15/10/2025: A simple café, good pastries, and excellent coffees and cappuccinos, but what makes the difference is the people behind the counter. They're truly kind, friendly, and very polite. I often stop by before school, and they give me the calm I need to start the day off right. Recommended.

03/03/2026: Phone call: "Good morning, could you please tell me what's on the business lunch menu today?" "No. You have to come here and see what's available." That's fine. Obviously, I'm not reviewing the food.

18/02/2026: A lovely trattoria in the center of Busto Arsizio, with just the right number of seats for diners, making it quiet and not chaotic. Excellent value for money. A lovely find.

18/01/2026: Lunch with my wife: two risottos, good, €10; a chicken salad, good, €9. Prices are more than reasonable. However, we end up discovering a €4 cover charge per person and €3 coffee. The unpleasant feeling is that they're trying to recoup the "discount" on the food elsewhere. The service is slow and inattentive (we ordered two risottos and they didn't bring us cheese). Our table is located immediately next to the two 90° flights of stairs leading to the upper dining room: it's well known that hot air tends to rise (a physical phenomenon), so the table is in an uncomfortable and cold position. In the future, I'll look elsewhere.

21/12/2025: Extremely high bill for embarrassingly tasteless and quality-less dishes. Rude service and arrogant attitudes, as if the customer were a nuisance. One of the worst restaurant experiences: a complete waste of time and money. Avoid!

22/02/2026: I recently visited this restaurant and was truly satisfied: the place is welcoming, well-maintained, and immediately conveys a pleasant sense of familiarity. It's not a luxurious or "newspaper-worthy" place, but its very simplicity makes it even more authentic and enjoyable. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and always attentive to the needs of their guests, making everyone feel at ease with their professionalism and courtesy. The real highlight, however, is the food, which is truly excellent: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, well-balanced flavors, and satisfying portions that demonstrate the passion and attention to detail in the kitchen. Overall, it's a restaurant absolutely worth a visit for its impeccable service and excellent cuisine. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

15/11/2025: I tried this place for an aperitivo. I was immediately struck by the price of the platters and wines, particularly their contrast and countertrend. The platters cost €15 per person (the price decreases based on size), which is slightly above average. On the other hand, bottles of wine (bottled and bottled on the spot) were €13 each, relatively cheap. I must say I found this aspect positive, almost like an intellectual honesty based on the real cost of goods, in contrast to the normal approach of further increasing the price of drinks. Furthermore, both the platters and the wine were very respectable: the platters were very rich, varied, and of high quality, and the wines were very good. One noteworthy point was that the service was a little slow, but it didn't in the least impact the evening or the overall impression.

30/12/2025: I ordered takeout; you can't even call it "pizza." Burnt, paper-thin, and the fried calamari was rock-hard...

17/03/2026: I came to this restaurant for a birthday lunch with my friends. We arrived at 1:15 PM, ordered a few dishes, and after half an hour, they started arriving, so we ordered more while still waiting for some of the first courses we'd ordered. About two and a half hours later, the first courses we'd ordered as soon as they arrived still hadn't been brought to us. When we told the waitress, she simply said the kitchen was closed.

17/03/2026: Beautiful place, unfortunately we found hair on our plates, but to make up for it they made us pay for one less menu.

24/02/2026: We had just arrived in town as they were about to close, but the owner—like a loving grandmother—couldn’t bear to see us go hungry. Her hospitality was unforgettable. She graciously prepared three dishes from what she had left, just so we could have something to eat. My two cousins and I were visiting from the USA, Canada, and London, and the food was truly filled with love. The dessert was amazing, and more than anything, the customer service was exceptional—warm, comforting, and deeply satisfying.

11/10/2025: I've celebrated two birthdays and a baptism at this place, and never had a single complaint. We returned in June to celebrate the baby's baptism. Everything was impeccable: service, cleanliness, and food, except for the part everyone's waiting for: THE CAKE! I asked for a cream tart, but no one ate it; it all came back! It had to be cut with a chainsaw! Unfortunately, they weren't even supposed to present that cake; it didn't even look the way they asked for! A word of advice: change your pastry chef, or if they're not capable, tell them they can't make this type of cake! Below, you'll find the cake they made and photos of how it was more or less supposed to look.
