22/07/2025: A different take on the usual pizza, but excellent. Fast and friendly service. Definitely worth returning.
16/07/2025: One of the few, if not the only, pizzeria in the area offering vegan options. It's just a shame that the quality of the ingredients used isn't up to par with the traditional versions, even aesthetically, unfortunately.
I recommend using a higher-quality plant-based mozzarella (Dream Farm, for example), morbidelle from Vegeatal, etc.
I say this with sincere affection, because I wish places like yours could be up to par.
Given the response, I'd add: your offerings are a credit to you, but I was at the table with people who ordered "normal" pizzas, and aesthetically, the same attention wasn't given. I didn't say the coconut mozzarella was terrible, but coming from a big city with many places offering vegan options, I can assure you without any presumption that other, superior products exist. I haven't tried the desserts or fried foods, but I absolutely appreciate the effort and the selection you offer, as I mentioned at the beginning! See you next time. 😊

13/07/2025: Dining here, at sunset on their medieval tower, is priceless... With all the splendid rolling Marche countryside spread out below us... breathtaking! The atmosphere is magical, super-romantic and relaxing... professional, polite and attentive staff... Alice is top! The quality of the dishes is excellent, their excellent tartare and all the meats are highly recommended... interesting wine list and irresistible temptation desserts... 5 STARS!

30/06/2025: The first courses were really excellent, grilled and suckling pig nothing to say, but what about the finished lamb? So no lamb neither roast nor fried so even the fried meat was not very rich with chicken breast and slices that were also tough. Let's not say it was a particular breading because I have doubts. I don't think I'll be back

13/07/2025: Simply exquisite. A couple's dinner on a Monday, we each had a plate of duck pappardelle and a mixed roast each.
Everything was absolutely delicious, and we were served in about ten minutes. There were only four or five tables, arranged along the alley in front of the restaurant.
What can I say? Marche cuisine in one of Ostra's historic locations, and the interior of the restaurant (which, yes, at first glance, looks like a bar) proves it!

13/04/2025: Non è la prima volta che vado e devo dire che mai la cucina ha tradito le mie aspettative. Certo, l’ambiente e il servizio è tipico di una trattoria di campagna, ma il menù, benché non molto ricco, a parte la classica grigliata presenta sempre varie alternative della cucina tradizionale.
Ottima cucina, così come il rapporto qualità/prezzo

06/05/2025: Sconsiglio fortemente. Prezzi folli per mangiare un piatto di carbonara e bere acqua e caffè. Un furto davvero.. 26 euro!!!
14/03/2025: Tralasciando ogni tipo di commento sulla location spartana (è una sorta di gastronomia), ho avuto informazioni su questo posto solamente tramite passaparola di amici di Ostra Vetere che mi continuavano a dire su quanto fosse buona la loro carbonara.
E la carbonara devo ammettere che era veramente una bomba!!
Porzioni abbondantissime (con una fiamminga/vassoio ci si mangia minimo in 2), condimento come se piovesse (forse ci stava un po meno pepe), cottura della pasta perfetta (bravo) e sapore nel complesso che si avvicina abbastanza a quello dei ristoranti tipici romani!
Servizio molto veloce, simpatica e gentile la "cameriera".
Unica vera pecca l'aver mangiato un po stretti in questo stanzone agghindato con sedie di plastica e tavoli traballanti, ma sinceramente non avevo chissà che aspettative.
Rivedibile il conto (in ribasso vista l'offerta generale su dove si mangia) e il pagamento (nel 2024 un'attività deve avere e soprattutto dare la possibilità al cliente di poter usare il bancomat).
