07/03/2026: Total disappointment! The other night, the restaurant was half-empty and the drive-thru was completely empty. My tray arrived after literally 50 minutes. But before I received it, I had to go to the counter twice. Two managers (a man and a woman) were behind the counter and ignored me; the woman even laughed in my face twice without asking why I was standing at the counter. Totally rude, not a manager, and should be fired immediately. Then, thankfully, another employee asked me for my receipt and set up my tray in front of me, all this after more than 50 minutes. I had lost all desire to eat! No apology, no acknowledgement of the inconvenience, as if everything were normal... unacceptable!!!
03/03/2026: I'm two waitresses who go to the McFlurry drive thru to get a Snickers McFlurry, but it's always out, and they give them half empty.

23/10/2025: The girls are very friendly and helpful. I don't know much about prices, but the products are excellent. I've never had any problems. P.S. The puff pastry pizzas are the best in Lombardy.

While waiting for the pizza, we had two HOT spritzes with no ice and nothing at all—a disgrace!

My advice is to clean it up a bit and then Lando's Sugar is hilarious 🙂↕️ the Grana cheese had a pungent smell😌

14/10/2025: I bought some delicious fruit pastries and cannoncini, and the sfogliatelle with white chocolate, which we thought was creamy, were a bit too sweet.
There are other pastries with white chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and Nutella.
A pastry shop perfect for chocolate and Nutella lovers.
The place is very nice, and the staff is friendly.
18/09/2025: The place is well-maintained, but the staff is rude, impolite, and superficial. To sit down, you have to order at least one coffee, which is also of terrible quality. Despite being a group of 15 people, at least half of whom were drinking, we had to leave because some of us wanted something else based on their budget. The baristas didn't take kindly to this and kicked us out. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

23/12/2025: Terrible experience this evening at McDonald's in Gallarate... a mass of... We waited more than half an hour for an order of 2 menus to take away and when we got home they forgot the sandwich... the result was cold food and even missing: don't ask yourself why you work at McDonald's because you're not even able to manage an order completely.

15/10/2025: A bar run by two Chinese women who often have to chase after people who are drinking without paying. Surrounded by public housing, you wouldn't expect anything less. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. Ultimately, this is a place where, if you really have to go, you should leave as quickly as possible.

17/11/2025: I have no words for the staff who work there. You ask for information and they tell you that there are signs. I wanted more specific information and I wasn't given good answers. It was rude, really rude. Furthermore, I had to wait for them to finish their conversation, then he even pretended not to hear me and while I was talking to him, he walked away and then replied, "There are signs, you just have to read them, you don't know how to read them." What terrible staff, truly. At the reception, a non-Italian girl who didn't understand anything and couldn't even make out the answers, and this one, on the other hand, answered rudely and didn't want to take you into consideration. What terrible staff. As I already told her, if she doesn't want to interact with people, she'll lock herself in the office.

31/07/2025: The food is just okay. But be very careful with the prices. They don't provide a menu and then they change the price. They charge whatever they want. They demand cash and don't let you know the prices.
