04/11/2024: Il locale è indubbiamente bello, il servizio impeccabile anche se assistere a continue reprimende del responsabile di sala nei confronti dei 2 camerieri da un po fastidio. Il menù degustazione a 40 euro li vale tutti anche se le pappardelle al cinghiale ( buone) erano un po passate di cottura. Buoni i primi e la grigliata. Un po minimali i dolci. Prezzo giusto.

05/11/2024: We were a group of 56 people for lunch, good starter, tagliatelle with wild boar sauce made for an excellent encore, excellent roast with potatoes, we had a great time.

31/10/2024: The staff may be easy going because they are young... but it is not a 4 star place... most likely you have never eaten at a restaurant. Very personal, a little confusing from how they move. There is nothing special about the food and it is a place for catering enthusiasts rather than restaurateurs. I didn't put the cheese for example in the pasta, which had a flavor somewhere between Parmigiano Reggiano or fresh parmesan and bark, very similar to that of the bag. the place that doesn't give real parmesan on pasta is not a restaurant. I can say this from experience! I avoid judging pizza because I might be bad. The wild boar ragout tasted like nothing. The first one I saw on other tables was full of oil, so I was hoping for wild boar ragù. This is a place that shouldn't charge a cover charge.

13/12/2024: Hotel in a strategic position, free parking, surrounded by greenery, 10 minutes walk from the Frasassi Caves. Renovated, clean and welcoming structure, we liked it a lot. The rooms are very welcoming, with excellent mattresses to sleep on. "We would like to compliment the hotel staff on the exceptional level of cleanliness of our room. We were truly impressed by the attention to detail and the care with which the room was kept impeccable during our stay. Staff, super friendly, compliments to the professionalism of the Director Alberto and the welcome and kindness of the reception manager Lorena, who got us tickets for the visit to the Frasassi Caves, so we avoided the queues. We had the half board formula, dinner with superlative cuisine, with well-prepared dishes and excellent food, also the continental breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of high quality products. The great variety, including a delicious continental breakfast, met our every expectation and made our stay even more enjoyable. A beautiful Detox experience, with many places to visit and discover in the heart of the Marche hinterland. We will definitely return

09/11/2024: A few too many problems with the heating (19.5 degrees in the room) and the workers who started sanding a terrace at 8:00 in the morning next to our window, normally it would not have been a problem but having arrived at the hotel at 1:00 on in the morning we would have preferred to wake up differently. Breakfast with many desserts but overall not exciting. For 130 euros per night I expected a little more.

18/08/2024: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo dopo essere stati al Santuario della Madonna di Frasassi. Poca gente, ottimo servizio e cibo veramente delizioso! Abbiamo mangiato sui tavoli vicino alla fontanella sotto agli alberi…bel panorama, ventilato…. Ottima esperienza davvero! Prezzo onesto essendo tutti prodotti tipici.
