02/05/2026: Horrible!! Me and my friend wanted to have nice dinner but went away with horrible vibe! We where just looking how much money we counted with cash, there went like a guy, and he just took the money of out of my hand!! What was that? And he told me: it’s mine. And then just threw it on face of my friend! Omg! And then we wanted to eat but went away full not eaten! And the guy who was giving us money, he was coming and taking like: Let’s make video? TikTok? Instagram? And he wanted to make video? Sorry I don’t want to be in video!!!! This is not normal he was like addicted to us! Went to us, talk to us, crazy! The food?? I went to restaurant to eat some luxury food, but when I order Ramen, on the picture is other, and the reality? It’s just like boiled buldak! Full with oil! And the meat? It was not even cooked! It was pink! And the desert with strawberry’s, there was image of fresh and nice strawberry’s, and we got old strawberry’s , expired cream, and fish? FULLY MOLDY!!!! And the egg? It wasn’t even cooked! And they should serve the food what is in the image !!! Disappointed! I went there also one time with mom! Horrible service! Can’t be worse! We just almost vomited from this! Ew!

07/05/2026: The restaurant is located right on the lake. I like the atmosphere; it's clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is varied and delicious. Excellent value for money.

25/10/2025: The guys are super friendly, the place is brand new, clean, and the staff is excellent. It's my favorite place to grab a coffee or an aperitif, relax for a while, or chat with friends.

22/08/2025: The appetizers were good, as were the snacks, but...we ordered a third appetizer at 2 PM. The waitress didn't inform us that the kitchen was closed so we could choose whether to eat or leave (this is my opinion, but the service was poor). They brought out two bowls of popcorn for six appetizers...but I strongly advise against it.

14/03/2026: The first Japanese restaurant to open in Ponte Tresa, and the best! The food is extremely high quality, with always fresh ingredients and often handmade by them (see Ravioli and Samurai Sticks, for example). A vast selection of wines, with many labels, for all budgets, at very fair prices. Elegant atmosphere with a Michelin-starred restaurant design. The owners are extremely kind and available to meet your every need. What can I say? I've been to them all, both in the area and beyond, but few have wowed me like Yama. I highly recommend it. P.S.: For those complaining about the wait, if you're used to all-you-can-eat, where you receive your food immediately because it's already been ready since the morning... well, this place isn't for you.

14/03/2026: I've been a customer of the Carillon restaurant for years: I've always had a good experience and the food has always been excellent. The customer service was once top-notch, as was the quality of the food. After a few years away, we returned in November 2025 for a family birthday dinner, but unfortunately, we found the place completely changed, and not for the better. Even though we were a large group of people intending to order dishes from the restaurant, we were seated in the pizzeria. The restaurant is divided into two rooms: a more elegant one dedicated to the kitchen and one for pizza. The room we were seated in was cold, to the point of almost having to eat in our jackets, aesthetically unkempt, and the service was decidedly poor. We had hoped to at least rediscover the quality of the cuisine we remembered, but unfortunately, even that has significantly deteriorated. What a shame. A restaurant that I once considered a reference point has now become a place I can no longer recommend.

02/11/2025: We stayed one night in this hotel, a big brother type room, that is, in a hovel with no assistance, paying 85 euros which is not worth it, dirty, plus zero breakfast, I do not recommend it to anyone, oops, dead bugs everywhere, it could close for us!
