08/12/2025: Very good food, excellent service, a very warm and welcoming place, and fair prices. In fact, if they made the current portions XL and the standard ones a little smaller, I think it would work even better.
I'm giving it 4 stars simply because, by the time we got the bill, the POS had stopped working, and the two couples almost had to collect money to pay...

The staff is friendly and attentive to customer needs.
The place is a bit noisy.
The prices are reasonable.
11/01/2026: Nice place, good service, only one comment from the owner (I think) who was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable by saying that he can say whatever he wants, i.e. judge how a person orders food and describing it as an orgy. There is no respect and I will not go back.

02/01/2026: I often come here at Christmas with my family, a quiet, family-run hotel, with quality food, just outside the beautiful town of Sarteano, and close to Montepulciano, Pienza, Castiglion del Lago, San Casciano, Cetona and other towns in the beautiful Val d'Orcia.
27/12/2025: Restaurant review: Warm welcome, effective table layout, allowing for conversation without disturbing other diners. Excellent service, fast and attentive. The menu features typical Tuscan dishes with small variations. The pizza is good, perfect if you prefer it thin.

07/12/2025: We chose Chalet Mauro in Loreto for lunch after visiting the sanctuary.
To avoid the usual tourist restaurants.
PLEASANTLY SURPRISED
QUALITY, QUANTITY, SERVICE, and price
We opted for the fixed menu.
And I assure you, you have to be a good eater to finish it all.
I will definitely return during the summer.
It also has a beautiful view.

03/01/2026: I went in because the atmosphere was nice, but of all the spaghetti I had during my trip to Italy, this was the best. The wine was also cheap.. Not many Koreans come to Loreto, but if you do, you should definitely come here!

It's located on the Aurelia road between Lido di Camaiore and Pietrasanta. Ample parking, and the quality is good. I've already been here twice... I'll be back when I'm in the area.
Recommended.
It's best to call to reserve.
05/11/2025: It's a mess at midday, but a positive mess! And the number of vans and minivans parked outside is also a telling sign. Inside, fast-moving girls look like they're on roller skates, taking orders and delivering the food: a verbal menu with 5/6 first courses and the same number of second courses. Excellent place for business lunches. The food? Good.

18/01/2026: My wife and I were visiting Loreto, and we went to this place for lunch based on the positive reviews.
We ordered a generous appetizer, a first course with sausage and porcini mushrooms for my wife, and I ordered the famous "Pinataccia" (a type of stew). It was truly delicious and filling.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.
I recommend it.
16/12/2025: One of the best meals of our entire trip to Italy. Great food, perfect service and very affordable. We will be back!
