10/02/2024: A friend of mine and I had lunch at this restaurant.
I have celiac disease, first I browsed the menu, with various choices, then I asked the waiter if they had a gluten-free alternative, the answer was "no ma'am, we do classic cuisine!".
Now I would like to make a consideration; in 2024 we could also evolve and think of at least one alternative for those like me who don't have full freedom of choice about the food to eat in restaurants. Attention, I'm asking for only one gluten free variant and not the whole menu!
01/02/2024: An excellent restaurant for lunch or dinner, the food is excellent, from first courses to second courses to pizzas and desserts, the staff has always been the same for years and they are all very kind, the digestives they offer at the end of the meal are also delicious and you can buy bottles The space is large especially in the main room, what I would do is put some background music so as not to have the echo of people talking.

05/11/2023: A simple place but don't be fooled by its appearance, inside you will be greeted with friendliness and kindness, you will find a clean environment and attentive staff ready to satisfy your every need. The food was delicious, several choices on the fixed lunch menu with also vegetarian options. The generous portions. In my case there were six of us plus a dog and although we hadn't booked they immediately found a table for us, we tried various dishes on the menu including the pasta with venison ragù, the gorgonzola and pepper gnocchi, as for the first courses, scallops and stew as second courses. The side dishes are also very good. The desserts were excellent to conclude, in particular I really appreciated the chocolate cake with a dark heart and the salted caramel cheesecake. We accompanied lunch with an excellent house wine. Excellent price for quality and quantity: first course, second course, side dish, water, wine and coffee approximately less than €20 each. 100% recommended
02/11/2023: When I'm in Laveno to work, I always go for my lunch break, it's open every day except Sunday.
For lunch during the week they offer a fixed price menu:
Full menu €14
Second menu €11
First menu €9
With water and coffee included.
The service is very quick and the dishes are good portions.
The dishes are good, cooked well with quality ingredients.
It is an excellent restaurant for the lunch break.

Piatti abbondanti, e molto gustosi.
Buoni i primi (ottimo il risotto), i secondi e il dolce.
Personale cordiale, servizio molto rapido, prezzo onesto.
ritorneremo sicuramente.

01/10/2023: Ci siamo tornati dopo tre anni, vista spettacolare.
Abbiamo scelto lo stesso tavolino con vista su almeno 3 laghi.
Abbiamo consumato solo un aperitivo a testa.
Prezzi nella norma.
Ma vista SPETTACOLARE.
Consigliatissimo per passare qualche ora tra salita, sosta e discesa.

13/02/2024: Small environment. I was very struck by the positioning of an electric heater on a step leading to the other room, very dangerous in my opinion because it is easy to trip over. As for the food the kebab was good.

24/09/2023: Non ci è piaciuto, rapporto qualità prezzo davvero assurdo.. qualità del cibo veramente deludente , mi è sembrata di bassa qualità.
Peccato perché una location così andrebbe valorizzata diversamente proponendo una cucina di un certo livello! Non lo consiglio..abbiamo speso troppo rispetto alla scarsità sia per quantità che qualità..
