10/10/2025: I went for dinner with friends. The fish was excellent and the service was fast. Dinner cost CHF 32, drinks and cover charge not included.

06/10/2025: The place is nice, but in my opinion, it's not suitable for couples: the tables are close to the kitchen, and I personally experienced the smell of the food at the end of the meal (which is normal, but not my preference). As an option, they give you tables in the small internal room on the ground floor (it doesn't matter how far in advance you book, so that's what they say). Aside from the table issue, I think it's an excellent all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant: the portions aren't too large, so you can try multiple items. The hot dishes aren't boiling hot, so you can enjoy them. The rice is never sticky, so in short, in my opinion, excellent!

06/01/2026: Excellent value for an all-you-can-eat restaurant, friendly staff, and a clean place. The place is very large and always busy, so it can get very chaotic. Reservations recommended.

02/01/2026: We paid €83 for two. We were served steamed bread with a black hair inside. We reported the problem, and the waiter, visibly annoyed, took the dish away, doubting what had happened (I should point out that we both have blonde hair 😉). He probably thought we didn't want it anymore, even though we had clearly asked for it to be returned once it was remade, because we were going to eat it anyway. When we asked, the waiter arrogantly replied: "It takes at least 20 minutes, they're never ready!" Throughout all this, no one even bothered to apologize. We also ordered a portion of 8 pieces: the salmon looked horrible, almost rubbery. We left them on the plate because they were inedible. Despite this, and despite the hair found in the steamed bread, we were still charged a €7 surcharge. It's not so much the cost itself—€7—but the principle: after finding a hair in our food and being treated like liars, we end up paying more for poor and disrespectful service. We reported the hair issue again at the cashier, but received no response. I haven't been to this place in two years because it feels like a cafeteria: it's always crowded, you have to chase after a waiter to get a hold of him, and the quality isn't great. I thought I'd be able to change my mind this evening, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

06/10/2025: The atmosphere is very nice, but unfortunately, it's very poorly organized. The service needs a complete overhaul...many oversights and a lot of confusion. The dishes are delicious.

06/10/2025: This all-you-can-eat restaurant is way too expensive for the quality it offers. Unfortunately, we found a hair in one of the dishes, and shortly before, guests at another table called the waitress for the same problem. At this point, I'm starting to think there's a general lack of attention to hygiene in the kitchen. Furthermore, they didn't apply any discounts to the bill to at least try to make up for this serious mistake. The service is terrible. Hardly anyone speaks fluent Italian, so it's difficult to order and make yourself understood. In fact, we skipped dessert for this very reason. I will definitely never return and I strongly advise against it!!!

25/10/2025: The guys are super friendly, the place is brand new, clean, and the staff is excellent. It's my favorite place to grab a coffee or an aperitif, relax for a while, or chat with friends.

22/08/2025: The appetizers were good, as were the snacks, but...we ordered a third appetizer at 2 PM. The waitress didn't inform us that the kitchen was closed so we could choose whether to eat or leave (this is my opinion, but the service was poor). They brought out two bowls of popcorn for six appetizers...but I strongly advise against it.

26/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo sushi ieri sera, sinceramente, è stata una grande delusione. Appena entrati, nessuno ci ha accolto con un sorriso o un minimo di cordialità: sembrava quasi che dessimo fastidio. Il cameriere era visibilmente scazzato e frettoloso, senza mai un gesto gentile o una parola di benvenuto. Il cibo non ha certo risollevato la serata: l’impiattamento era trascurato, senza cura né fantasia, e il pesce era completamente insapore, come se fosse stato scongelato in fretta e senza attenzione. Un’esperienza anonima e fredda, che non invoglia certo a tornare. Sushi ce n’è tanto in giro, meglio sceglierlo altrove.

02/11/2025: We stayed one night in this hotel, a big brother type room, that is, in a hovel with no assistance, paying 85 euros which is not worth it, dirty, plus zero breakfast, I do not recommend it to anyone, oops, dead bugs everywhere, it could close for us!

25/09/2025: Good service. But the rooms are scary. Full of spiders, dead and live bugs, and very damp.

17/01/2026: The food was decent, nothing special, but we waited 45 minutes to order and in 2 hours 3 dishes arrived. Terrible service.

15/11/2025: I hadn't been back in three years; the last experience hadn't been positive. I thought maybe after three years it had improved, but it was a total flop. We sat down at 7:40 PM with two little girls, and they served us after 25 minutes. The appetizer arrived after 40 minutes, the main course after another half hour. At 9:00 PM, my husband still hadn't been served his first course, much less his second course. Poor service; we had to look for the staff to order... no apologies, no excuses. A unique disappointment.

07/09/2025: Strategic location with a view of Lake Lugano.... We ate good ice cream and the girl who serves it was nice and smiling, a small cone €3 and you're there... Because even in the towns near Varese with a view of the wall you pay more for ice cream, so excellent price considering you are in front of Switzerland... See you soon 🤗
