17/02/2025: Come intuibile dal nome del locale, si tratta di un ristorante giapponese specializzato in uramaki, di cui esiste una varietà notevolissima.
C’è la possibilità di scegliere due menù differenti a seconda che si vogliano includere piatti speciali+cocktail oppure no.
Ogni cosa è curata nel dettaglio e il locale è in stile tropicale/hawaiano.
Molto carino!

07/04/2025: I went twice and both times it went terribly, as a trademark of the experiences we have disorganization, a very disorganized place.
it is not a place that follows the customer's needs.
Graduation party 25 people 2 separate tables, we asked if we could join or join and we were told that as there was a buffet format conviviality would take place standing up.
It's a shame about the buffet which didn't bring anything for 25 people. In fact the conviviality at the feet didn't last very long.
The only point in its favor are the wine labels which are very well stocked.
But I don't recommend it.

16/03/2025: We went to try the new form of all you can eat menu, the food is excellent, in addition to the very good quality of the raw materials it is served in an aesthetic way, I highly recommend the tuna, a little less the prawns. All great except that at non-peak times you still have to wait more than 30 minutes between when you order and when the food arrives, furthermore the orders are still on paper, therefore more laborious and take longer to deliver. But all in all the quality of the food makes up for it.
13/03/2025: Unfortunately, our experience at Kisen was extremely disappointing. We ordered several dishes, but most never arrived. After an endless wait, we found ourselves with incomplete portions.
The quality of the sushi was really poor: soft and loose rice, tasteless fish and questionable combinations. For an all you can eat restaurant with these prices, we expected at least a minimum of attention to quality and service, but none of this was respected.
In the end we left dissatisfied and feeling like we had wasted our time and money. I don't recommend it at all.

11/09/2024: Yoghurt shop in the center of Busto Arsizio, precisely in Piazza Santa Maria. The yogurt is good and light, it was garnished with hazelnut cream, chopped chocolate and small cookies, everything was pleasant and fresh. It's a shame for the very limited choice of toppings available but another flaw was the inability to have a crepe despite having a poster posted outside in plain sight advising you to absolutely try them, but they are only made in the evening. Friendly and fast staff.

23/12/2024: Without a doubt the best ice cream in Busto, we have been coming here for years now. The only flaw is the ostentatious internalism of the owner, unfortunately this cannot be remedied :-)
14/10/2024: So-so ice cream, hygiene could be improved.
Tastes normal with little liveliness of flavor...... obviously in my opinion. Unfortunately the negative aspect focuses on hygiene.....you don't make cash by touching coins and banknotes and then taking the next customer's pod without washing your hands or using appropriate hand cleaning actions.
P.S. the paper towel was used after taking the waffle.

01/01/2025: Considering that it was December 31st and there was no possibility of having dinner, we decided (on their advice) to eat pizza.
Upon our arrival they 'reserved' a table for 4 people, too bad there were 7 of us, consequently in addition to being cramped, the seating was closed between two walls, we kindly asked to have another table but it was not granted even though the room was empty.!!!!!
I thought that given the evening they would involve us in waiting for the new year, instead nothing and not even the kindness of offering a simple slice of panettone!!!!

The only sore point: the service.
Before collecting the dishes from the table it would be a good idea to ask if you have finished eating the meal.
At the lady's first attempt to collect the cutting board, I grabbed the jams so as not to have them taken away (since I was still eating the cheese).
On the second round, I was still eating the last piece of cheese and my plate was taken away (with the last piece of cheese, in fact, that I wanted to eat).
The attitude amazed me so much that I wasn't even able to say to the boy "no wait, I still have to finish".
Service to be improved,
a friendly "you guys have finished, can I collect?" it would greatly improve the situation.
