07/02/2026: An elegant restaurant with good food, but the experience was completely ruined when paying. The girl at the cash register was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had accumulated loyalty points for a free dinner, but I was arrogantly told I didn't have any and that I had been sent a warning email, which was completely false. I felt mocked and treated with disrespect. I was a regular customer and often brought others, but after this episode, I won't be returning or recommending it to anyone. A real shame, because the place has potential.

06/02/2026: I want to report a problem - - - - - - A hygiene issue We've been to this restaurant many times, and we've always enjoyed the food, but the only problem is the street vendor who disturbs people while they're eating. He especially places his goods on the table and talks over the food. This is a serious hygiene issue because the goods, in contact with external objects and the hands of multiple people, increase the risk of contaminating the food served and transferring bacteria or dust to the food. Talking over the food also contaminates. People's safety comes first! Tell the street vendor to sell his goods away from the tables to avoid contamination, and not to insist on selling, otherwise you risk not being able to pay for lunch or dinner. There's a crisis and no one is raising wages.

06/10/2025: This all-you-can-eat restaurant is way too expensive for the quality it offers. Unfortunately, we found a hair in one of the dishes, and shortly before, guests at another table called the waitress for the same problem. At this point, I'm starting to think there's a general lack of attention to hygiene in the kitchen. Furthermore, they didn't apply any discounts to the bill to at least try to make up for this serious mistake. The service is terrible. Hardly anyone speaks fluent Italian, so it's difficult to order and make yourself understood. In fact, we skipped dessert for this very reason. I will definitely never return and I strongly advise against it!!!

06/10/2025: The atmosphere is very nice, but unfortunately, it's very poorly organized. The service needs a complete overhaul...many oversights and a lot of confusion. The dishes are delicious.

25/10/2025: The guys are super friendly, the place is brand new, clean, and the staff is excellent. It's my favorite place to grab a coffee or an aperitif, relax for a while, or chat with friends.

22/08/2025: The appetizers were good, as were the snacks, but...we ordered a third appetizer at 2 PM. The waitress didn't inform us that the kitchen was closed so we could choose whether to eat or leave (this is my opinion, but the service was poor). They brought out two bowls of popcorn for six appetizers...but I strongly advise against it.

07/09/2025: Strategic location with a view of Lake Lugano.... We ate good ice cream and the girl who serves it was nice and smiling, a small cone €3 and you're there... Because even in the towns near Varese with a view of the wall you pay more for ice cream, so excellent price considering you are in front of Switzerland... See you soon 🤗

02/11/2025: We stayed one night in this hotel, a big brother type room, that is, in a hovel with no assistance, paying 85 euros which is not worth it, dirty, plus zero breakfast, I do not recommend it to anyone, oops, dead bugs everywhere, it could close for us!

25/09/2025: Good service. But the rooms are scary. Full of spiders, dead and live bugs, and very damp.

17/01/2026: The food was decent, nothing special, but we waited 45 minutes to order and in 2 hours 3 dishes arrived. Terrible service.

15/11/2025: I hadn't been back in three years; the last experience hadn't been positive. I thought maybe after three years it had improved, but it was a total flop. We sat down at 7:40 PM with two little girls, and they served us after 25 minutes. The appetizer arrived after 40 minutes, the main course after another half hour. At 9:00 PM, my husband still hadn't been served his first course, much less his second course. Poor service; we had to look for the staff to order... no apologies, no excuses. A unique disappointment.
