30/12/2025: We come here regularly a couple of times a year to eat. The food is always excellent, the service is relatively quick, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is small but cozy. Perhaps the only drawback is that there's limited parking available directly at the restaurant, but there is some in the area.

05/02/2026: I came in for a quick Margherita pizza and waited 30 minutes. The staff sometimes doesn't understand Italian and sometimes messes up the orders. Unprofessional!

09/03/2026: First of all, we've been coming here for over five years. However, over the past four to five months, we've been very disappointed with the quality of the salmon and the taste of the dishes we've eaten. Unfortunately, the flavor has completely changed and isn't what it used to be. For this reason, we're sadly no longer planning on returning. The last time we came, the salmon had such a strong, unpleasant odor that we couldn't even finish it. Furthermore, despite the restaurant being very large, the tables are so close together that you end up hearing conversations of people you don't know. The atmosphere is that of a place where you eat quickly and leave immediately: it's absolutely not suitable for special occasions, especially since the noise is truly excessive. Furthermore, we've received the same comments from other friends we know who have come here: many have noted that the quality and taste of the food has significantly declined. We've even heard of people feeling ill after eating here. These comments are now circulating even among people who come from Switzerland to eat here. It's truly a shame to see a restaurant that was growing so well have dropped its quality so dramatically. For this reason, sadly, we won't be returning.

09/03/2026: We're regulars and always satisfied with the service and food. Two things I think could be improved: the dining rooms are always quite cold, we always need a jacket to eat, and the restrooms are a bit messy. In any case, we're still loyal, as we always leave full and happy.

08/03/2026: I've been to eat sushi here, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't positive. After eating several dishes (nigiri, salmon, tuna, and avocado rolls), my hands started to itch and my face swelled while I was still in the restaurant. This had never happened to me before with sushi, so it really worried me. Beyond the taste of the food, which was average, I think the quality or preservation of the ingredients should be monitored more carefully, because such a reaction is not normal and can even be dangerous. I hope the restaurant takes situations like this seriously and pays more attention to food safety, because customers should be able to trust what they eat.

06/10/2025: The atmosphere is very nice, but unfortunately, it's very poorly organized. The service needs a complete overhaul...many oversights and a lot of confusion. The dishes are delicious.

06/10/2025: This all-you-can-eat restaurant is way too expensive for the quality it offers. Unfortunately, we found a hair in one of the dishes, and shortly before, guests at another table called the waitress for the same problem. At this point, I'm starting to think there's a general lack of attention to hygiene in the kitchen. Furthermore, they didn't apply any discounts to the bill to at least try to make up for this serious mistake. The service is terrible. Hardly anyone speaks fluent Italian, so it's difficult to order and make yourself understood. In fact, we skipped dessert for this very reason. I will definitely never return and I strongly advise against it!!!

25/10/2025: The guys are super friendly, the place is brand new, clean, and the staff is excellent. It's my favorite place to grab a coffee or an aperitif, relax for a while, or chat with friends.

22/08/2025: The appetizers were good, as were the snacks, but...we ordered a third appetizer at 2 PM. The waitress didn't inform us that the kitchen was closed so we could choose whether to eat or leave (this is my opinion, but the service was poor). They brought out two bowls of popcorn for six appetizers...but I strongly advise against it.

21/09/2025: Delicious ice cream and tasty paninis. Good service, nice, friendly staff.

07/09/2025: Strategic location with a view of Lake Lugano.... We ate good ice cream and the girl who serves it was nice and smiling, a small cone €3 and you're there... Because even in the towns near Varese with a view of the wall you pay more for ice cream, so excellent price considering you are in front of Switzerland... See you soon 🤗

02/11/2025: We stayed one night in this hotel, a big brother type room, that is, in a hovel with no assistance, paying 85 euros which is not worth it, dirty, plus zero breakfast, I do not recommend it to anyone, oops, dead bugs everywhere, it could close for us!

15/11/2025: I hadn't been back in three years; the last experience hadn't been positive. I thought maybe after three years it had improved, but it was a total flop. We sat down at 7:40 PM with two little girls, and they served us after 25 minutes. The appetizer arrived after 40 minutes, the main course after another half hour. At 9:00 PM, my husband still hadn't been served his first course, much less his second course. Poor service; we had to look for the staff to order... no apologies, no excuses. A unique disappointment.
