 euro menu, I struggled to finish it. I'm not surprised that they are always full (which is why the place is very noisy). Well done and keep going!

19/07/2024: Without fussing about a pizza that arrived raw (and it shouldn't happen) I am astonished to note, unfortunately the next day, that a pizza, already priced at 12 euros, was charged €1 for a brushing of tomato sauce (well yes, TOMATO SAUCE), suggested by the waitress who failed to mention the surcharge. All very sad.

From the dishes to the atmosphere, from the hospitality to the professionalism, in everything you can perceive all the passion that Sigismondo has for this job and all the desire he has to pass it on to his customers. Dinner for couples, we chose the "Giant's Menu", so we could have a taste of each course on the menu. Refined raw materials of exceptional quality, handled with skill by their chef who manages to rewrite traditional flavors with which we all grew up in a modern key. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we will definitely come back to visit you.

29/08/2024: Having commissioned a cake for a little girl's party which included an image of Masha and the bear and without lactose, we were given a cake made as they wanted, without an image and with lactose. And this is called professionalism? Compliments.

10/11/2024: Spiace dirlo ma locali del genere fanno passare la voglia di andare a mangiare. Frittura di calamari e gamberi mi domando dove erano i calamari??? Erano totani per di più unti d’olio che avrà visto centinaia di fritture al terzo pezzo assaggiato passava la voglia di mangiarne altro perché eri nauseato. Fuori di zucca fritti con alici zeppi d’olio senza sentire sapore di alici o di giri di zucca. Esperienza da non ripetere

10/11/2024: Pessimo è fargli un complimento. In primis i calamari si sono rivelati essere totani della peggiore qualità, serviti molli e cotti in un olio che ha visto lustri migliori. Le specialità poi lasciamo stare, olive di pesce che non sapevano di nulla e fiori di zucca molli e di bassa qualità. Prezzo spropositato per la qualità offerta. Esperienza da non ripetere

13/08/2024: Cambiano spesso menù e tutti i loro piatti sono ricercati. Locale situato in centro, comodissimo e bella atmosfera all’ esterno con le lucine. Unico neo negativo, durante il pranzo d’estate si rischia di scottarsi in quanto non hanno tutte le postazioni coperte. Nel complesso do cinque stelle perché lo meritano.

This intimate venue, furnished with simple elegance in wood, offers a welcoming and well-kept atmosphere. The courteous and expert staff contribute to creating a pleasant and relaxed environment. I had the pleasure of dining outdoors with pleasant background music while savoring a woof sandwich with pork and an extraordinarily tender cut of beef. Both dishes were good, the service was fast and attentive and the prices were rightly proportionate to the quality offered. The Bistrot Ticket Office is the ideal place to enjoy excellent specialties in the beating heart of the city. Worth the visit without any ifs or buts.
