15/04/2024: I travel a lot for work and therefore I often eat out. It's not often that I "recommend" a restaurant. Excellent sliced tuna, very tender, pan-fried chicory that you would never be full of..... If you pass by Fabriano I recommend the Da Lara dinner, an experience that I will certainly repeat.

24/03/2024: Located in the Gentile shopping centre, the atmosphere is very particular and original, with a slightly industrial and slightly rustic style. At lunch they also offer the self-service solution. I was there for dinner on a Wednesday evening, so a quiet evening with few people, excellent service, friendly waitress. Let me start by saying that I have difficulty digesting pizza, now any pizza I eat makes me feel bad, however this was the only one after a very long time that didn't bother me even a little (I had read that it has excellent digestibility but you have to try to test). So good quality, maybe it was a little hard to cut. The prices, what can I say, are unbeatable, you can no longer find pizzas with these prices. And the menu is very extensive, they really do everything, appetizers, platters, first courses, second courses, fried foods, burgers, pizzas and wraps. You can download the menu on their website.
The three of us spent only 27 euros, with 3 pizzas, half a liter of water and a 66cl beer

07/04/2024: really quiet place, but it served as a place to sleep for just one night and I must say that I was really very satisfied with cleanliness, service and price.
some little things to fix but since it's early April that's fine.
If I happen to be in the area I will definitely return and I hope to stay for dinner which from what I've seen is truly worth it!

29/02/2024: Veniamo spesso in visita a questo straordinario ristorante, dove incontriamo il nostro amico Mario e ci immergiamo in un'esperienza culinaria senza pari, in un'atmosfera calorosa e accogliente, serviti da un personale di sala attento e premuroso.
Dal ricco menu abbiamo scelto il risotto con funghi, tabacco e datteri, oltre al cappellaccio di galletto alla brace. Come secondo piatto, la nostra scelta è caduta sulla suprema di faraona con caramello salato, bacon e il succulento medaglione di stinco di vitello. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un grandissimo vino, scelto dalla vasta e impeccabile carta dei vini, vera e propria eccellenza e punto di riferimento per gli appassionati del mondo enologico.
Ogni piatto ha rispecchiato l'altissimo standard culinario a cui siamo abituati, con preparazioni e sapori che non hanno nulla da invidiare alle migliori stelle Michelin; il servizio è stato sempre impeccabile e cortese, regalandoci un'esperienza caratterizzata da familiarità e raffinatezza.
Per concludere, abbiamo optato per una selezione di tre cioccolati come dessert, accompagnati da un introvabile caffè brasiliano.
Che dire?! È impossibile non lasciarsi trasportare dall'entusiasmo al Marchese del Grillo!
L'unico aspetto negativo è che, una volta usciti, si avverte subito il desiderio di tornare! Ma non tarderemo a soddisfare questa necessità!
