07/07/2025: We stopped today for lunch and I must say that overall we can consider ourselves quite satisfied. Of the three first courses chosen, the troccoli with octopus ragù were remarkable, the spaghetti with clams were excellent, the seafood packets were just below par. A big regret was not having bread at the table, the "scarpetta" would have definitely added something extra to the experience. Too bad. Good desserts Price adequate for the quality of the dishes, three first courses, two desserts, water and a beer 79 euros. Friendly and helpful staff, I'm not giving five stars only for the paccheri, just below the other first courses, and for the lack of bread. The "scarpetta" was a must! Recommended

18/08/2025: A fantastic culinary experience. Simple ingredients revisited with a unique twist. We tried the flame menu, and in every course, we found the chef's narrative thread—the embers. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates this type of cuisine.

17/08/2025: When someone spends, it's only fair that they expect it. The first, and hopefully only, Michelin-starred restaurant I've ever given a negative review, not so much for the lackluster cuisine as for the clearly dilapidated dining room. It's unforgivable that the online menu doesn't reflect the paper menu, offering fewer dishes at the same price, and that customers receive different treatment based on their level of friendliness. The wine list isn't very appealing for lovers of natural wine, and its prices are significantly above average.

25/08/2025: We went for lunch and dinner on separate days. The service was excellent despite only one person waiting tables. The place is welcoming and feels like being at a relative's house. The dishes were excellent, with top-quality meat, especially the pork, beef, and sausages. Above all, the price was excellent for a meat-based dinner for four.

24/08/2025: My partner and I loved this restaurant. Located not far from the Loreto sanctuary, it offered us one of the best first courses I've ever eaten: conarelle with sausage and paccasassi pesto. The portions were generous, and the waitress was very friendly. I'll definitely return if I'm in the area again.

21/08/2025: Quality meat, simple yet super welcoming restaurant. The owner helps you choose, explaining and suggesting dishes. We started with a trio of exceptional tartares, followed by a tender and flavorful dry-aged Marche rib-eye steak accompanied by grilled vegetables. I couldn't just eat, so I took the opportunity to take home some of their meat, purchased from the restaurant's butcher. Excellent value. Thanks for the evening.

20/08/2025: I can only give it 5 stars! I was on vacation with a friend, and the manager was truly fantastic and helpful with everything! The property is in a strategic location, and there's plenty of parking nearby. It's a shame I never got to dine there, but I'm sure it would have been excellent! If I really had to find a flaw, it's that they don't allow pets; otherwise, it would be the best! Thank you so much again, and I'll gladly return.

22/07/2025: Il timore era dovuto al fatto che delle ultime 5 recensioni, 2 erano negative. uno diceva che avevano speso troppo e l'altra che il padrone era stato maleducato. Quindi siamo andati sulla fiducia!😁 ci ha accolti il titolare, effettivamente un po burbero..ma simpatico! abbiamo mangiato un super antipasto con praticamente..di tutto, poi due filetti al vino rosso, 4 calici di vino e acqua. per un Totale di 94, il che è coerente con quello che avevamo mangiato. in più c'era una signora che ci ha serviti al tavolo super simpatica. e gentile e alla fine ci ha anche offerto l'amaro. Bella esperienza. un consiglio, se siete acidi e permalosi di vostro, non andate😉

20/07/2025: Oste sgarbato e frettoloso. Reticenza nel spiegare i piatti: i ravioli erano insapori e crudi. Non lo consiglio. Nn abbiamo provato la carne.

17/07/2025: Piadine gourmet, non c'è altro da dire. Un impasto così buono non l'ho mai trovato altrove. L'ideale è non cambiare nulla degli ingredienti sulla carta (le abbiamo provate quasi tutte) perché dietro c'è un'idea... e funziona (quella al pastrami uno spettacolo!). Segnalo anche le olive ascolane al tartufo che sono da provare assolutamente. Complimenti

19/06/2025: Great place, there are outside tables, it's great, the inside of the place is particularly beautiful. The piadinas are large and plentiful. I recommend the piadina I had with squid ink, salmon and ... all to be discovered .... there are also the classic ones and the strangest ones. Beer, ask Yuri the owner for advice, he has many, all very good. Excellent service, friendly and very kind staff. Highly recommended. Recommended to book on the weekend

15/04/2025: Sinceramente mi aspettavo di più da una pasticceria tanto rinomata...,sono andata per un'esigenza particolare in quanto mi serviva un dolce per celiaci per la sera ho telefonato verso le 11.30 per ordinare un dolce su richiesta della persona e mi avevano detto che non era grande ma disponibile. Mi hanno telefonato dopo 4 ore dicendomi che il dolce che avevo ordinato non c'era più e che potevano darmi 2 fette di torta. Al momento del ritiro dopo aver aspettato non poco mi stavano rifilando 2 pezzi di millefoglie con glutine. Grazie e solo grazie alla prontezza di un loro dipendente che andrebbe premiato per la sua scrupolosità e gentilezza ci ha consigliato di prendere 2 monoporzioni. Sinceramente non so che sarebbe successo se per sbaglio mio nipote avesse mangiato una fetta di quella torta ...non oso immaginarlo. Sinceramente la prossima volta mi rivolgerò a chi dimostra più professionalità e attenzione.

16/07/2025: Excellent accommodation, a bit dated inside but clean and comfortable. The amenities are excellent (ample parking, clean pool, simple but good breakfast, above-average room and bathroom amenities). We didn't have the opportunity to have lunch or dinner on site, but the location is secluded yet convenient for both the nearby center of Sarteano and other attractions in the area. Highly recommended for those looking for a place without too many pretensions that offers all the amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay at a fair price.
