Simply a wonderful pleasant surprise

A truly special place, I'm so happy I discovered it in the spring. The peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere, surrounded by greenery, is perfect for unwinding and enjoying a few hours of peace. We chose two tasting menus, excellent value, with carefully crafted dishes, refined flavors, and generous portions. We also greatly appreciated the attention to food waste: they prepared convenient boxes for us to take away what we didn't finish. I don't usually take photos of the dishes, but this time I'll make an exception and attach a few photos because they were truly exceptional, both to look at and to taste. After lunch, we relaxed on the lawn, in the shade, enjoying the silence and beauty of the place. An experience that leaves us smiling and wanting to return soon.

La Marca dei Sapori is one of those places where you immediately feel at ease: an intimate and refined atmosphere, where the modernity of the structure blends with a slightly retro style that makes everything more welcoming. Completing the atmosphere is a sophisticated, unpretentious, and beautiful background playlist, which accompanies lunch without ever disturbing, but rather makes it even more enjoyable. The menu is refined but not pretentious, with traditional dishes revisited with a modern twist and great attention to ingredients. We started with a platter of mixed cured meats, plentiful and truly high-quality, perfect for sharing. The first and second courses also won us over: carefully prepared, well-balanced, and full of character (only the pheasant was slightly drier, but still good). Among the first courses, we ordered: • Ravioli stuffed with wild chicory with savory butter, purple potato cream, lemon pearls, and marinated egg yolk • Cappelletti with wild boar and apple, creamed turnip tops, game and hazelnut stock • Chickpea tagliolini with cauliflower cream, crispy bacon, rosemary and chili oil The desserts were the icing on the cake, but the real discovery was the cocoa and chocolate amaretto: served under a glass dome, it "pops" with every spoonful thanks to the fizzy crazy effect, a fun and super nostalgic detail in '80s style. Marca dei Sapori confirms itself as the perfect place to stop, relax, and treat yourself. Just what we needed to start the new year off right ✨

A friend recommended this restaurant to me for a family lunch, and it was a pleasant discovery. The location is beautiful, with ample outdoor space for a stroll, and the dining room is well-maintained and clean. Mr. Matteo's kindness, the impeccable service, and the good food capped off a lovely Sunday. Recommended.

I went today for a business lunch... The restaurant has a limited seating capacity, but that's probably its strong point. The decor is lovely. The small dining room has a large window offering stunning views of the autumn countryside. Soft lighting and a large fireplace add to the atmosphere. Refined, seasonal dishes are of the highest quality.

Welcoming and well-kept atmosphere, excellent family lunch with appetizers and homemade pasta (excellent)! Everything was good... WE'LL BE BACK 👏
