03/08/2026: But what can I say to Giuseppe and Mirella? A treat, a constant confirmation. I returned after a long time, and it was as if more than a week had never passed since the last time. It's a wonderful journey, not only culinary but also through Giuseppe's stories, as he shares his life as if you were lifelong friends.
I invite you to trust their taste and their pairings; you won't be disappointed. All the dishes were delicious. Thank you, because every time I realize how special your story is 🩷
28/07/2026: A very well-maintained inn with a truly engaging personality. The food is exceptional, from the assortment of appetizers, through the first courses (special mention for the maltagliati with pistachio cream), the second courses (delicious swordfish), and finally the dessert (the best apple pie I've ever tasted). All this is enhanced by Giuseppe's delightful company, which makes you feel how passionate he is about his work. Definitely worth a try!

21/12/2025: As a native of Puglia, finding a trattoria in the mountains serving Salento specialties was a challenge I couldn't refuse. After reading the reviews left by other diners, I decided to check them out for myself. I must say, I rediscovered the flavors of my homeland and my mother. Good food, well-cooked, and, dare I say, with love for tradition.
What more can I say? Try the Salento products without hesitation and let yourself be won over by our flavors. Thank you, Mr. Filograna.
21/12/2025: A few years later, we went for dinner with some colleagues. The wait was quite long.
We asked for a vegan menu, and since it wasn't prepared, they wanted to blame us, saying we hadn't notified them. They somehow made up for it. I ate better and spent less. I understand the proximity to Switzerland, but they could do better and with more reasonable portions.

Fast service.
The only downside is that they didn't cut our pizzas.
23/03/2026: I'm giving it one star because it's the only way to give it less.
The pizza is awful and seems pre-frozen.
It's nothing compared to what it was years ago.
We'll never order it again.
