22/02/2026: My first time in Luino, I felt completely welcomed by this gelateria. Even though I've tried the classic flavors, the gelato is delicious.
I've rarely seen such welcoming places; the friendliness and compassion of the staff makes you feel like you're all friends, not just customers.

11/03/2026: One star because we chose the daily menu and ordered two main courses. The leaflet specified that drinks were not included, but it didn't specify the cover charge, which consisted of two paper placemats for a total of €2.50 per person. A new experience that will lead me from now on to always ask what was included and what wasn't.
07/03/2026: The food was very good.
The waiter, an older man with an earring and sunglasses, was very unpleasant.
If he's working in a restaurant as a punishment, he should change jobs.
Because of the service, I won't be going back, which is a shame because the food is delicious.

29/09/2025: How wonderful! An enchanting place, where the welcome is warm and familiar, the service attentive, and every dish is a discovery of taste and refinement. The experience is accompanied by an excellent selection of wines, designed to enhance each course.
The only flaw? My guests kept bothering me... but only to tell me how magnificent they thought everything was!
But I was certain. When you create something with passion, it shows. And it shows.

The waitress was very nice.

08/11/2025: A small and cozy shop in Luino, where you can choose from their wine selection or ask for advice from the owner, a charming and polite (and professional) person. You can buy wines, as well as other products they sell, such as teas, chocolates, and artisanal sweets... and for Christmas, they have some delicious treats! There's also a small outdoor terrace. A visit is a must... and a glass of wine is essential!

The staff were very friendly even though the place was packed.
23/11/2025: Unfortunately, this business has also implemented shrinkflation on its products, to the detriment of consumers... In fact, the size of the pastries has been reduced compared to previous years, while the prices have increased!
Do you think the people who have been coming to you for years don't notice? This is really bad behavior.

11/03/2026: Good panoramic location on the lakefront.
We went there on a Sunday for lunch.
The food was good, but the spaghetti and paccheri had a bit too much cooking water.
Unfortunately, the service was quite slow (there were several people in the restaurant, but it wasn't crowded, and there were people who arrived after us and had much shorter waits).
We waited at least 45 minutes just to order, despite having mentioned this three times.
In the end, it took over two and a half hours for a simple meal (appetizer, first course, coffee). This is truly excessive, and this can only negatively impact the overall rating.
The prices were reasonable for what was offered. On a positive note: we weren't charged for coffee.
A suggestion: the microfiltered water bottles, since they are constantly reused, should be cleaned more thoroughly.
04/03/2026: We ate well in company, the evening was themed with live music.

Extensive menu, huge, delicious pizzas, and highly trained and friendly staff!
Highly recommended!
24/01/2026: Good evening. Ordered takeout pizza, on time. Arrived after 5 minutes. Absolutely undercooked. Rubbery pizza dough. 9 euros each. One vegetarian, one tuna and onions, one sausage and fries. Nothing fancy. I'll never get it from the old scales again.
