05/04/2024: The worst experience of my life… Easter lunch with the family without lunch or rather, without edible food which arrived after 2 hours sitting at the table! We understand the wait on special days such as holidays, but if the food is not good... or as mentioned inedible, the wait is no longer understandable. I find it difficult to review this place, because it is not a restaurant... I will only conclude by advising for the good of others, to choose another half for your meal, if you want to eat 😉

01/04/2024: Dinner in April 2024… Really very good food, balanced and tasty. Fresh products and reflect expectations. Light frying and not at all heavy. Super friendly and helpful service. Chinese management but traditional Italian cuisine. Average price ☺️

03/04/2024: I went on a Tuesday evening and there weren't many people, they forgot the dishes I asked for and some dishes weren't well done. For example, the ravioli was not well cooked and you could see it in the meat which was pink in colour. It's a shame because the place is nice.

01/04/2024: Products made in advance, sticky rice not very good, only the cooked products are good, the sushi not much choice.

08/03/2024: The only thing I didn't really like is the service. Some waiters with uniforms, others not. Some barely knew a few words of Italian. For the rest, we were satisfied.

15/02/2024: Let me start by saying that I was undecided whether to write a review or not, but I decided to do it. The place is nice, let alone the toilets which are scandalous, with holes in doors and ridiculous security, which in the Middle Ages were in better shape. The main problem is quality/price of the food, it is not an all u can eat restaurant, so you expect that every single dish you pay individually is good and not of poor quality. But the quality of the prawn was poor, I think my friend will take him to the hospital in a few days. Even the pasta dishes were not particularly convincing. To conclude, in the Ponte Tresa area, for the quality/price of the food, the place is not worth it.

25/03/2024: Nice to sit with a view of the lake. If you order an alcoholic drink, there are always a few appetizers with it. Friendly staff. Worth a recommendation.

16/03/2024: Very friendly staff, really nice place, good ice cream and coffee. 5 stars and thank you, we will be back for sure. Just a tip: the radio is cacophonous, better some relaxing music

12/03/2024: I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel Carillon. I had a problem with my car on a Sunday evening on my way through Italy to Germany, and not only was I able to get a room, with my dog, at a reasonable price at short notice, the entire staff was friendly and helpful, and one staff member M went so far above and beyond and helped me get to my car in another village. Had she not, I would have been stuck another night. The rooms are basic but serviceable. But the food! OH MY GOD! Heads above anything else I had my entire week in Germany. Breakfaat was SUPERB, with homemade bread and the best croissants I've ever had. The view from the hotel restaurant is SPECTACULAR. My time here turned a bad situation into a lovely 2 day vacation. I will be coming back here when the weather is warmer!

07/03/2024: Classic 80s restaurant. There is practically nothing fresh or seasonal on the menu (each ingredient is marked with an asterisk). Everything would need to be reviewed a bit, from the service to the cuisine. Unfortunately, the atmosphere also appears old and dated. It's already not pleasant to eat while looking at the state road, but even if the place isn't well looked after, in short, the imagination really fades away!

01/03/2024: Cari membri di tripadvaisor, prima e ultima volta che verrò in questo ristorante !! Prezzi fuori di testa cena a 30.90 + 2 coperto, mancano i 10 centesimi per la sedia, la bevanda ovviamente non è inclusa. Il servizio scarso e triste, mi hanno appoggiato il piatto sul tavolo versando mezza porzione sul tavolo, secondo voi si è messo a pulire?? No, ho dovuto dirle: Ciccio puoi pulire il tavolo?

28/12/2023: 11/10 recomendation for this place. Lovely and fast service, specially from younger gentleman with great English. All you can eat - selection really wide from all kind of sushis to warm dishes. We paid 17 euros / person, which could be only apetizers price somewhere else. Will be back soon🇮🇹♥️

06/04/2024: Great cocktails that come with a huge apero platter. They have a roomy terrace outside, and it's cozy on the inside. It's favorite bar in town.
